The staff tried their best, but it doesn’t make up for how terrible this place is. The room was ridiculously small — like staying in a closet — and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I felt cheated for the money I paid. Never staying here again!

Väldigt bra bemötande och jättebra service.

Beach hotel olması öncelikli tercih sebebimdi. Geç check in yaptım, kusursuz bir karşılama idi. Sabah uyandığımızda ise Soner beyin misafirperverliği ve Açık büfe kahvaltısında şefin ilgisi alakası ile onore olduk, bu işletmeye tekrar yolumun düşmesini iple çekeceğim.

Tek gece konaklama için rezervasyon yaptırdım, çift kişilik yatak diye belirtmeme rağmen önce tek kişilik iki yataklı odayı verdiler talep üzerine değişiklik yapıldı. Ama verilen odada ki yatakta zaten tek kişilik 2 yatağın birleştirilmiş haliydi hatta biri daha yüksekti üzerine sünger gbi birşey konuşmuştu malesef. Koku.. inanılmaz kötü kokuyordu lavabo, banyo bir karış pencere var sadece ne havalandırma ne de başka bir çözüm üretilmiş. Sesinz direk dışarı gidiyor. Biz odaya terlikleri kendimiz istedik, asla kulak çöpü falan mevcut değil. El sabunu ile şampuan aynıydı ve kötüydü. Açık büfe kahvaltı diye rezervasyon yaptırdım ama otelde az müşteri var diye sadece tabak hazırlayıp verdiler. Malesef birdaha asla tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. Yazın geceliği 7 bin olan bi yer bu kadar vasat olamazdı. Tek güzel yani denize çok yakın, sahili temiz..

Veldig bra. Hyggelig personale og bra renhold. God beliggenhet og deilig med privat strand. Litt støy på kvelden, men ble rolig da vi skulle sove i 23-tiden. Helt grei frokost.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend, but when we read the reviews there were many complaints about various things. We chose it anyway. And we couldn't be more happier. The hotel was fantastic, right on the beach. Everyone was super nice and the best service. The man who ran the hotel was always there and helped with everything. Really nice people. The breakfast was perfect and we had a balcony with a view to the sea. The music at the hotel next door that others complain about is just super nice to listen to. It is a shame that this hotel has not received more good reviews because it deserves the best. We are definitely going back.

Otel’in konumu cok Iyi ama profilde görünen oda ile hiç alakası yoktu , oda çok küçüktü, içerde tek kişilik tek yatak vardı , tuvalet çok küçüktü neredeyse yüz yıkama yeri bile yoktu. Reception daki hamımefendi çok yardımseverdi . Ona teşekkür ediyorum . Eğer 10 üzerinden değerlendirmek gerekiyorsa 5 veriyorum.

A place to rest and have fun in between for adults. Regulating water in the showers is what they promised to work on. Otherwise contented!

Vi blev rigtig godt modtaget, og havde et fantastisk ophold. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme, venlige og høflige.

Hotellet var bra, god service av de som jobbet der. Dålig madrass.. Det som ødela hele oppholdet var støy fra nabohotellet som spilte musikk hele døgnet.. Det hørtes ut som om de satt på altanen hos oss. 😝Blir ikke å bruke dette hotellet ved neste reise!

Very dark bedrooms. Furnishings in rooms could be better. Cleanliness was average in rooms but was better in communal areas. More effort should be made to improve the bedrooms in the hotel. Noisy at night due to bar next door as well as other residents. Breakfast was average. Staff in restaurant were friendly. Disappointed when checking in the receptionist said that the booking couldn’t be found and wanted to charge €90.

Zimmer sah nicht aus wie auf den bildern obwohl wir ein Zimmer für 3 personen mit 3 Einzelbetten und meerblick gebucht haben bekamen wir ein doppelzimmer und leider auch kein meerblick nachdem wir das ansprachen mussten wir 1 tag da verbringen da rezeption anscheinend nichts ändern kann danach bekamen wir ein apartment was besser war Strand war sehr gut und Frühstücken war ok leider ist der Zustand des hotels garnicht wie auf den bildern würde nicht noch einmal dahin..

It was ok

The place is nearby the Cleopatra Beach, it has it's own private beach for hotel guests. This is a big plus, I am well satisfied the condition of the room and cleanliness. Only one con is I have reserved double bed room but the management gave me two separate single bed room. This was not my booking and i was disappointed from this result. Anyway I can pick up this place for another short time stay in the future. So i can suggest this place to potential customers.

Overall a fine hotel with a good location. We got a room close to the trash bins. They changed our room later on to one of the best rooms of the hotel with a sea view. Reception and cleaning staff was friendly, but the staff at the sun beds was not service minded at all. We ordered 2 sparkling waters and one of them was not full and without gas (we believe it had been open for a while), so we ask for a new one. 2 min later we got the same bottle back, just filled up with some water. We complaint again and this time we asked them to open it in front of us and they did. After that so guy from the top management kept staring at us, like we did something wrong.

Everything is 10/10. Good rooom, good food, clean, 0 min to the beach, perfect view. recommend.

First of all we have changed so many rooms that we have forgot what was the room number, i put some photos of the rooms we could barely stayed at. First room they have put us in had to be an economic room but we have booked a standard one. They told us they were out of free rooms and tried to put us in this nonsense started from day one. Breakfast was pretty bad just plain simple things and also stale breads, rotten fruits. Second room’s bathroom had leakage from the ceiling. One day the cleaner told us they had no face and foot towels which was pretty awkward. Also when we were at beach we have been told that the restaurant in service applying 10% discount, but the personnel were not aware about it. I suggest no one should stay in this hotel.

Pros: Location, beach front and beach is very good, nearby restaurants/market/shopping, nice breakfast, good bar if you want to drink something after dinner Cons: parking is extremely limited (only 4 or 5 cars can park), no elevator, need to pay for beach towels, hotel next door plays music so loud.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time because of my flight schedule. They told me the room was not ready and they said they were making it ready so I waited at the hotel restaurant for a while and then got back to lobby to wait .After waiting for a couple of hours they told me the room was ready. First of all nobody asked me to help me to carry my luggage and they just gave me the room key . Secondly The room was all the way back of the hotel and the room floor was full of dead flies and the live ones all over. It wasn’t clean at all.And I had waited that long in that boiling hot weather for this horrible room. It was disappointing,I went to the reception and while I was complaining about that the manager came out of her room and helped me to get a better room. She did her best but my impression about the hotel didn’t change. I wish they had better customer service . I wish they had provided the room clean & neat at the first place. I have stayed at many hotels all around the world never been treated like this . Although the location of the hotel is perfect , I would not recommend if your expectation cleanliness and good service.

So nice hotel you feel the holiday feelings there

Første natta fikk vi et sikkelig dårlig rom som var skittent og ikke hadde den utsikten jeg hadde betalt for! pga beach party var alle rom fulle, men jag hadde bestilt på forhånd så dere viste jeg kom så dårlig unnskyldning! Så måtte vi stresse med å bytte rom dagen etter, hvem har vel lyst til det i ferien og ikke nok med det var dette rommet også skittent med sigarett sneiper i doen mm. Dere kunne i det minste oppgradert oss til et bedre rom! Vi ble lovet at de skulle gjøre opp for seg…en halv flaske vin og et fruktfat er ikke nok dessverre!! Ved utsjekk ble det lovet at vi ikke skulle betale fullpris for første natten og det skulle videreformidles til sjefen og vi ville bli kontaktet, men har ikke hørt noe og ikke sett noe til tilbake betaling selv med x antall purringer!!!! Ikke bra!! Hadde forventet bedre service her og ikke bare god snakk!

Royalisa is located in a prime location in Alanya at the Cleopatra beach. Breakfast is quite okay, lunch can be improved, service at the beach is good & staff is very friendly. Cleaning can be improved with respect to the time of cleaning and the quality as well. Overall it’s definitely a place to be considered to stay at.

Topp hotell,,men med høy teknomusikk hele dagen,,,spiste noen lunsjer der, men ingen middag,,,ikke mulig å prate over bordet uten å heve stemmen betydelig,,,veldig bra bygnigsmessig, og veldig bra kjøkken

Jeg er kommet på Palmyie Beach i mange år. Nu har hotellet fået nye ejere, og desværre er det ikke hyggeligt mere. Det er tilstræbt mere at være hipt. Lounge musikken i restaurenten er høj og der er ingen fred og ro på hotellet, selv efter midnat larmes der på gangene. Kvinden i receptionen ved check in var rigtig sød, men ellers forstod receptionisterne ikke engelsk, eller smilte ikke engang når man sagde hej eller kom med en forespørgsel. På mit værelse var toiletpapir holderen lagt i vindueskarmen og der var ingen håndsæbe. Flotte faciliteter, men det er desværre ikke alt

Lækkert hotel på overfladen, men fx faldt håndtaget til altandøren af og blev ikke sat på igen, mørklægningsgardinerne faldt ned, håndklæderholderen hang i en skrue og der var børn i poolen selvom det er et voksenhotel. Ikke super service i receptionen.

Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik bu tesiste. Konum olarak üstü yok, personelden çok memnun kaldık yardım sever arkadaşlar. Restoran ve sahil gerçekten çok üst düzeyde. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Nice hotel. However bass noise from disco next door and hotel bar unacceptable for a restful sleep. Was told nothing could be done about noise. Was moved to sister property several blocks away from beach. Royalist apt. A much nicer property but not on beach. Would not recommend staying at the beach location.

Excellent value for money for a hotel located on the most beautiful beach in the area (Cléopatra), but to be favored preferably for fans of the festive side of the coast. The reception and restaurant staff are very available and pleasant.

Dejligt sted men for høj musik.Flere gæster vælger at spise et andet sted på grund af musikken. Dæmp musikken og i vil få flere gæster til jeres dejlige mad.

Öncelikle otelin beach oteli olduğunu ve gece 00.00’a kadar devamlı müzik olduğunu belirtmek isterim bazen partilerde oluyor ve müzik sesi artıyor biz bunu bilmeden gittik ama çok dert etmedik. Odamız temizdi ve düzenli temizleniyordu çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcı oluyor. Duşumuzun gider borusu tıkalıydı su taşıyordu düzeltmek için çabaladılar. Oda geniş ferahtı. Eşyalar ve özellikle yatak yeniydi. Otel sorumlusu hanım bizi gülen yüzüyle karşıladı kahvaltıda veya karşılaştığımız her yerde hatrımızı sordu. Plajın otele ait olması büyük rahatlık. İki adımda plajdasınız :) Plaj düzenli olarak temizleniyor ve düzenliydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısında çeşit bol ve lezzetliydi. Otelin içinde yüzme havuzu da bulunuyor. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz. Çocuk kabul etmeyen bir otel olduğunu unutmayın. Düşünenlere şimdiden keyifli vakitler :)

We booked this hotel mainly because it stated it was a adult only hotel, but it isnt . There where children all day everyday. When we asked the staff ,why he responded that they come from sister hotel. When my wife and i turned up at 01.20am the hotel receptionist tried to charge ,when i had already paid through Hotel.com. We had to change rooms the second day as we booked a partial sea view and we opened the curtains to a brick wall. The hotel decided to have ,what we call a RAVE we very very loud drum and base music and hoards of teenager's on the private beach owned by the hotel, with no warning at all. The music was so loud and we felt so sorry for any one flying out the next day and also the hotel had alot of OAPs staying ,which must of been terrible for them.. The whole hotel was a total joke and i really feel i should get a full refund .

Otelin konumu çok güzel, denizi de güzel. Temizlik iyi durumda. Otel yeni el değiştirdiği için personeller yetersiz. İlk karşılamada Sesanur Hn çok yardımcı oldu. Ncak sonrasında duşla ilgili yaşanan sıkıntıyı iletmemize rağmen diğer arkadaşlar oralı bile olmadılar. Stndart oda karanlık, manzarasız ve duvara bakıyor. Rezervasyonu yaparken dikkat etmeniz gerekiyor. Kat hizmetleri de ynı şekilde biraz zayıf. Toplamda, otelin konumundan dolayı tavsiye edebilirim, ancak benzerde daha uygun fiyatlı otel varsa, o oteller de tercih edilebilir.

The location was great. Having breakfast and dinner next to the sea was great. The receptionists Banu and Sama were so helpful in giving information and help during my stay. The room was clean and up to a good standard. Any problems risen was fast to deal with. The staff during breakfast hour were great. Room with see view and balcony was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good value for money. Sabah Al Abbas

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Alanya'nın en güzel bölgesi olan cleopatra plajında ve denize sıfır. Kesinlikle deniz manzaralı rezervasyon yaptırmalısınız.Oda gayet güzel ve temizdi. Bizim için önemli olan odanın güzelliği ve manzaraydı. Bu sebeple memnun kaldık. Eksik olarak odalarda şişe su yok. Odalara su kesinlikle konulmalı.

Rigtig god service, alle personale var flinke og rare. De tilbød rengøring hverdag. Jeg havde en fed oplevelse og havde nogle specifikke behov og dette opfyldte det selvom det ikke var det som var aftalt.
