Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, zeer uitgebreid, wilde je iets van de bar was mogelijk (koffie, cappuccino). Het Hotel is goed verzorgd en zeer rustig, mooie uitzicht. Goed gelegen om uitstapjes te doen.

The room was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for only one night, as we were passing through, so we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s other facilities. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant experience.

La colazione ottima con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Ho avuto anche il piacere d cenare nel loro ristorante.... da provare. Dal baccalà ai tagliolini al pesce, tutto squisito. The toiletries were of very good quality, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. One of the nicest surprises was how thoughtfully our pet was welcomed – a little bed, bowls for water and food, and even a small gift were waiting in the room. It was such a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly choose to stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir haben da ein Zwischenstop eingelegt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt auf einem Hügel. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.
In der Nähe gibt es nur ein Restaurant und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Zimmer hat man ein TV Gerät, allerdings keine deutschsprachige Kanäle. Also für uns nutzlos.

La pulizia è impeccabile, le camere e gli ambienti comuni sono sempre perfettamente curati. La struttura è moderna e molto ben attrezzata. Un punto di forza è senza dubbio la palestra: è enorme, completa e dotata di macchinari di alto livello, tanto che è migliore di quelle presenti in molte grandi catene alberghiere. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e altamente professionale. Ogni volta mi fanno sentire come a casa e il servizio è davvero da 100 e lode.
Sinceramente non ho trovato alcun difetto. Dopo tanti soggiorni posso dire di essere sempre rimasto pienamente soddisfatto sotto ogni aspetto.

The room was very big and had four windows, two in different directions each. It was very spacious and everything was super clean, not to mention that the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a positive surprise. It is rare that you see that many options. It was great and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive The hotel is located in the middle of the Prosecco area, surrounded by vineyards. Very nice, very far views and there are many, many very good restaurants in the area

Ich finde das irreführend Das Hotel war fast leer, trotz dem wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben wo man den Kompressor jede nacht gehört hat. Wenn nicht der Kompressor ging dann summte die Klimaanlage die man nicht abstellen konnte.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Me and a cycling buddy travelled to Susagana to do the Eroica Prosecco Hills bike ride. The Hotel Phi was the ideal place to stay. It is a beautiful hotel on a hill on the north side of Susagana. There is free car parking and a secure garage for bikes. The rooms were large and beautiful. The entrance area is grand and classy. The breakfast buffet was luxurious and had an enormous choice of hot and cold healthy food. I had never seen so many types of dried fruits. The complimentary cappuccino was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. And the hotel was very good value for money too.
The dinner menu is quite limited. We only chose to have dinner at the hotel twice.

Everything is very clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. What impressed me the most was the staff at the reception and during breakfast. They were incredibly kind and hospitable. The young lady at the reception was so pleasant and made a wonderful first impression. And when we were leaving, a very kind lady who prepared the breakfast was also exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful setting. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and my husband and I slept very well. Everything was excellent and I would warmly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Magnifique hôtel situé au sommet d'une colline, avec une très belle vue sur les vignobles depuis la chambre , d'autant qu'il faisait un temps ensoleillé ! La chambre était très spacieuse (2 adultes et 2 grands enfants). Petit déjeuner incroyable par la qualité et la variété du buffet, dans une salle magnifique. Le personnel est professionnel et disponible.
