Los mayores es maravillosa se preocupan por todo gaga y sus compañeros ha sido genial asta mi niño con autismo a disfrutado con ellos y eso es bastante difícil la verdad que es la segunda vez que venimos y es una experiencia maravillosa y volveremos por la atención reciba a tenéis un socorrista maravilloso la verdad

Me ha encantado.todo perfecto desde el personal de recepción hasta el de la limpieza,la animación un excelente me quedo corta y más cuando llevas 3 años hiendo se acuerdan de ti tanto animación como las chicas del comedor te hacen sentir como en casa ,para mí todo un 10 aunque me sabe a poco.GRACIAS POR TODO HASTA EL AÑO QUE VIENE.

Por decir algo unos vecinos un poco marranos y la de la limpieza paso un poco pero fue un solo día yo estaba en un primer piso y me tiraban desde arriba cosas patatas,las cenizas todo.

Las habitaciones estaban nuevas, la zona acuática estaba muy bien. El comedor también era nuevo y la comida estaba rica. Pero lo mejor fue la amabilidad de todo el personal al: recepción, animación, socorrista, restaurante,....

El tema hamacas en la piscina.hasta las seis de la tarde no encontrabas ninguna libre. Supongo que es difícil de organizar,pero qe haya gente qe tenga 4 y que otros no tengan ni una...quizás estaría bien que hubiera mínimo una hamaca por habitación o algo asi

La piscina está muy bien, sobretodo para los niños/as ya que tiene toboganes y zona deportiva para que jueguen, lo único que el agua está helada. La atención de recepción la verdad que muy buena y super agradables.

La atención del personal del buffet, hay un part de ellas que son muy mal educadas, sobretodo una de ellas, creo que se llama Rocío (morena, altita y delgada) que se dirige con muy malas maneras y en más de una ocasión se discute con otras compañeras en público, cosa que da muy mala imagen, en ocasiones incluso criticando a los niños diciendo que se crian como gorrinos delante de otros padres. También añadir que aunque es un buffet bastante grande pero la comida se hace repetitiva y de baja calidad. A parte la limpieza en la habitación, que es un poco inexistente, hacen la cama y poco más, estuvimos una semana y las gotas en el espejo y mampara siguieron allí, no parece un servicio para un hotel de 4 estrellas. También añadir que las duchas en ocasiones se inundan y tienes que echar toallas en el pasillo, también recomendaría poner un colgador de toallas justa delante de las duchas ya que al estar en la otra punta lo que se genera es más inundación de la habitación.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, personal muy amable y profesional, habitaciones cómodas, buffet muy variado y sobre todo a destacar al socorrista Alex por su profesionalidad, amabilidad y atención. Un socorrista de 10 y como persona también!!!

Solamente pondría una pega y es el espacio de la piscina. Se queda algo pequeño para todas las personas que entran en el hotel.

Había que hacer colas para todo, el todo incluido incluye muy pocas cosas, por ejemplo si incluye acuarios de limón pero no el de naranja, helados solo entran 3...escaso, para mí gusto.

C'est un superbe établissement, qui répondait à toutes nos attentes et même au delà. Personnel très agréable, que ce soit avec les adultes ou les enfants. Le buffet est exceptionnel à tous les niveaux et à n'importe quel repas. Du choix, de la variété, du goût, de la fraîcheur des produits. Et toujours un personnel très bienveillant. Proposition de produits sans gluten (pain, biscotte, gâteaux...). Des activités pour les enfants très variées, un encadrement au top, et un sentiment de sécurité pour les parents. Un parking disponible et sécurisé en sous-sol (moyennant paiement) souvent recherché et rare en Espagne. La propreté de l'établissement est également à souligner ainsi qu'un accès rapide à une plage très calme et très propre. Je recommande très fortement cet établissement et y reviendrai l'an prochain.

Si je devais relever des points négatifs, ce serait juste un manque de matériel de toilette de voyage que l'on peut trouver dans certains établissements (coton tige, savonnette, charlotte de bain,...). Et l'irrespect des gens au niveau des transats situés autour de la piscine qui se les réservent de l'ouverture à la fermeture alors qu'ils n'y sont pas toute la journée. Si vous ne faites pas la queue à l'ouverture, vous n'aurez pas de transat de la journée, et c'est bien dommage. C'est plus l'égoïsme des gens qui est à souligner que la mise en cause de l'établissement.

La comodidad de los colchones

La piscina estaba turbia, caliente, y tenía zapateros. Abren a las 10 la piscina y a esa misma hora tenía arena de la playa en el fondo de la piscina, no usan limpiafondos.

Lo que nos encanto fue la orientacion a la familia y a los mas pequeños de la casa del Hotel, se vuelcan en que todo este perfecto para el mas pequeño. Las habiaciones son muy confortables y con una camas muy amplias, el baño es muy amplio y la limpieza del hotel esta presente. Lo que respecta a la situacion con respecto de la playa se puede ir perfectamente andando pese a no estar en primera linea de playa.

Por poner algun defecto, en lo que se refiere al buffet, algo mas de rotacion en los platos estaria bien para que no se quedaran sin determinados prodcutos.

L’Ohtels La Hacienda est exceptionnel! Le service est top, les repas sont savoureux et assez variés, la piscine est excellente chaude avec un jacuzzi au top, les chambres sont confortables et propres, le personnel est gentil, serviable et efficace. Le All inclusive est top, on a du choix en glaces, granité, snack etc. L’organisation du restaurant est super car on nous place, ce n’est pas la folie comme on peut le voir dans d’autres hôtels. Le matin le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec des smoothies maison, des jus d’orange frais, des cafés nespresso dernière génération, et j’en passe. L’animation est au top également, dommage que ce ne soit pas en français. Mais je reconnais qu’il y avait une majorité d’anglais et d’espagnols!

La piscina tiene el agua muyyy caliente. Las pistas de pádel están abandonadas. Además me dijeron otros huéspedes que otros años viven por jugar. Espero que las arreglen y no cobren nada.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Essen war lecker. Ich liebe frischen Fisch und Muscheln unr davon gab es reichlich. Kleiner Tipp: beim Frühstück gibt es direkt am Eingang frische Austern.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

L'eau de la piscine très très chaude et moyenne en propreté et trop de monde mais bon c'est la période. Rien côté café ou minibar dans les chambres.

El hotel está todo reformado y las instalaciones han quedado muy bonitas. El buffet en especial ha mejorado muchísimo y disfrutamos mucho de las comidas.

Los postres fuera de la nevera quedaban calientes. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

We had an absolutely wonderful 14-day stay at this hotel and loved every minute of it. The all-inclusive food was excellent – delicious, fresh, and with a fantastic variety every day. There was always something new to try, and every meal was enjoyable. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. They were happy to help with anything and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The animation team was amazing! They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained with fun activities during the day and great evening shows. Their energy and enthusiasm made our holiday even more special. The swimming pools were fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The hotel's location was also excellent, with everything nearby and easy access to the beach and local attractions. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

Just got home im sad but wanted to share my experience. From start to finish, our holiday at Ohtel La Hacienda was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome — especially by the lovely English lady at reception who checked us in. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team deserve a special mention — they clean the rooms every day and do an incredible job. The restaurant was always busy, which says a lot, but it was consistently immaculate. We stayed for 10 days and were really happy with the food throughout. The staff work tirelessly and are always on the go — they really are brilliant. Now, the sunbed situation — yes, it’s a thing, but honestly not as bad as people make out. There’s a bit of a rush for the prime spots, and I’ll admit I wasn’t a fan at first. But after a couple of days, it actually became part of the fun! You get chatting with people, having a laugh, planning your “route” — it turns into a bit of a morning game. People who complain or film it need to lighten up a bit! Around the pool, I have to give a massive shoutout to Alex, the lifeguard. I’ve never come across anyone better. He handles the morning rush brilliantly, keeps things fair, and genuinely wants everyone to enjoy themselves. For someone so young, he’s got a very wise head on his shoulders. If anyone ever has an issue poolside, I’d strongly recommend speaking to Alex first — he’s great at resolving things before they escalate. It was also great to see the hotel manager regularly around the hotel, always smiling and happy to chat — it really adds a personal touch. The pool bar can get very hot, so while the staff might not always be smiling, they’re working incredibly hard and keep things moving. The token system is a great idea too — it helps keep the area clean and organised. Overall, we loved every single minute of our stay. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, and it’s clear they all work incredibly hard to make your holiday special. And as a little tribute to the holiday — and the “sunbed sports” — I even got a tattoo to remember it! We made some great friends from all over the world

Food variety and quality was great. Rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Everything functional (A/C, refrigerator, card access). Facilities are nice.

Music in the pool area only cycles between a few songs all day long; should have more variety. Also, would be better to include some Spanish music as that was notably absent. The lineups at the bars were a bit long at times. There is self-serve still water which is great, but more self-serve options would reduce lineups (add self-serve sparkling water and fountain drinks). After evening shows end, there should be music and option for dancing which is the typical format at Caribbean resorts and is better.

We stayed here for 10 days, on arrival the check-in was so inviting, and the guy was just so helpful and friendly. We had booked 2 x Rooms for the family and we had enquired previously if they could be located next to each other and overlooking the pool area, our wish was granted! and both our Rooms were spotlessly clean and well layed out, shower was great and beds were very comfortable. And the small fridge held the drinks very cold. We were All Inclusive and I had read previously about a token system for drinks with queues which had me slightly worried, do not worry, you get these small wooden token discs on arrival and exchange them for drinks/cups when at the Bars, you then have a cup which acts as a token for the next drink, its easy and I found myself taking 4 x cups back and ordering up another 4 x drinks, at end of day or when returning to your room you exchange the cups back at the Bar for wooden tokens to keep for the next again day. Also, over our 10 days I never queued long for a drink once, yes at lunchtime when people are ordering up burgers/hotdogs/chips etc the queue can sometimes get a little congested, however you get served within a few minutes as the Bar staff are organised and efficient. The food is well above average for an All Inclusive hotel, and so much choice, the main restaurant is very large and very spacious and super well organised with such friendly staff - it was a real highlight of our Holiday. The only slight negative was the rush for loungers in the morning, when we were there the pool opened at 10am, and people did queue but I must stress it wasn't hectic, you could always get a lounger, personally there is an area up at the Tennis courts with many unused loungers throughout the entire day and if it were just myself & wife then that's where we would be - very peaceful, so if you love sun, peace and a good book that's the place for you! The flumes & splash park are is great for the children and they do lots of activities in the main pool. All the staff were super friendly and the hotel is so well run. We had a brilliant time.

This is one of the nicest holidays I’ve ever had,extremely friendly people/staff and the food and room is always clean and tidy,the pool is relaxing and lots of entertainment always going on. 10/10 place really recommend it

Stayed for a week all inc Hotel is oldie worldie but I liked the Spanish feel and the refurbished rooms Food okay in the restaurant a bit repetitive but if you put your mind to it you could make nice meals , the charcoal an rotisserie were a nice touch Snack bar food wasn't great hotdogs undercooked, nuggets hard an cold , i dont even think you could call the pizza pizza it was more bread with cheese on again cold an hard and the selection of ice creams were poor. Drinks okay but the token system and the que for a drink or returning your token really put me off returning, at times it would be a good 10mins waiting to be served , maybe 2 ques one for paying guests an one for all inc would be a good move going forward Sunbed an the 10am dash was crazy to witness, but come afternoon it was easy to find a couple of beds Pool toilets wow no words an not once during the day did I see staff clean or mop up its was dirty smelly an the floors like a paddling pool , surprisingly noone had an accident Entertainment was okay as background noise but nothing special. Also feel the indoor bar could be open 2pm til 4pm for coffee an pastries just somewhere else to be instead of around the pool. Im still 50/50 if to return or not.

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel. I booked 3 rooms through Jet 2 and had a great flight and arrived at hotel 1 in the afternoon. Was informed only 1 room ready and to come to back at 2 for the others . Went back at 2 to be informed only 1 other room ready so had to go back at 3.30 for the other . Rooms were nice and clean , nice food and drinks with branded bottles . I was all inclusive which was great for kids .staff were great and pool bar staff amazing . The pool does not open till 10 which was not great and had to stand behind a rope until pool opened for sunbeds on one occasion I was up early so I waited for a bed in the line behind the rope , when it opened I put my towel on the first bed then a woman actually threw towels on top of mine then lay On top of the sun beds laughing , some days all beds were taken by 10.10 . Kids entertainment was ok but adult entertainment was very poor . This hotel has loads of positives but 10 am opening for the pool is far to late plz plz look at this .

Fruta nas refeições podia ser mais variada, bem como opções de peixe. Animação noturna muito direcionada para público infantil.

Absolutely fabulous time! food is incredible with great variety. All staff are nothing but helpful and friendly. There’s a major rush for sunbeds but you can usually find one or 2 and the lifeguards are always willing to help find some it’s just a shame people save them for hours and don’t return. I went with my disabled child and was really worried but it all went very smoothly and we all had a fantastic time, the only thing I could say bad is a child had an accident at the side of the pool and although it was dealt with it was left unattended for a few minutes and someone could have stepped in it or fell in it and a random man found a sign to cover it with

Well we had 10 long days/nights and just back, I can say the hotel and room is very clean however that’s the only positive for us as a family of 3, the all inclusive was dreadful food was like a school dinner room and mostly cold , staff are very ignorant unless you are Spanish nationals and the night time entertainment was as bad as I have ever witnessed kids disco for an hour then some crap for another hour defo side swipe if it came up again honestly so disappointed as it cost a fortune.

Great stay at la hacienda . Just home from an 11 night stay. Buffet food was nice. No one went hungry. Very clean and tidy cleaners done a great job. Nothing was an issue to the hotel staff , especially the reception. Entertainment was top class. You dont need to go far from hotel or La Pineda itself everything within 15 to 20 minute walk. Including a water park.

Que había hormigas y el gimnasio era un poco cutre.

Nos gusta el hotel en general, la animación estupenda sobre todo con gaga. Las camareras del comedor encantadoras y cariñosas.

Hay 2 camareros ( un hombre mayor y una mujer de mediana edad ) en el bar de la piscina y de abajo que son un poco bordes, los demás son encantadores.

Good and bad. Hotel food was brilliant! No complaints there. Room ok, fridge but no kettle. Shower flooded the bathroom when used. Very limited space around the pool and not enough sunshades. Water shoots for the kids and adults. Nice area on a low roof where the tennis courts are. Beds and shades. Beach 10 minutes walk. €30 for 2 beds and a shade! Extortionate! We were on 6th floor overlooking the pool…..avoid if you like your sleep! Entertainment till 11.30 and the noise is horrendous even with door closed! Good hotel for kids as plenty to do but not for us. Oh and the air con was brilliant!

Lo único que me resultó llamativo es la sensación de que la gente (principalmente extranjeros) está trastornada cuando se abre la piscina. Están haciendo cola y entran corriendo a coger tumbona para dejar las.toallas.....y luego marcharse.

Las piscinas del hotel. Aunque la piscina pequeña por la cual elegí este hotel para que disfrutara mi hija de dos años no pudimos usarla de lo fría que estaba el agua.

Bastantes cosas. Principalmente el personal del hotel, en el comedor tienen un problema con una de las gobernantas, alta con el pelo moreno vestida de negro, mala gestión con su personal y con el cliente, pregunté por un pescado el cual el cartel estaba mal puesto, y le dijo a su compañero que trabajaba en la plancha que que más daba el cartel si era emperador o otro pescado, no me dio tiempo a contestarle porque se fue de malas maneras hablando mal a el compañero el cual estaba haciendo bien su trabajo informando bien al cliente y a ella le dio igual tener el cartel mal puesto, mi hija es alérgica y no puede comer según qué alimentos y necesitaba saber qué pescado en concreto era. Además de que creo que es un básico tener bien informado al cliente y tener bien puestos esos carteles. Gracias a Genís (creo así se escribía el nombre)(trabajador de la recepción)por su buen hacer y buen trabajo además de por su empatía y por ser tan atento con el cliente y cercano, se agradece encontrar personal de esa calidad ya que en este hotel hay muy poco personal atento y cercano. Y gracias también a haya(no se si se escribe así)(personal de limpieza) que fue quien nos limpió la habitación 336 esos días, amable y buena trabajadora. La compañera de recepción que nos ha dado la salida, el check out, no nos ha preguntado ni que tal la estancia. No volveremos a este hotel. Una pena porque las instalaciones están muy bien, pero ni el personal en general de allí ni el tipo de cliente que va nos han gustado. Mucho extranjero, por decir casi la totalidad, éramos de los pocos españoles allí.

Мы остановились всего на две ночи в отеле на выходные, и за это недолгое время прекрасно отдохнули. Номер комфортный, чистый, питание отличное и разнообразное. Бассейн тоже понравился. В целом, все произвело приятное впечатление. До моря пешком минут 10, продуктовый магазин в 3 минутах пешком.

Вода в детском бассейне довольно холодная, холоднее, чем во взрослом. На детской площадке нет никакой тени - все на открытом солнце. Нет возможности выключить свет на балконе - там освещение фасада светит всю ночь. Шерстяное одеяло было грязным и в волосах.

La limpieza, la atencion del personal en general y las habitaciones amplias con camas grandes y comodas, surtido de almohadas. Nevera en la habitación. Plancha en el comedor. Plancha de ropa en recepción y calentador de agua.

La falta de cajones en la habitación. Poca presion de agua en la ducha de la habitacion. Que entrará el grupo de animación con los niños, dando una vuelta cantando y chillando durante la cena. Falta de un utensilio, en el expositor de pan, para no tocar con las manos las barras a la hora de cortarlo.

El buffet libre tiene mucha variedad y con comida de calidad. La habitación es cómoda y bién equipada. Personal del hotel simpático y dispuesto a ayudar, desde recepcionistas hasta los camareros del buffet, animación infantil para los pequeños y gran variedad de actividades.

Hechamos en falta una mesa y sillas en el balcón/terraza.

Classed a 4 star but reached 3 star status All in all not a bad hotel but mgt don’t really have a clue which spoils the overhaul picture Main pool doesn’t open until 11.00 which by that time half the day has gone Restaurant resemble a fast food cafe and wouldn’t class it as a restaurant as oppose to a quick meal the good islands were place to far away from each other item at one end of cafe then troupe to other end minimum of 25 people continually in queue for pool refreshments When mgt were approached for answers to my questions thier reply was if you are looking for compensation then you wont get it not a very helpful or professional answer quite disrespectful actually Then sending a reply denying they had said that Would I return no

Just got back from 5 nights, just me and my 10 year old boy who is coeliec. The staff were brilliant catering for my son, bringing the chef out at meals times to discuss what he could eat. Also there was some halal options which was great for us. There is so much to do for the kids, football, padel, water activities, and a great pool and slides. The staff are really friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend for any family and we will be returning Thanks to all the staff for making our trip enjoyable

Back for a second year in a row and very happy with our holiday! Food was a lot better and much more variety than the year before. There are some that complain it wasn’t hot however it depends what time you eat. The entertainment well what can I say gaga puts in 110% everyday and enjoyed his efforts and the team. We did find the air con a struggle some nights and the bed sheets where a little worn however highly recommend for the price and deals through jet 2! The manager was also really friendly and always had time to say hi ! Customer service was always polite and happy to help ! Highly recommend if looking for a good deal and fun for the family !
