Eu amei o spa completo com saunas, piscinas e jacuzis. Lugar maravilhoso pra acordar com uma linda vista pras montanhas.

Overall it looks and is relatively modern, rooms are noisy and are lacking maintenance.

Our initial greeting was nonexistent. We arrived late at night and the front desk lady was apparently doing something with the man at the desk. But there was no recognition of our presence. Neither one was talking and the man was looking at his phone. This went on for 5” when my husband said, “we are here to check in,” The lady told him she would get to us after she finished working with her colleague. Still, no greeting. Another 7” went by, and eventually she gave him some papers and he left. Only then did she say “good evening can I help you?” No apology nor thank you for waiting, and obviously no smile. We checked in finally, but we will not be coming back. Also, the valet man refused to park our van.

Excelente hotel. La única crítica es a el desayuno lo sirven después de las 8:30. Teníamos que irnos antes y nos armaron un box para llevar pero muy escaso. Tendrían que servir el desayuno antes como en la mayoría de los hoteles.

Comprei dois dias separados, fiquei duas horas esperando ! Só deixam entrar no apto às 16 horas certinho. Gostei achei tudo ok, mas me Senti constrangida na saída do café da manhã HOJE. Uma moça de azul estava na saída e eu estava com UM SUSPIRO NA MÃO ( pois meus filhos queriam sair do restaurante) e peguei um para provar enquanto saia ! Ela fez eu jogar no lixo! Isso na frente da minha família e de outros hóspedes! Bem desnecessário! Vou ver como resolver essa situação quando chegar no Brasil ! Em geral os colaboradores grosseiros

Perfeito hotel

La infraestructura es muy buena. La atención, principalmente en recepción, deja mucho espacio para la mejora. Los botones tienen mejor predisposición que algunas personas de recepción.

Expedia me cobro diciendo q los impuestos estaban incluidos sin embargo tuve que pagar 27 dolar mas por impuesto chileno IVA

Was amazing viewing but the pools area was under construction really bad only the hot top working but the guest only can be there for 15 minutes. What a bummer I understand that the pool crack and they need to fixed but seriously close the outside areas then we have access to the tinajas hot tub but the noise the dust was awful.

The place was dirty. Found rubbish inside and outside the pool. Dirty glasses everywhere. Some rude workers. Won't come back. It's not worth it

The parking is limited at the hotel. The air conditioning did not cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

The room is really nice looking despite the rust stain on the mirror that looked like blood and it kinda freaked us out. The shower head holder was also broken. The view from the balcony and the outdoor hot tubs is definitely the best part of the hotel. The hot tubs weren’t even hot. The food tasted absolutely horrible at every restaurant and the service from the staff was just ok, and only 2 or 3 of them spoke English. There was no availability for massages when we were there even though the hotel didn’t seem that busy. I would definitely not stay here again.

Tuve que exigir mis beneficios vip access y fue muy incómodo porque parecía que me estaban haciendo un favor. No solo no me dieron ascenso de habitación si no que me dieron la peor, al lado del ascensor y con ruido infernal durante toda la noche de la gente pasando al casino. Además tuve que pedir 3 veces el espumante porque no lo tenían considerado. La verdad es que de VIP acces, nada.

When arriving to the hotel we had to wait for an hour in a line in front of the hotel to do our check-in. The service was very unfriendly and I wanted to pay with debit card but apparently that was impossible for them. We ended up paying with the Chilean credit card of my boyfriend, including taxes we should not have to pay since I'm not a Chilean resident and I made the booking. In our room was a beautiful bathtub that we couldn't use because the plug was missing. We called the servicedesk to ask them to bring the plug, but they never did. Also we had a sofa in our room which was full of white stains, clearly not cleaned. Then there was the breakfast, which was a disaster. They didn't have enough tables. When we got a table we had to wait 40 minutes for somebody to give us a drink. I was expecting a breakfast buffet, but probably due to COVID-19 it changed (at least that's understandable). We received tasteless scrambled eggs and avocado in tiny portions, we couldn't choose the flavour of yoghurt or the kind of breads. Also, we received only one juice and coffee. Nobody came to give us a refill and no option for cappuccino or whatsoever. All in all we had a terrible experience that wasn't even worth 2 stars. With exception of the room, everything was disappointing.

muy mal ambiente a altas horas de la noche

Fuimos un domingo donde en la noche estaban todos los restaurantes cerrados. Estuvimos llamando toda la tarde para solicitar una plancha, hacer unas preguntas y pedir un tapón para la bañera y nedia contestó el teléfono en todo el día. Al hacer el check out pudimos ver cómo sonaba el teléfono y nadie lo contestaba. Check inn lento

Hermoso hotel. Pileta y jacuzzis excelentes. Zona de food trucks en el boulevard muy lindo. Habitación perfecta salvo limpieza, por la categoría del hotel muy pobre. Frigobar socio en el interior y olor a cloacas en la zona de duchas.

Estimados, Primero que todo la reserva por la categoría incluía una botella de vino que nunca la entregaron. La habitación bastante bien, sin embargo el televisor estaba rayado el vidrio. EL frigobar no funcionaba, lo mismo que el enchufe del escritorio. El servicio de GImnasio y Piscina si bien abren a las 9.00 am, no contaron toallas hasta las 10.30 hrs, lo mismo que muy tarde la apertura del gimnasio. Bastante ruidoso el sanitario( incluso se escucha de otra pieza) y también el aire acondicionado. Nos ofrecieron una botella de espumante y tampoco llego.

Me encanta la cadena Enjoy. Muy buenas habitaciones y camas muy cómodas.

llegamos y habiamos reservado para pasar nuestra luna de miel, una cama super king, y encontramos dos camas separadas, hubo mucha demora en el checking, tanto que nos cerraron el restaurante de almuerzo. despues en nuestra habitacion la ducha estaba mala, las cosas del frigobar tibias, no enfria....todo pesimo

Spa colapsado, baños sucios, sin toallas para spa sin batas para reponer las mojadas, sin agua en spa para beber. Habitación limpia servicio rápido Room service funcionó aunque limitada la carta.

Local muito bonito e estrutra do hotel muito boa. Arquitetura moderna e café da manhã completo.

I was looking forward to a break at this hotel; particularly attracted by the thought of the spa and some good food and wine. Sadly it disappointed in everything. When I enquired at 2pm about a massage, there were no appointments available for any time. This despite there being no obvious activity and few guests about. Staff were uninterested and offered no explanation of why (not due to any language barrier). The food and beverages in the spa are limited (not even fresh fruit juice). There is nowhere to comfortably take a coffee in the hotel, not even a lounge area. The only restaurant in the hotel was shut in the evening, so I had to take my dinner in the tacky oversized casino restaurant, which served a mediocre steak with poor service. The wine by the glass was ok though. Having witnessed the chaos of guests checking out, I decided to check out in the evening to save myself time the next day. This took over 45 minutes with their ludicrously complicated system and poorly trained staff. Sadly, it is obvious that this hotel is being badly mismanaged and desperately needs a good General Manager to turn it around. With one exception (a great service at check-in) the staff were universally disinterested and miserable. To be fair, I think I'd be pretty miserable if working in such a badly run hotel. A great disappointment.

Expensive rooms for the price. No in-room basic mini bar (You must call and wait 30-40min to buy a soda or chips) Not sure if on purpose to get people to check out early, but central air conditioning was turned off in the morning, front desk also called before 9am, waking you, to advise of noon checkout. The morning sun hits hard. Woke up sweating in that oven of a room at 8:00 am. Italian restaurant was only ok quality. Re-heated dishes. Decent wines were very expensive. We don’t plan on returning.

We based here to head snowboarding at Portillio for something different. Super quiet during the week, not many options for food and long way from anything but it was a nice hotel, clean, good services and casino something to do in evening.

The weather in the place is great! To much sun in this winter days.

la TV tiene un desface entre voz e imagen. de aprox. 20 segundos , no se entiende nada lo que uno ve con lo que escucha . para un hotel 5 estrellas esa calidad de servicio tv. no está a la altura. lo demás excelente , limpieza, orden , grato lugar piscinas etc.

inconveniente para viajeros nacionales , debido que el hotel cobra un recargo adicional del 19% más iva de lo YA pagado en página hoteles.com !! ósea pagas $100 en página + $19 más iva en hotel , valor total a pagar $119 más iva !! y no los $100 netos o $100 más iva como debería ser y lo hacen demás páginas similares , finalmente es un engaño

NO ES UN HOTEL PARA IR EN FAMILIA ;YA QUE LOS NIÑOS NO PUEDEN ENTRAR A TODOS LOS RESTORANES YA QUE SE ENCUENTRAN EN LA SALA DE JUEGOS. ADEMAS RESERVE UNA PIEZA CON DOS CAMAS Y UNA CAMA EXTRA Y NO ESTABA ESA RESEVA POR LO QUE TUVIERON QUE REALIZAR EL CAMBIO Y LA DEMORA FUE LARGA.

En general el hotel es muy bueno, pero la atención es mala. No es que haya tenido algun problema puntual, pero el personal no es amable. Ejemplos: en el desayuno la mesa de al lado pide café y le traen, pero al mesero no se le ocurre aprovechar y preguntarnos si queremos. En el bar del casino, me acerco al mesón y pido que nos atiendan a la mesa, y se demoraron 15 minutos en venir a preguntarnos (había 1 mesa más ocupada).

Una de las razones por la que nos gusta este hotel es el fantástico desayuno buffet. Esta vez bajó mucho el servicio de este. Hay que pararse a buscar liquidos calientes, los que antes eran servidos a la mesa, lo que además de incómodo es peligroso. Además por lo mismo varios huéspedes llevan los termos a su mesa por lo que también dejan a otras personas esperando por el café y como los termos son pequeños no alcanzan para todas las personas y hay que esperar hasta 10 minutos por el café. a pesar de esto la bollería del desayuno es estupenda, todo fresco y de rápida reposición. Mención aparte para el spa, en donde su personal es estupendo y muy preocupado. Felicitaciones!

Personal capacitado y amable y cordial

Buena estadía, ascensores en mantención. Solo funcionaban 2 de 3 y a veces solamente 1. Buena calidad de Restaurantes dentro del Casino. Habitaciones cómodas , aire acondicionado falta mejorar. Zona Spa, cuenta con dos Hot Tub bastante simpáticas. Solamente que sale una pareja y entra enseguida la otra....

Todo muy bien , la gente amable y buen servicio , salvo el Restorant buffet pésima la comida , muy pobre.

Me fue súper bien, aún que tuvimos algunas inconveniencias, ya que, la calefacción fallo en varias ocaciones. Y en algún minuto se desprendió una parte del techo sola xd. Ahora, la primera vez que me quede aquí no tuve ningún problema. Ahh.... y por último en la página hoteles dice que en el hotel tienen algo para conectar el iPhone y no he logrado encontrarlo en la pieza xd

Hotel muito bom. Oferece todo conforto necessário com spa, piscina aquecida, ofurô, sauna, casino, vários restaurantes e tudo muito bem cuidado. Porém para ter esse luxo paga-se o preço, o casino eu achei caro (5000 pesos por rodada no Black Jack). Mas se puder passar pelo menos umas 2 noites pra dar uma descansada vale a pena.

Excelente Hotel y muy buen precio obtenido a travez de Hoteles.com, el único detalle fue que en el Hotel Enjoy me insistieron que debía pagar impuesto adicional de IVA Chileno por ser una reserva de fuera, les indique que ya están pagados los todos los impuestos, pero aún así me obligaron a dejar una garantía en mi tarjeta de crédito y luego de tener que explicar esto a tres funcionarios diferentes del hotel en el front desk tuve que enviarles a su correo del hotel el comprobante de pago y aún así al realizar el Check out nuevamente me dijeron que debía pagar ese impuesto,,,, Finalmente no lo hice, pero fue una perdida de tiempo y me dejo una ingrata sensación ,,,,

La cama muy mala

Fiquei hospedado no quarto 812 nos dias 05 e 06 de março de 2017. O Hotel é bonito, o quarto é amplo e tem vista muito bonita. A limpeza do quarto é muito ruim, a banheira que utilizei não foi lavada para o dia seguinte. O serviço nos restaurantes é muito demorado e parece que todos os atendentes são principiantes, depois de muita demora trouxeram o vinho na mesa e foram procurar o abridor. Demorou mais de 20 minutos porque foram buscar em outro restaurante e não sabia abrir.

Exquisito hotel para pasar el fin de semana, al lado del casino enjoy, te dan entradas por tu estadía, el spa es muy agradable y tranquilo, muy limpio. Lo mejor son los hot tubs, tinajas de madera con agua caliente, tipo jacuzzi al aire libre. El desayuno buffet, muy completo, y el bar muy bien también.

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The Bads- 45 minutes for check-in, only 1 person working. Want to use the pool, bring a swim cap or pay $4 USD to get one, can't swim without it! The dinner buffet, it was my wife's birthday and the only dinner restaurant open was the buffet, the hot food was only warm, and honestly not a big selection. The price includes 1 can of soda, want more? You can upgrade to unlimited drinks, if you can get your waiter to help you with it, Florencio couldn't be bothered. He wouldn't even come to our table to bring the check, we had to go up to pay, then he started to care. Free breakfast- raw runny eggs, the server asked if we wanted an omelette, sure, sounds good. After 10 minutes she brings 2 plates, with browned omelette in a pool of raw egg. I'm all for a"loose" scramble or soft omelette, these show a lack of culinary skill. She then tried to charge us, when we said no because we didn't eat it, she still demanded a tip. Rude staff- most staff couldn't be bothered, they actively ignored us when standing in front of them. Shower head- our shower was broken, the head gushed water like a garden hose, we asked for a new one but it never happened. Literally nothing around, closest town is about 30 minutes The good- The tall gentleman at the dinner buffet was great and helpful. There was a lady at the front desk that spoke English, she was nice as well. The bed was great with great sheets. Fast wifi when it stayed connected.

Air conditioning was not working properly, and pool could be cleaner.

We were 2 families staying for 1 night before returning to Canada from a 2 week ski and winery holiday in Chile and Argentina. This was the nicest and most modern accommodation we stayed at, but the design of the hotel is such that music from the disco or ball rooms (there was a wedding the night we stayed) echoes up through a central atrium. We lay awake until 3am waiting for the music/noise to subside and finally had to call to ask them to shut it down because the entire hotel was likely not sleeping. They complied, but we found it concerning that a guest would have to complain before the music was turned down. The staff were very friendly, but we had some confusion with additional beds in 2 of the rooms, which resulted in us having to sort it out at 11:30pm after dinner, when we discovered that the additional cots hadn't been delivered. The staff acted quickly at that point and resolved the situation by offering an extra room at no additional cost. While this hotel has a very nice pool/hotub/spa, decent restaurants and spacious comfortable rooms, the noise situation and our lack of sleep resulted in a poor experience.

I'm upset at Hotels.com for the false advertising. I booked online and received confirmation of a large suite with 2 King Size beds in it. When I got to the hotel they said they do not have any rooms with 2 King beds in it and charged me an Extra $48US for a rollaway bed to be put in the room. I showed them my confirmation with the 2 king beds and they told me it was Hotels.com fault not theirs. I booked this hotel because of what I believed to be true on the website otherwise I would have gone back to the Park Hyatt in Santiago where I stayed only a few days before. The hotel was less than 10% occupied, 5 of the 6 restaurants were closed because there was hardly anyone there and the Casino had more staff than customers. It's a beautiful hotel but no one is there. I could see if they were full that they couldn't offer another room to resolve the misunderstanding but the hotel was virtually empty so it would have been easy to resolve this issue without charging me for a mistake I did not make! What are you going to do about it Hotels.com?

Location is remote and the first exit after tunnel and nothing else is in site. The security is impressive from the outer gate and throughout. The rooms are clean, spacious with a spectacular view of the valley. The spa, casino, the pool, and upstairs buffet were top notch and the food was exquisite. The music in the casino was current videos and we enjoyed the ambiance and wished they had a dance floor.
