Hotel Vittoria

Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, dotata di tutti i comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

The location is great, a few steps away from the cathedral and the shrine of Padre Pio. I allowed us to spend most of the time there, rather than walking around the city. The hotel restaurant is very good and we had great food and excellent wine. In the morning we found something that we have not seen in a long time, a white table cloth on the breakfast tables. It is a touch of class that enhanced the very good breakfast.

Tutto

Cleanliness, great location, early check in, friendly day staff (manager), very accomodating regarding breakfast box. Comfortable room

At 12 midnight one of our party was using thw toilet but noticed the door had locked itself. We had to go to reception (as there was no one picking up the phone) and the night porter came to check the issue. He was using bad language in italian as he struggled to open the door, he failed to do so. He told us we must use the toilet on floor -1 even though our room was on the second floor. He was very rude and said he cant do anything about our belongings inside and i asked if we can get a partial refund to which he replied 'no, nothing i can do'. He then said he will make a call to the manager and came back with a lovely maintenance man who took the lock off the door. The night porter was so rude to us I used google translate to speak to him but he was impatient and not accomodating! He told us the hotel was full and its not his problem(when the door was still locked)! I dread to think if a small child ws locked inside! This was dangerous I felt all other staff were lovely and enjoyed our stay prior to this. He definitely degraded the quality of our stay.

Completezza servizi, personale, posizione.

Posizione, pulizia e cortesia

Posizione eccellente, colazione fantastica

Nulla da dire

Tutto molto soddisfacente, staff gentile, posto auto comodo e ristorante soddisfacente!

Gentilezza e professionalità

Personale gentile e cordiale.

Possibly the best location for Padre Pio you could find. Good rooms and a good buffet breakfast. Ample parking for rental car and the staff were really nice. Will recommend to friends.

Maybe some literature on nearby attractions would be nice.

Nada

It was a lovely hotel, very clean, and really close to Padre Pio, and his new chuch. Only few mins walk. We enjoyed our breakfast, and the evening meal we had at the hotel was lovely. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. Maybe next year we will return. Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay, right next to St Padre Pio.

Only on little thing. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room, so we could have hot drinks up in our room, instead of having to go down to get a cup of tea.

location

Location to the church, free parking and friendly staff.

The hotel said they cater for coeliacs and we explained that we couldn’t eat from the buffet as we couldn’t risk cross contamination. Unfortunately several of our party were ill, thankfully we extended our room stay so we didn’t have to leave early. Friendly staff but would advise coeliacs to be very careful, especially of the coffee machine. There is also a 50 cent charge each way to use the lift and if you’re disabled you may struggle with the steep incline to the church. It is recommended to drop people off and then park at the hotel.

A localização é excelente!!

Tutto. personale accogliente camera perfetta e pulita cibo ottimo

The room was clean and well presented. The breakfast was adequate and on the last day as I had to take the early bus, they arranged for a packed breakfast for me to carry along. The location is amazing, close to the church and sanctuary of St. Padre Pio which was great as I was on a pilgrimage. The bustop was also very close and convenient for me to arrive from the Foggia station as well as to take the bus to and from Monte Sant'Angelo. Lots of restaurants for dinner around the place.

Nothing really with the hotel, all was good. The room was a bit small but I was a solo traveller and just right for me. Just wish I knew I had to buy bus tickets in advance as they dont issue them on the bus.

Posizione eccellente, struttura molto bella, servizio e pulizia ok.

Per lo scopo del mio soggiorno, nulla.

The location of this hotel to the Sanctuary of Saint Padre Pio and to a local bus pick up/drop off was excellent. Breakfast was decent and the breakfast room staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet. I would opt for this location again.

Perfect location, very friendly and professional staff, very helpful. I recommend it without hesitation.

Ottima posizione. Staff molto disponibile. Camera comoda e pulita.

the overall experience of our 2 night stay was very good, from reception to restaurant , the restaurant staff especially were excellent , very friendly yet professional . both breakfast & dinners were varied & enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable . The location to the Padre Pio area, was very close especially the use of a lift to avoid too many steps , good outdoor seating area. We would stay there again.

just a small issue, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room , unusual these days.
