Mörkt, känns ofräscht med tjocka mattor och massa textilier då toalett hade silverfiskar och golvet var klibbigt. Svårt att mörklägga och inga sänglampor för två av sängarna. Inga vägguttag vid sängarna för att ladda telefonerna.

Läget och den annorlunda inredningen.

Wifi och TV fungerade inte under hela vistelsen fast vi sade till första dagen, problem för oss då det även var dålig mottagning på mobilt bredband. Ingen städning av övervåningen. Programmeringen av våra nycklar fungerade inte fast vi sade till flera gånger, blev rätt till slut. Vi hittade en insekt i duschen. Vi hänvisade till att reklamera via Bookings kundtjänst men har inte fått någon återkoppling.

Ikke heis. En av gjestene kunne ikke gå til 4. etg Måtte avbestille. Kan ikke se at dette er nevnt om hotellet

Centralt beläget och spännande familjerum i två etage med generösa faciliteter.

Mysigt kanske man kan säga.. men också murrigt och mörkt och inpyrt. ”Gammal herrgårdsstil” över det hela. Frukosten okej men mer näringsrikt frukostbröd och färsk frukt kunde ha förstärkt intrycket.

Det lignede ikke helt på fotos, var noget småt og vi kunne ikke åbne vindue, selvom det var varmt. Men personalet var søde og beliggenheden helt suveræn.

Keskeinen sijainti, ja kaunis rakennus ja jännittävästi sisustetut huoneet. Palvelu ystävällistä. Suitesin vuoteet kahdessa eri kerroksessa plussaa perheen kanssa matkustavalle. Sängyt todella mukavat.

Ilmastointi puuttui, mutta pöytätuuletin oli hyvä. Ikkunoita pidettiin auki kujalle.

Historisk hotell med flott innredning i samsvar med hotellet. Fin-fin beliggenhet nær havna, men innenfor ringmuren.

Det var nærmere 30 varmegrader ute, og inne på rommet var det like varmt.... Det hjalp littegrann med den lille vifta som var plassert på soverommet.

Mycket fina och unika rum i etage, rymligt m kyl och pentry. Bra läge! God frukost.

Det är rätt varmt på rummet på sommaren.

Δεν ήταν ξεκάθαρο ότι κλειδώνει η μπροστινή πόρτα το βράδυ και ευτυχώς βρήκαμε μια κυρία που τυχαία έμπαινε και μας άνοιξε.

Detta hotell är det bästa på ön, som alltid. Cool frukost, bra hotellläge, vackert inredda gamla rum, trevlig personal 🥰

I rummet STUDENTER behöver baksidan av sängarna repareras därför att de vacklar och släcker ständigt vägglampan😄

Frukostbuffén fylldes på alldeles för långsamt och många fick sitta och vänta alldeles för länge. Papperskorgar i sviten var inte tömda och det stod tomma vinflaskor kvar efter tidigare gäster och det fanns heller ingen kökshandduk i pentryt.

Dåligt underhåll, ingen bar etc, tråkiga gemensamma utrymmen

Vi stannade en natt i Visby, trots att hotellet har ingen parkering det var lätt att parkera ca 200m därifrån. Bekväma sängar, god frukost.

Väldigt personligt boende med viktorianska förtecken! Härlig svit med plats för barnen en trappa upp.

Inredningen och det praktiska trinettköket. Rymligt.

En stol var gräsligt obekväm och nedsutten. Köksutrustningen lämnade en del i övrigt att önska. Man måste ta med egen osthyvel, stekpanna och tekopp för att ha litet basutrustning. Frysen behöver avfrostas. TV gick inte att få igång.

Väldigt bra frukost, sköna sängar och häftigt inredning. Smidigt ankomst när man kommer sent. Centralt och nära till båten. Kommer tillbaka

Toppenläge i Visby stadskärna nära hamnen där man kan bada från brygga. Hotellet var mycket fint. Vi bodde i en svit men fyra sängar. Den enda nackdelen var att det (mitten av augusti) var ganska varmt på rummet och svårt att vädra. Kanske ett hotell som gör sig bäst höst/vinter. Väldigt mysig inredning både i rummet och matsalen.

Trevligt hotell med god frukost. Lyhört både mot korridor och ut mot gatorna. Endast ett nyckelkort per rum gjorde det svårt att komma och gå som man vill.

Fantastiskt vackert boende i sekelskiftesrum. Sängarna sköna, städat och fint, frukosten var god med stort utbud. Hit kommer vi tillbaka!

It is a lovely hotel with very old stye decoration. The best place is the dining area for breakfast. It is more than words can describe. You have to be there to feel it. But there are also problems with this hotel. For example, some deails in our room are not so nice to see: 1. there was an old sock on top of the bed up cover in the first floor 2. The edge of a small green sofa in our room was peeled of by someone and it was not fixed. 3. The shampoo and gel bottle was empty and we asked the front desk to refill it before we went out for the day, but it was still empty when we came back, had to shower without shampoo or shower gel 4. There is no lift in the hotel, not friendly for a family with a stroller for baby like us, every time we went out or came back, we needed to carry the stoller to our room

They had a great breakfast

Vi hadde et bra opphold i sjarmerende omgivelser. Hotellet ligger sentralt og i gangavstand både til ferje, severdigheter og kollektivtransport. Med fullt kjøkken var leiligheten egentlig bedre utstyrt enn vi hadde forestilt oss på forhånd. Fint med mulighet til å lage noen måltider selv, og ikke være avhengig av å spise på restaurant hele tiden. Frokosten var inkludert i prisen. Den kan ikke sies å være overdådig, men inneholdt likevel alt man behøvde og mer til. Hvis jeg skulle ønsket meg mer av oppholdet, ville det vært litt bedre ventilasjon og litt bedre renhold av tak/takbjelker. Det var en liten tendens til tett luft, og det var litt støv høyt oppe, der man naturlig nok ikke rengjør daglig. Vi hadde vinduet åpent hele tiden. Det var egentlig ikke noe problem, for det var ikke noe støy utenfor. Vinduet vendte mot en sidegate der få mennesker gikk, og vi hørte ikke mye fra hovedgata heller. Det var stille og fredelig på natta.

Ett annorlunda hotell trevligt och häftigt med de olika tidepokerns i rummen. Perfekt om man vill uppleva något annat. Bra frukost trevlig personal men stängde tidigt och ingen eller dåligt med bemanning i baren /restaurangen på en kväll.

Charming old hotel in center of Visby with quirky period-style rooms that have been updated with excellent modern facilities. Good buffet breakfast in a quaint dining room. Great location in the heart of town.

Parking is a bit tricky for those who rent cars. We were directed to park in a big central parking area by the harbor in which most of the meters have been converted to app-only.

Hotellet var bra på alla sätt. Enda negativa för oss var att det var så stark parfymerad doft i korridorerna, man hade doftstickor överallt. Svårt för astmatiker. Lite väl starka dofter över på dusch, tvål o andra produkter i badrummet.

Mycket bra personal och fint rum, lite svårt med rullstol eftersom många trappor och brant backe utanför, annars allt toppen bra👍

Mycket trevligt och mysigt hotell med härlig stil och rum. Har bott här förut men i ett annat (också otroligt härligt rum) Den enda negativa delen är isåfall frukosten som man kunnat önska lite större utbud från. Exempelvis det varma. Sen att det är lite otydligt och inte så självklart vad som står på bordet.

The interior is just outstanding. You feel like living in 19-th century mansion, this is a very memorable experience. Breakfast was also good, with quite a variety of food.

I spent 5 nights and was in heaven. Beautifully decorated and kept up. It was like stepping back in time. Having a full kitchen is a great option if you would rather not eat out. WiFi is spotty but you're on a Viking island. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful time.

Very unique room, exactly as shown in the pictures. I love this old "castle style".

Something in the room was making a rather loud humming noise non-stop all throughout the night, making it very hard to sleep. I think it had to do with the air conditioning of the bathroom. In any case one could not turn it off. The reception was closed at night so I could not go speak with hotel staff to try and solve the problem. I would have had to go to another hotel to get hold of staff, maybe a sister hotel of Börsen?, but since it was midnight and I was very tired, I was too tired to dress up again and go out. I was very disturbed with the loud noise and in the end I had to press a pillow on my ears in attempt to reduce the noise. The noise completely ruined my night. In the morning I went down to the reception and informed the staff about the noise. I told them I could not sleep and the sound was extremely disturbing. There were two receptionists, and both seemed quite indifferent to my complaint. They almost looked as if they would not believe there could be such a sound in the room. The only reply was, "Oh, we are so sorry". They did not offer any compensation. I found that a very bad and arrogant attitude towards a guest. If a guest is telling you about a significant disturbance that ruined the whole night, you definitely should try to compensate the disturbance in some way. But no, these receptionists were like, "Oh, thanks for letting us know, we'll send someone to check the room". Someone checking the room and fixing the problem _afterwards_ will not compensate for the loss of sleep for your guest. Please learn ways to make your guest feel respected and that you take a justified complaint seriously.

Kunde gärna varit lite varma golv i badrummet. Där satt toalettlocket knappt fast. Städning på hög höjd hade oxå behövts göras, satt en del spindelnät där. Blaskigt kaffe och juice till frukosten. Väldigt lyhörda rum. I alla fall i vårt rum.

Bathroom down the stairs. Dark room, you wouldn't like to stay too long there.

Loft room got a little hot as there was no air con or fan

Underbar frukost. Ingen utsikt från rummet. Struligt med tv uppe och toa nere dessutom krångligt med fjättkontrollerna. Skön säng med vintertäcke, för varmt. Obekväma möbler i matsalen, inga fönster. Dyrt hotell nästan 10.000 kr för sex nätter.

Family room was in two floors so it felt a bit unsafe. The historic deco was a bit too much…

There is nothing remarkable to mention. Maybe the fact that there was no detergent for the dishwasher, probably should have asked.

The location is superb, the breakfast was nice but not special, apart from the pancakes, which were the best I had in Sweden. The atmosphere in the breakfast/dining room is very cozy. It was nice they have a fridge (with freezer) in the rooms, so we could store our drinks there and have picnics outside.

We were very disappointed, this is not worth the price, especially when it comes to cleanliness. We booked a double bed room, but got three single beds. When we double-checked the booking, it had a double bed in the pic, but when you “read more” it mentions four single beds, which is almost never the case with suites, so be careful with that. On our last night, they moved us to a supposed double bed room, but it was two single beds that didn't stay together. Cleanliness was poor, with yellow shower curtains, dirt in the bathroom, and dust elsewhere (the oven was in a miserable condition and it was difficult to see through the windows). Quite unflexible receptionist. At checkout, we were told to pick up our luggage by 16:00 as they would close and change the code, offering no help despite our ferry leaving at 22:00.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy hotel! The location was very good, basically right next to the Gotland Museum, and within minutes of the square, harbor, and shopping. The breakfast was great with seating in a picturesque room.

Vi valde hotellet och sviten för barnen skull, och de uppskattade den brokiga inredningen. Vi vuxna hade problem med mer eller mindre varje aspekt av upplevelsen: - dåligt utbud på frukosten - obekväma sängar, framförallt på nedervåningen där sängen knarrade även när ett litet barn vänder sig - tapeter som behöver lagas - hela stället känns som att man satt samman saker utan någon konsekvens i konceptet - känns slarvigt och ofärdigt - städningen är under all kritik — under fem nätters vistelse bestod all städning av tömning av sopkärl; ingen bäddning av sängar eller städning av toalett — diskmaskinen var inte tömd när vi checkade in — badrummet skulle behövt en ordentlig genomgång ju x dig

Överlag mycket bra, enda klagomålet är väll receptionen som har väldigt snåla öppettider och tv på rummet som bara fungerade sporadiskt.

The most unique hotel I've ever stayed in, with an antique and aristocratic feel. Close proximity to restaurants and you stay within the castle walls of Visby.

As a solo traveller, the room had 4 beds which was excessive. Good if you're with friends.

Location is excellent . It is a very cozy place the appartments.

Great location in the centre of the old town. The employees were nice. The breakfast was fine but not changing regularly enough or not large enough for 6 mornings. Croissants were good. Several problems happened in our room but we got compensated for the trouble upon request at the end of the stay.

The foot of the bed went off during the first night and the janitor should have taken care of it the next day but he didn't. Then we had to sleep in another room for a night and move back the next day. The room cleaning never came for three days until we specifically asked for it on the 4th day. They didn't give us the right amount of towels after cleaning and there was not enough toilet paper to hold until the end of the stay. The beds are not kept together upstairs and it makes it hard to reach your partner for a hug without falling between beds.

Inte min typ va hotell egentligen, men det är stora fina rum med etagevåning och ett litet kök, udda inredning med massa kungar och gamla målningar. Det har karaktär och en stil och går man igång på det så är detta ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Bra liten frukost, och fantastiskt läge mitt i visby till topppris.
