Direkte Strandlage - Zimmer seitl Meerblick hat super Ausblick vom Balkon. Parkplätze findet man im näheren Umkreis. Zimmer sind schön renoviert - Bad mit grosser Dusche u Glasduschwand - grosser Spiegel u gutes Licht. Im Hotel stehen überall Wasserspender zur freien Entnahme. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut - vor allem die Omletts! Leider kann man nicht draussen frühstücken. Mittag und Abendessen wird auch angeboten - haben wir nicht genutzt. Am feinsandigen Strand gibt es Schirme und 2 Liegen um € 15.00 pro Tag. Perfekt auch für kleine Kinder. Pool mit gratis Liegen gibt es auch. Rundherum jede Menge Restaurants u kleine Geschäfte. Sehr schöne Lage für einen Strandurlaub aber auch Ausgangspunkt für Inselerkundigungen.

The sea view and room were as it looks like on the pictures. Appart from this, everything else was source of frustration and stress.

The restaurant underground, poor variety of products, feels like cantina. In 5 times at the restaurant found 3 times hair in my plate.. disgusting. Have to wait 15 minutes before kitchen replace empty food, feels like everything is made to force you to eat what you don't want to eat. Tables set never being replaces, just a quick sponge cleaning between two use of the table.... No effort to give a nice look to the tables, no lamp, no decoration, nothing to makes you feel in a restaurant... just a cantina, school restaurant for kids who wants their fries, pasta, with chicken nugget. i had not even the opportunity to eat a beafsteak, or a fish, in a place like mallorca! all the products were like coming from lidl or aldi and being cooked in quantity over quality... saucisses and other supposed meat were feeling like tasting plastic junks. Going at restaurant with clean and fresh clothes, going out with clothes smelling food for the day... 2 elevator for the whole hotel, 2 times main elevator in maintenance at peak time(dinner / breakfast). Dirty elevators, smelling awful like wet dog very often, digital board with supposed floor levels not even working in main elevator. Room cleaning service leaving some hair on the ground all over the room after washing floor... don't know whose hair it was...i guess never using vaccum in that hotel. Room service forgetting to change two times 1 of the 2 main bathroom towels... we were 2.... we do not use 1 towel for 2 person. A Cash making hotel, for the price we paid we didn't even had free towels to go at the beach, every extra bits expected from a 4* to be included were not. You had to pay for it. The hotel is clearly not for adults only, it is a family based hotel, 80% designed for German families with 40+ TV channels in german, 2 Italian, 3 french, 4 english... The Hotel feels like to be the top hotel of the village, because it all looks poor standing all over the place... they are on top of a cheap place.

Tutto bello. Cibo, a due passi dalla spiaggia, stanza, servizi generali. Allanfine che k out alle 12 e stanza di cortesia per fare la doccia. Sillot molto gradevole con bar, ristoranti, negozi. Bel lungomare. Mezza pensione ideale per noi con un buffet molto fornito.

Stanza all 6 piani, sotto il rooftop, dunque dovevamo chiudere le finestre se volevamo silenzio prima delle 23.ma non molto grave.

The hotel has met my expectations. It was conveniently located close to the beach, with many restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The staff at the reception was friendly, kind, and always helpful. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I also really appreciated that the hotel provided us with an umbrella to use at the beach. On top of that, there was a lovely little gift (a bar of soap) in our room. Thank you so much for this! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would love to come back again.(and I'd be happy if you could consider my critiques below as well)

Since the hotel is located in the heart of the restaurant area and close to the sea, there was quite a lot of noise coming from the streets, especially after midnight. It was manageable for a two-night stay, but I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for a longer visit. What I particularly didn’t like was the pricing of the drinks during dinner. I understand that drinks are not included in the meal price, but they shouldn’t be more expensive than those at the restaurants right next to the hotel. (On the contrary, I would expect reduced prices specifically during dinner for hotel guests.) For example, soft drinks cost €2.90 outside, while the hotel charged €3.60. A pitcher of water, which is offered free of charge in the lobby, was also charged at around €3. I found this quite annoying. Finally, having a kettle in the rooms would be a nice addition.

La posizione fronte mare è davvero positiva. Il cibo a buffet sempre vario a adatto a tutti i gusti con il personale attento e veloce.All inclusive soddisfacente. Sky bar con vista.

Forse unica pecca ,è la presenza di soli 2 ascensori che risultano spesso occupati, visto il numero degli ospiti.

Leider sind die Türen immer sehr laut ins Schloss gefallen, das war manchmal etwas störend.

Amabilidad del personal. Confortabilidad de la habitación. Calidad-precio adecuadas. Hotel reformado con mucho gusto. Tranquilidad del lugar. Ubicación perfecta, primera línea. Permite combinar piscina-playa fácilmente. Desayuno variado y completo con producto local de calidad.

Ningún aspecto negativo a destacar.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la playa que tiene cerca es bonita.

Que cierran la piscina muy pronto. Podrían dejarla un poco más para disfrutar de ella a final de tarde.

-Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju (mimo zgłaszania nic nie zrobili) -mała winda w której nie ma czym oddychać i kesteś tak blisko z drugą osobą ze czujesz jej ciepło pot czy perfumy, a duża zatłoczona tak, że szybciej wchodziłam na 6 piętro po schodach - jedzenie okropne, niedoprawione, monotonne - na kolację wyłączane ekspresy i podajniki wody, za to chodzi pani z terminalem żeby kupować napoje ( może dlatego dania na kolację były takie suche;) co było śmieszne bo woda stała na każdym piętrze wiec już do kolacji mogli chociaż tyle podać... - na korytarzu był karaluch a ostatniego dnia ogromny w restauracji gdzie jedliśmy, po 20 min łaskawie ktoś go sprzątnął -woda w basenie jak dla mnie zbyt ciepła, nie przynosiła ulgi przy 35C

L'unica cosa negativa che posso dire è l'ascensore , un pò lento!

Hotel curato, pulito, sul mare, ottima posizione vicina alla fermata del bus nel caso si volessero visitare più posti come Porto Santo. Colazione molto curata e varia, bellissimo rooftop.

L'orario di chiusura del rooftop alle 23 è davvero troppo presto.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, desde limpieza, recepción, restaurante... La comida del buffet era muy variada y rica. Las camas eran cómodas y todo estaba limpio. Buena ubicación.

El horario de la piscina, de 10.00 a 18.00. Se quedaba un poco corto por la tarde.

Wenig Personal zum Serviren, zu lange warte Zeiten, zu wenig Lift für zu viele Gäste, Kein Parkplatz für Auto das Hotelgäste, Essen hat sich viel wiederholt, keine Strandtücher für Hotelgäste, keine Dusche an der Strand,

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht. Leider hatten wir jedoch keinen Meerblick, sondern blickten lediglich auf das Nachbarhaus. Wir waren deshalb etwas enttäuscht, da das Zimmer nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach.

Die Lage direkt an der Promenade und am herrlichen Strand. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen und es gab neben den eher süssen Sachen auch gesunde Speisen (Haferflocken, Mageryoghurt, frisches Omelett, Vollkornbrot und verschiedene Milchersatzsorten). Die Dachterrasse war auch wirklich sehr gemütlich.

Die Zimmer sind relativ ringhörig, man konnte gewisse Konversationen im Nachbarzimmer 1:1 mitanhören. Auch waren die Angestellten beim Frühstücksbuffet nicht alle sehr freundlich (ausser die Dame, welche mir täglich das frische Omelett zubereitet hat).

Pusryčiai rūsyje, ko visai nesitikėjome. Nepatiko paplūdimys, pilna dumblių, nesinori nei maudytis, nei gulėti jame. Keliavome į kitus paplūdymius, nors šį viešbutį rinkomės tik dėl to, kad ant jūros kranto. Pats miestelis labai skurdus.

Excelente, inmejorable, en varios aspectos: a la llegada en la recepción, con Veronika; en el servicio de camareros (Bryan, por ejemplo) o la socorrista (Carmen); excepcional la calidad de la comida (la mujer que preparaba los huevos al desayuno), con un buffet no muy extenso pero todo rico de verdad y bueno; ubicación a pie de playa, pueblo súper tranquilo, zona de tiendas pequeña pero suficiente. Mucho paseo para caminar en ambos sentidos. Autobús directo desde/hacia el aeropuerto.

El todo incluido es muy correcto pero sin él parece que se cobran las toallas de la piscina. Lo único que realmente ha sido incómodo en nuestro caso es que el aire acondicionado está tan suave que no se está confortable en el salón del hotel y cuesta estarlo a veces en la habitación. La playa no está muy limpia algunos días, pero cuando lo está es una delicia. Con todo, muy recomendable. Atención fantástica.

Keine Duschen am Strand

Hotel Super, Lage Super, Essen Super, Frühstück mehr als super, Perfekte Omelettes! Aber am allerbesten sind die zwei älteren Damen an der Rezeption, da können sich viele andere Hotels was abschauen!!! Besser geht nicht, wir kommen wieder ))))

Прекрасное расположение прямо на берегу моря. Уютные и комфортные номера, очень чисто, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отель находится в тихом месте: после 23:00 нет шума от музыки и ночных развлечений, что позволяет спокойно отдыхать. Порадовали разнообразные и вкусные ужины, но имейте ввиду, любые напитки на ужин - платные. Ещё один большой плюс — практически всегда удавалось найти бесплатное парковочное место рядом с отелем. Также очень удобно, что почти на каждом этаже есть кулер с бесплатной холодной питьевой водой. Пляж красивый, но находится на открытом участке побережья, поэтому при ветреной погоде могут быть волны. Во время нашего отдыха за шесть дней полностью спокойное море было только два дня. При наличии автомобиля этот вопрос легко решается поездкой на другие пляжи острова.

Из недостатков можно отметить недостаточное количество лифтов. Кроме того, их работа организована не очень эффективно: даже если лифт уже полностью заполнен, он всё равно останавливается на каждом этаже, где был вызов, хотя новые пассажиры уже не могут войти. Это значительно увеличивает время ожидания и делает пользование лифтом менее удобным. Также завтраки практически не меняются. Несмотря на то что выбор блюд достаточно хороший, ассортимент каждое утро остаётся одинаковым. При проживании более нескольких дней хотелось бы видеть больше разнообразия. Для пар стоит учитывать, что двуспальная кровать состоит из двух отдельных кроватей, сдвинутых вместе. Из-за отсутствия общего матраса и лёгкой конструкции кровати могут разъезжаться, что не всегда комфортно во время сна. Телевизор устаревший с точки зрения функциональности. Нет Smart TV, доступа к интернету, поддержки Netflix и других стриминговых сервисов, а также возможности подключить свои устройства для просмотра контента. Хотелось бы более полный набор туалетно-косметических принадлежностей (например ватные палочки, ватные диски и другие небольшие полезные мелочи). Это небольшая деталь, но именно такие мелочи делают проживание ещё более комфортным. Все отмеченные недостатки являются скорее пожеланиями по улучшению, чем серьёзными проблемами. Они никак не помешали нам насладиться отдыхом. Мы прекрасно провели время и благодарим весь персонал отеля за гостеприимство.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Meer gelegen und war super schön und sauber. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es gab immer verfügbare Liegen. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen - es war alles wunderbar!

Every member of staff gave first class service; helpful, kind, considerate and very professional. Every feature of the hotel was excellent with the exception of the lift provision. The proximity to the beach and other amenities was excellent.

He viajado bastante y pocos hoteles tienen dispensadores de agua fría y caliente gratis, lo tenían colocado en los distintos pisos del hotel, es un gran aporte especialmente en verano porque te ahorras en comprar agua en el supermercado. El desayuno espectacular muy completo y todo el personal demasiado amable. El lugar es en un pueblo y es un lugar muy tranquilo. La playa que está al frente es muy hermosa. Excelente hotel!!

Das Doppelbetten 'verkauft' wurden, aber es sich um zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten handelte.

L'équipe du restaurant était fantastique! D'ailleurs un grande MERCI à Rosa qui était toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Le buffet était assez varié, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

La chambre n'était pas très grande, voir assez petite. Je n'ai pas apprécié que le all inclusive était seulement jusqu'à 23h et le bar fermé seulement à 24h, c'est à dire de 23h-24h il fallait payé si on voulait consommé. C'est inadmissible!!

O atendimento principalmente da gerência. Fomos em tudo incluído e a comida era muito limitada. Os snacks para a tarde não estavam disponíveis e sempre que pedidos no bar (tal como nos foi indicado) havia grande resistência por parte dos funcionários visto que iria atrapalhar o trabalho da cozinha (foi o que nos foi dito). No último almoço praticamente não existiam opções de comida disponíveis e a pessoa que se apresentou como responsável do hotel foi rude no atendimento e alegou que se pedíssemos seria produzida a nossa refeição (o que não faz sentido numa refeição em buffet). Não voltaremos!

Le fait qu’on ne puisse pas prendre un transat au bord de la piscine pour une heure ou deux car les gens laissent leur serviette même quand ils ne sont pas là. Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait de pouvoir retenir un transat.moyennant finance. Les transats sont restés vides tout le temps ou je suis restée a la piscine mais je ́n'ai pas eu le droit de m'y installer.

Wir waren acht Tage da und ich muß sagen meine Erfahrungen sind durchwegs positiv. Schon beim Einchecken ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es wurde uns aller sehr gut erklärt und gezeigt. Die Zimmer, die jeden Tag gemacht werden, sind sauber und in der Größe angemessen. Sehr schönes Bad und ein Balkon mit Tisch, zwei Stühlen und einem Wäscheständer vervollständigen das ganze. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und es ist für jeden was dabei. Die Poolanlage ist relativ einfach aber groß genug und mit genügend Schirmen und Liegen ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist die Bar am Dach des Hotels die einen tollen Ausblick über S'illot bietet. Wirklich hervorzuheben ist das immer freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Der Strand ist nicht der schönste (and geschwemmtes Seegras usw.) auf Mallorca aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Ein kleines Manko: der Aufzug ist relativ langsam unterwegs und zu den Stoßzeiten kann es schon mal länger dauern.

Fue un viaje regalo para mí madre y tía y basándome en sus comentarios: Un sitio precioso, un hotel muy cómodo, limpio con una arquitectura muy interesante. La comida variada, rica y abundante, los horarios perfectos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Pedí llevar unos ramos de flores a la habitación de mi madre un día y hora muy concretos y me ayudaron a gestionarlo a distancia de una manera eficiente, fácil y con mucha simpatía. Las chicas tanto de la recepción, como de las zonas de restauración, son muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar en todo, mi madre mencionó especialmente a Verónica, que además habla Polaco, un idioma poco frecuente de ver y bastante difícil. Muy contentos, volveremos seguro Gracias por hacer la estancia de mi madre y mi tía tan inolvidable.

Hotel direttamente sul mare in zona molto tranquilla. Cibo ottimo e personale molto disponibile. Lo skybar al settimo piano è spettacolare e offre ottimi drink.

Il pagamento delle bevande ai pasti. Non tanto il pagamento in sé, ma l'organizzazione perché spesso ci si ritrovava a metà cena senza ancora nulla da bere.

Un personnel jeune très agréable et très gentil, cependant la responsable n’était pas souriante, ni accueillante c’est dommage dans le milieu du tourisme…

Después de nuestra luna de miel, no podíamos dejar de compartir lo maravillosa que fue nuestra experiencia en este hotel. Desde el primer momento, el personal nos hizo sentir especiales: siempre atentos, amables y con una sonrisa. La ubicación es perfecta, todo está impecablemente limpio y muy bien organizado. El desayuno merece una mención especial: una gran variedad de opciones y unas cocineras increíbles que preparan todo con mucho cariño y adaptándose a cada gusto. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendamos al 100% y al que nos encantaría volver.
