Reviewed Aug 17, 2026お盆なのに、格安で宿泊でき 良かったです 大浴場にシャンプーリンスが 何種類かあり大変嬉しかった。各地のルートインを利用していますが 毎回お部屋が、綺麗にお掃除されていて安心できるホテルです これからも あまり値上げせずお願いしたいところです
朝食は 普通良かったですが お醤油が置いてあった個人的にはなお良かったです 各地で 違いはありますが 個人的にはいまのところ函館の、ルートインが最高でした

コインランドリーにて、時間を過ぎても取り出さない客の洗濯物について、女性スタッフが１時間後に出勤するので、それまで対応できないと言われました。津山駅前店では「時間を過ぎたものはスタッフが保管させてもらいます」と張り紙がしてあるのですが、千歳駅前には貼ってなかったので残念です。あと、駐車場が足りない場合は近くのコインパーキングにとめてくださいと言われた。そのため、車で外出する気になれなかった。

このホテルは全国、布団カバーが袋タイプでは無く、重ねタイプなので剥がれて共有布団が直接肌に触れるのが気持ち悪かった 剥がれた布団カバーを直しながら寝るのが面倒 東横のほうが布団は快適 テレビも小さくて安っぽいので部屋のイメージが貧乏臭い気がする

朝食バイキングの開始時間帯１８時３０分頃が非常に混雑しましたので、もう３０分くらい開始時間を早くしてもらい分散しても良かったのかなと思いました。

Aircon is controlled by central. My room was 26 degrees hot and I set the temperature to 19. It didn’t change the room temperature. I went to the reception and she told me to turn off the aircon and open the window to let the cold air flow in.

Room size, bed hardness, TV with no English Option, minimalistic supplies, no coffee or water in room, small towels, overall cost for quality. Buffet Breakfast VERY average, with variety and food quality compared with other hotels in Hokkaido. Lack of ability to change A/C temp, had to open window, which made it very noisy.

到着が少し遅くなったのですが 駐車場が2ヵ所のタワーパーキングのうち空いてたのが高さが合わず入れる方は満車で停められず案内された駐車場はかなり遠い場所で自腹での支払いになってしまいました。 到着が遅くなったのは自分のせいではありましたが ちょっと残念でした。

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Staff were super nice and friendly. The room is a bit dated, but considering the price, it’s very cost-efficient and offers good value overall. The location and basic amenities met our needs, and everything was functional.
However, the main downside was a strong cigarette smell in the room. This was quite surprising, especially since most hotels in Japan are non-smoking or strictly separate smoking rooms. Unfortunately, it made our stay less comfortable. If you’re sensitive to smoke, it’s worth double-checking with the hotel in advance. Otherwise, for the price, it’s a reasonable option.

喫煙室を選んではいたが、カーテン類などの消臭にもう少し力を入れてもいいかと思った。 浴室にタオル類があったが、大浴場を利用するには部屋のバスタオルとハンドタオルを持って行かなくてはならないが、ハンドタオルは一枚しかなく、部屋から持っていくと、部屋の浴室の手を拭くためのタオルがなくなってしまう。一回にアメニティとして置いていたのかもしれないが、初めから部屋に２枚置いていただけると、有り難いと感じる。 大浴場は男性が1階、女性が14階だったが、14階のお風呂の眺めがいいのであれば、男性も14階を利用してみたいとおもう。
