The property is not a five star hotel. Rooms are small and pretty basic. Also, we returned a rental car at airport and were waiting for the shuttle who didn't stop. I had to shout.

i didn't have a bath tub. the front desk couldn't match the "booking" price so i had to take care of that on my own. i prefered they make the reservation. the employees behind the desk were amazing. helpful and kind.

Pas d’eau chaude dans une partie de l’hôtel dont notre chambre du au séisme. Nous n’avons pas été au préalable et avons du négocier une remise.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026La cama es cómoda, las cortinas blackout funcionan bien, y lo más importante es que el hotel y la habitación son tranquilos. Las duchas tienen un tamaño decente y están muy limpias. El desayuno ofrece una variedad aceptable de opciones.
El hecho de que el colchón no tenga sábana ajustable es una verdadera pesadilla. Me desperté varias veces durante la noche porque la sábana suelta se movía para todos lados. ¿Qué clase de hotel no pone sábanas ajustables en los colchones? El desayuno mejoraría muchísimo si tuviera más opciones calientes, como salchichas de desayuno, tocineta y otras proteínas calientes.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Loved the grounds of this hotel, the park like setting and the pool. The breakfast was amazing and excellent staff in restaurants. Loved that you never needed to leave the grounds but could get nice outside time. Also loved the shuttle to the airport even with a very early departure.
The wifi was really poor. Had to continually keep logging out and logging in or moving around to different parts of the hotel to actually get some wifi to check in to flights etc. The room was very dated with old dark furniture that was dented or chipped. There was significant dirt in all the corners and baseboards etc. If wifi and rooms had an upgrade it would be a perfect 10 rating for all.
