El agua de la piscina estaba verde y no nos pudimos bañar, al reclamar nos cambiaron por una habitación con balcón, xò no lo pudimos aprovechar debido a la calor

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה. הבר בבריכה היה נחמד מאוד, היו מגוון משקאות ושייקים טעימים

לצערי חווית האירוח שלנו הייתה ברמה נמוכה מאוד ולא תאמה את הציפיות. בחדר השירותים היה עובש והייתה אבנית רבה במקלחון. בנוסף, לאורך כל השהות היה בחדר ריח לא נעים שלא חלף גם לאחר אוורור. סופקו רק שתי מגבות בלבד ליום. מכיוון שלא קיבלנו מענה מספק, נאלצתי לצאת ולרכוש מגבות נוספות באופן עצמאי. הלובי במלון לא היה ממוזג בזמן שהותנו, והיה חם ולא נעים לשבת בו.

שהבריכה לא תמיד עבדה, והזמנו 3 חדרים 10 חודשים מראש ושהגענו הצמידו 2 חדרים וחדר אחר מרוחק, כמובן שאחרי ויכוחים וצעקות שמו את שלושת החדרים צמודים

Ottimo staff!! Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 15 minuti

La struttura è pulita, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare a Koh Samui spendendo poco. Buona la colazione con anche prodotti di pasticceria e tanta frutta, oltre al corner che prepara le uova. Personale gentile.

L'albergo è pieno zeppo di zanzare, almeno nella nostra ala (secondo piano, a sx) ogni giorno dopo la pulizia ne trovavamo almeno due o tre in stanza. Danno un solo asciugamano a testa e per chi come me ha i capelli lunghi è un po' scomodo. La posizione è ok, vicino a diversi ristoranti e alla spiaggia ma nella parte dove il mare è più agitato. Se volete rilassarvi nell'acqua bassa dovete spostarvi più a nord, di circa 3 km.

the beach is a bit far, the staff's English is limited. The try to clean everything fine, but e.g. don't use descaling or mould cleaning products.

Guests, and therefore the owners and even people who are planning to stay there, will be sharing the same space with genocidal criminals. They were probably promised this land 2,000 years ago.

Izjemna lokacija, vse je na dosegu roke, veliko dogajanja v okolici, trgovin, lokalov, lekarn.

Nekoliko starejsi hotel, cistoca ni najboljsa, brisace ne disijo. Ampak glede na ceno, je tako nekako bilo tudi pricakovano. Priporocam za krajsi cas in popotnike oz. pare brez otrok.

Personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner varié et bon emplacement. Petit souci avec la piscine au début du séjour mais vite résolu. Hôtel bien situé. Je recommande.

היינו עם חדר פונה לכביש והיה במפר ממתכת שכל רכב שעובר עליו נשמע כמו יריה ולא ישננו בכלל במשך 3 לילות, פנינו כמה פעמים לצוות ואמרו שאין מה לעשות. אין לחץ מים , למגבות יש ריח ממש לא טוב, אין מזגן בלובי החלונות פתוחים וחם מאוד.

Un très bon accueil, le personnel extrêmement gentil et très souriant, l’hôtel est très bien situé et reste très calme la nuit. La literie est bonne et le petit déjeuner est correct et varié.

Air compressor on balcony couldn’t get out

Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix, prix réduits sur les excursions, bagagerie gratuite et chambre agréable.

L'eau de la piscine est verte, souvent fermée pour traitement :( L'accès à la plage publique est assez éloigné.

L’hôtel est particulièrement bien situé, à proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Il dispose également d’un grand parking, très pratique pour stationner un scooter. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très complet. L’hôtel propose également des excursions très bien organisées, à des tarifs tout à fait raisonnables, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement l’île.

La piscine était très souvent inutilisable, avec une eau régulièrement verdâtre. Il fallait donc fréquemment la vider et changer l’eau, ce qui était assez dommage.

קודם כל הצוות ממש לא נעים , במיוחד בקבלת פנים ואין שום מאוורר או מיזוג אוויר בלובי וחם ברמות וזה פשוט נורא הבריכה לא עבדה כמעט 3 ימים וזה היה ממש מעצבן

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Klimaanlage funktioniert (sehr wichtig!). Es ist ein funktionales Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Zimmer sind eher ungemütlich, das Bett war sehr hart. Im Bad hat es stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Der Pool ist zwar groß, aber das Wasser ist zu warm (was natürlich kein Wunder ist bei den Außentemperaturen); beim Frühstück gab es nach meinem Geschmack zu wenig in Richtung Müsli, aber viel salzige und warme Gerichte.

Jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, jó étterem és szolgáltatások, kedves személyzet. Nagy, tágas szobák, erkéllyel, olvasósarokkal, jól felszerelt szállás. sötétítő függöny kifejezetten hatékony, tényleg sötétet csinál a szobában nappal is. Kedves, színes dizájn a szobákban és a közös területeken, az épületen egyaránt.

Picit lelakott bútorok, szoba, de nem zavaró vagy kellemetlen. Sajnos majdnem minden éjszaka hangos zene szűrődött be az utcáról, ami ellen csak füldugóval tudtam védekezni.

Room was huge, staff were smiling and attentive. Also decent breakfast. For the price range great value for money. Solid location and short walk from chaweng beach.

Pool was undergoing maintenance for all of our stay. Really frustrating as there was no advanced notice.

Room was comfortable.

Water pressure in shower was bad. Pool was green for 3 of the 6 days we stayed which was super disappointing. Room was not as advertised but the staff fixed the problem after some prompting.

הבריכה לא עבדה במשך כמה ימים ללא פיצוי הולם, המיקום רחוק מהמרכז וההסעות יקרות יחסית, החדרים לא מפנקים ויש ריח מעט רע. שילמנו על חדר דלוקס וקיבלנו חדר בלי נוף, בנוסף המלון קצת התיישן והצבעוניות דיי נעלמה.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits . La pisicind était très sale et suite à notre séjour , il y a eu un souci d eau dans la piscine. Nous avions plus accès. C'est dommage nous avons passé 5 nuits sans piscine . Il y a eu aucun dédommagement. Le petit déjeuner .... bof

De locatie was het prettigste en het ontbijt

Wij kwamen hier speciaal voor het zwembad, die was tijdens ons gehele verblijf gesloten… De gordijnen in de kamers gaan niet goed dicht hierdoor houdt het geen licht tegen, elke ochtend werden wij vroeg wakker. Ook waren de nachten kort door de overlast van de buren en de dunne muren.

All the workers are extremely friendly! I love the big pool and proximity to the ocean.

The property is older, which is to be expected after seeing the photos. But the rooms were big and spacious. Nothing I really didn’t like.

Locatie is top. Airco deden het niet, toen kregen we een andere kamer. Bedden lagen lekker. Fijn dat er een zwembad bij zat.

Wel wat een schimmelgeur en we moesten betalen voor een lepeltje die de schoonmaak weg had gegooid. Gym viel ook tegen.

There's no lift in a a part of the hotel and no one to help with the luggage. The problem is there's no lift but not being fully transparent on this Sale for the distance to the beach...yes the beach is at 200m but the access to the beach is much more. Again it's a question of transparency Smelly bathrooms

Bathroom needs renovation. In particular, the sink did not drain properly While close to everything inc the beach, the area around the hotel is a bit of a mess

Long walk through hotel to room

The room size was good and it was clean. The huge buffet breakfast was good, if some odd things on the menu, but covered the nations quite well, the staff nice. Water in glass bottles, better than plastic. Marble floors in room Quiet at night, rooms solid soundproofed well. Its a solid building. Cheap supermarket behind is great, helps getting stuff you need closeby.

The TV didnt work and had to get a the man into fix it and it was older style box with limited channels. They need to replace them to modern TV. My room was a corner one, and the balcony seemed small, reception could not find me better view room. Be prepared for crowds and from the popular country of Russia too. Not for me. The pool was too busy at times. There is a 1000 baht fee if you loose room key, so don't loose it! The walk to beach was quite long, 250 metres. The town has limited beach access roads.

The location, hotel facilities and staff made this a great stay

Feel is lovely, pool is nice, staff are amazing. Have a linked taxi that you can schedule and ask for pickup, location isn’t in the central town the walk is on busy roads/hills so wouldn’t recommend walking from pier with luggage, Staff are lovely, would recommended!

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok saygılı. Odalar ferah ve geniş. Merkeze biraz uzak yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dk. Ama sürekli önünden ring araçları geçiyor. Çıkış sonrası bavullarımızı emanete bırakmamıza izin verdiler.

Saç kurutma makinesi eski ve çalışmıyordu. Buz dolabı yeterince soğutmuyor.

Notre séjour a été catastrophique

Accueil désagréable, chambre très mal nettoyée avec de la poussière, du calcaire et des traces. De plus odeur d’urine dés l’entrée dans la salle de bain . Odeur vieillot dans la chambre , séjour catastrophique

Gros problème de Clim j’ai fait une dizaine d’hôtel en Thaïlande c la première fois que j’ai une Clim qui fait un tel bruit et qui est aussi basse elle ne sert limite à rien elle est dans la chambre au milieu et le lit dans une autre côté de pièce donc on ne sent rien. C un vrai problème heureusement j’avais un ventilateur sans ça je sais pas comment j’aurais fait.

Personnel pas du tout arrangeant, j’ai demandé à prendre une douche la journée de mon départ on m’avais assuré que c’était possible et qu’ils avaient des douches. Je me suis retrouvé à me doucher dans un WC, ils n’ont pas voulu me prêter de serviette pour la douche et m’avait demander presque la moitié du prix pour un late checkout a 13h. Aucun sens du service a mon goût.

Güleryüzlü karşılama, personeller çok nazik ve yardımsever. Odalar oldukça temiz ve konforlu. Yüzme havuzu deniz için çok güzel bir alternatif.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, huge pool and easy access. The deal we got was very good.

The room was fine. But we had a room with conection door to another room. This makes that the noise from the other room comes trought easy specially when you have noisy guests same as we had.
