夕食会場が貸し切りのため、利用出来なかった。 他の利用客の事を、考えて欲しい。 後、カードキーを抜くと全ての電源が落ちるのは、如何なものか･･･ 冷凍庫の物が解けたり、うっかり電源を入れ忘れたら冷蔵物もダメになる。 せめて、冷蔵庫の電源くらいは切れないようにしてください。

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026フロント・朝食会場のスタッフさん達の対応が凄く良い。朝食の品数が多くて美味しい。部屋は綺麗で清潔、設備も整っていてエアコンが各部屋独立なのが嬉しい。ホテルの向かいにスーパーや飲食店あもある。
最寄り駅から少し離れる。ただ、送迎バスがある。

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025The hotel is opposite a shopping mall. There are a large supermarket where you can find food there and Uniquo shop. Hotel offer charter bus to and back from Toyotashi station. Breakfast is superb. I love here.

受付時のフロント対応の方が、領収書宛名 上 様 がわからなかったようで、何度も え？ と聞かれてしまい、急いでいたため、もういいです と伝えていたら別のスタッフが色々あるの と説明していた。恥ずかしかったです。 10階浴場から自室に戻るところで、髪の毛を乾かしていない私に、エレベーター9階から乗ってきた男女2人組に英語で、このホテルにはプールか温泉があるのか？と聞かれた。私は日本語でチェックインの際にチェックインの際に浴場の案内されていなかったのだろうか。

It has a lot of choices: from traditional Japanese to westernized dishes, which is highly appreciated. Location is not very close to the train station, but for those travelling by car (like us) it provides free parking. Overall it was great value for money
