Reviewed Aug 15, 2026家族が利用させていただきました。 なので、家族の話による評価になります。 私からは一つ。 予約時、禁煙の部屋の空きがなかったので、喫煙可の部屋をとりました。 宿泊までに、禁煙ルームに予約キャンセルが出たら、そこに変えることは出来ますか？という勝手なお願いにもかかわらず、親切丁寧にご対応していただきました。 家族も、次の機会も利用したいと話しております。 ありがとうございました。

朝、レストランで小さな水筒に氷をいただけるようお願いしたところ、お湯が入っていました。 氷とお湯は聞き間違えることがあるのかな？ ホテルを離れてから気が付きましたが残念でした。

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026It was right outside of Gifu-Hashima train station, so perfect for travelling around Nagoya! There were also a couple convenience stores very close by. the staff were very kind and helpful and there is an onsen available to use.
The room was relatively clean but when I picked up the air conditioner remote there was food on the bottom of it. The room was quite small but that is expected of a business-style hotel.

ベッドに小バエが多かったです。 もし排水溝などが発生源であれば、氷や殺虫剤を排水溝に流し込むと撲滅できると思います。

ただホテル自体はかなり古い印象で、部屋の中も狭く、元喫煙ルームだったのか、壁のクロスなども黄ばんでおり不潔な印象。 近隣の他のビジネスホテルの方が安い上に綺麗なところもあり、全体的に残念な印象でした。

Reviewed Jan 13, 2025部屋に１日中滞在する予定で、要望とともにドアに表示しておいたら、清掃の早い時間に新しいリネンをドアにかけてくれた。 要望も速やかに対応してくれて、少しドアを開けたときに近くにいたスタッフがゴミ箱もドア横に出しておいてくださいと声をかけてくれて、非常に感じが良かった。 また、部屋も周りの音が気にならない場所の部屋を当ててくれたようで、快適に過ごせた。
