Llegamos tarde y por solo una noche, con lo que solo podemos opinar de eso. El recepcionista muy atento, nos explicó e hizo las llamadas oportunas hasta que todo quedó claro, porque cuando llegaramos no estaría la recepción abierta. Está justo al lado de la estación de tren, por lo que muy bien comunicado pero el ruido de los trenes creo que podría molestar algo. Apartamento espacioso y bien equipado. Muy cercano al centro de la ciudad, a solo 10 min andando de la Arena. Parking con recargo que te permite directamente subir al hotel.

Very handy location for train station and the walk up to the arena, Roman museum etc. Air con worked well. Helpful on front desk. Map pin is not in quiet the right place and the entrance to the hotel is not easy to spot. Doorway is on raised walkway 3 doors to the left of a very hand City Carrefore minimart. Room was quiet. Good price. Both the central bus station and the railway station are on the doorstep. Bus to Arles 2 euro!

De passage lors d'une étape à Nîmes, la chambre était agréable propre et le petit balcon offrait une belle vue. Les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées, on entendait à peine les trains. J'avais prévu de me garer au parking de l'hôtel mais si vous n'arrivez pas assez tôt, il n'y a plus personne pour vous indiquer même si j'avais pris soin d'appeler avant pour voir comment on pourrait faire malgré l'heure tardive. Pas de solution possible, la voiture a donc 'dormi' dans la rue.

Nimes est une ville monumentale. L hotel est a 5 minutes des Arenes. L emplacement est perfect et les conditions d hebergement sont tres correctes.

Appart-hôtel en bon état général, parties communes et chambres. Chambres silencieuses et spacieuses, mais salle de bain réduite à sa plus simple expression, notamment le carré de douche et la vasque lavabo. Pb de réception TV satellite, donc à peine la moitié des chaînes visibles ( et pas les plus culturelles).

Apartamento pequeño. La zona de cocina muy pequeña en el pasillo de entrada. No tiene extractor. Dejaron un estropajo muy sucio. Dejaron para dos noches un sobre de lavavajillas. Solo hay un ascensor, hay que esperar mucho. El aparcamiento es de pago, no te dan indicaciones de que es la misma entrada que del hotel Ibis, no tienen croquis de la entrada.

Super résidence à 2 minutes à pied de la gare de Nîmes. Le personnel est très accueillant et cherche vraiment à aider au mieux. Les locaux sont d'une propreté remarquable et la chambre super confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour se cuisiner un petit repas. Nous avons de plus pu accéder facilement à la chambre malgré une arrivée très tardive. Je recommande!

One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof, trotzdem bei geschlossenen Fenstern keine Lärmbelästigung. Leerstehende Geschäfte und Obdachlose trüben den sonst sehr guten Eindruck. Volle Ausstattung der Küche erlaubt große Unabhängigkeit.

This was a one night stay to catch train next morning. This is the hardest bed you will ever sleep on, or not sleep on. Check out was 11am and we were thrown out by the cleaner at 10.45am. Location is great for local sites, has a food market right down stairs. Seems to be lots of long term residents who weren’t that quiet. Means to an end really

Séjour d'une nuit en famille (1 bébé et 1 enfant) L'appartement est spacieux, propre. Le lit bébé nous attendait dans la chambre, parfait. il est conforme à la description et bien equipé! Notre logement était calme, le personnel sympathique et souriant. J'ai rien à redire, hormis le parking... A 15€ par nuit pour celui de l'hotel ou sinon c'est dansla rue... Mais payant aussi! Seul la nuit du samedi au dimanche est gratuite en stationnement sur la voie publique!

Boendet var helt ok förutom ett ovanligt låssystem på dörrarna som gjorde att man fick ringa efter hjälp för att bli insläppt. Ont om restauranger i grannskapet förutom en pizzeria.

Franchement mon séjour c’est très bien passé, dans le calme. L’accueil très chaleureux et ma chambre très propre.

Pratique d'avoir un studio avec une cuisine. (Cependant le micro-onde est compliqué, pas facile à utiliser). Une critique : pas de climatisation à cette époque, alors qu'il faisait 24° dans la chambre.

Alors le service de nettoyage très bien l accueil aussi mais soucis de réservation j avait pris trois jours directement par l’hôtel du 8/08/2023 au 11/08 et je leurs ai donné une empreinte de ma carte bleue et la personne au tél me confirme c est juste une empreinte et qu’il ne prélèveront paset je leurs dit je paierai en espèce quand j arriverai et bien j arrive et ils ont envoyer le paiement donc heureusement que j avait de l argent de mon compte après dans les chambre problème de signal télé siège toilette casser lampes de chevet une sur 2 qui fonctionne franchement il devrait refaire des travaux dans leurs car au prix que j ai payer la chambre 113 e la nuit pour 1 et 2 enfants alors que quand j avait téléphoné il y a un monsieur qui m avait donner le prix de 99 e en une nuit sa augmenter de 14e par nuit donc je trouve que c est quand même abusé les seul positif vous êtes à côté de la gare de nimes centre et que vous pouvez faire à manger dans la chambre et il y a un cinéma à côté et point négatif les chambres commence à être abîmé et il faudrait donner un cou de neuf voilà mon diagnostic de mon séjours

Hôtel très décevant... Déjà très difficile d'accès en voiture obligé de passer par une voie de bus et pas de stationnement proche, donc pas le choix de prendre le parking souterrain de l'hôtel qui bien sûr est à payer en supplément. ... La propreté est à revoir, odeur d'urine et de remontées d'égout dans la salle de bain. Ménage limite dans la chambre. Chambre assez vieillote par rapport au photo. Ne mérite pas du tout les 3 étoiles.

This is the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. The air conditioner in both living room and bedroom can not be turned on at all. There is big gap between the window frame and the wall. The whole window is hanging wobbly. It is not even safe. The front desk stops service at 9pm. So after we checked in and found out the problems, we can not find anybody to report. It is hot summer night. we have to stayed the whole night without air conditioner. And the big gap of the window can not be closed. The room faces to a busy street. The noise is so loud. On top of that, there were so many mosquitos. we all got bitten quite a bit. All our family barely get any sleep in the hot noisy room.

Very handy to station and little supermarket next door. Front desk helpful when asked but doesn’t offer much information about Nimes . They do have a brochure stand along the hallway which is a bit worn looking.there is a kettle but only one days supply of tea/ coffee for whatever length of stay.

Excellent location for a quick basic stay in Nimes. Directly in front of the train station when we arrived and within 5-10 minute walking distance to the amphitheatre and maison caree etc. Bus stop to the airport is also directly in front of the hotel. Overall a good stay if you are looking for something basic for good value and in a good location, property is clean.

It's good to have facilities to cook in your room. But the first floor room we stayed in was at the level of a roof, and there was very loud noise from excess rain hammering onto what sounded like tin. the hammering sound continued for most of the night. We were in room 110, it must be near some faulty guttering or downpipe.

No front desk after 9 pm, hotel locked and needed pass code to get in. Multiple homeless men sleeping in front of the door makes for a scary experience for a woman trying to get in.

Had a great few days in Nimes to celebrate my sisters birthday. There was a great choice of restaurants. The hotel was well placed in the bus station to venture further afield which we did. The staff at Zenitude were pleasant and very helpful. A very enjoyable cultural break.

It is very well situated close to the bus /train station. The staff are friendly. The negative is the carpet is very old, the ceiling has loose tiles. The TV kitchen and bathroom were all fairly new but the general condition was dated

Excellent location. Nimes city centre is only a short walk away with lots to see and do. Also near to bus and train station with easy access for sightseeing and visiting surrounding towns.

could smell cigarette smoke in the room and was able to arrange a swap and after a bit of haggling was able to arrange an extra pillow, Room was clean, staff were helpful but the facility is a bit run down and I paid a premium due to shortage a beds in Nimes during the festival

Good first, close to the old city, had a kitchen, and a market just below. Front desk people were nice. However, it smelled like orange-musk air freshener with 1990's era sofa and carpet, which felt unclean and made you uncomfortable in your gut. There was no safe for valuables in the room or in office.

Close access to train station and a short walk to museum and arena Nimes. Sofa bed was broken, all sagging in middle and caused significant issue sleeping. Room smelt.like a public toilet. Not really a room suitable for the price

Close to the railway station. Easy to find. Very close to the Roman Colosseum and Roman temple. The lobby was average. The room was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. A lot of dust along the base boards. Cleaning staff needs more training. The hotel shows a lot of wear and tear in the hallways and the rooms. Could use some paint. That being said, I didn't pay a lot for the room. Staff was very nice.

I loved Nimes. And the hotel is literally one minute from the train station, which is minutes from the historic center. The hotel is modest, but clean and comfortable. We were only there one night, but it was great.

During our stay there was few things that could be improved. Staff is welcoming and friendly however it doesn't seem that they know much around the are and public transport. Only one large towel in the room, for 2 guests. Breakfast could be more various.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, there is an trash area on the ground floor that had an unbearable stench and the free WiFi was so slow that my sister and I both decided it was worth it to pay to use our own plans. Additionally, the A/C wasn't very powerful and it took virtually a full day before the room cooled down (meaning we both had difficulty sleeping the first night). On the upside, the location was great! Despite being near the train station, it didn't feel dodgy to us and directly on the other side of the station is a lovely park/walking area that was full of locals in the evening who were out for a walk or playing with their kids. It was also easy walking distance from the arena, temple and gardens (~15 min or less to them all).

Centrally situated hotel right next to the bus and train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was quite basic, with only just enough kitchen utensils. In fact only one mug was available in our room, but the hotel provided a second one no problem. The air conditioning was very much appreciated as it was 37C the day we arrived. Wifi worked well. Our room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, which is a bit strange since the hotel's no-smoking policy has been in force since 2008. Good transport links right outside the hotel. The "Edgard" bus line in particular offers exceptional prices for travel to nearby towns and sights. For example the C30 bus to Arles costs only 1.50 Euros.

Good location adjacent to the railway station which also means adjacent to the beggars nice balcony, clean, good staff.

Hotel is close to train and old Nimes which is fantastic and it was quiet which was unexpected. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job but the room was ugly and furniture was old and tired. We needed the hide-a-bed as we are four and it was in bad shape. Would recommend to the management to upgrade furniture, this place could be a lot better.

The room was okay, but the carpet needs some cleaning. Bathroom is clean with enough space. Basic kitchen with a supermarket next-door is convenient. Opposite to the train station is convenient. Walking distance to most attractions.

Hotel was ok but the receptionist- girl - was really not accommodationg and actually, quite rude. Check in was for 2pm , I came in at around 2.15pm, my room was not ready and I was told to come back at 3pm. It was rainign outside and I was cold/tired, so, definitely not great. Besides, she was really rude about it. When I came back at 3pm, the room was still not ready- she called the cleaner and was talking about me in French in front of me!! Making faces & noises and all. I felt awful and if I have not paid already, would have left.
