Персонал практически не говорит на английском языке, на ресепшене говорят, но не очень. Это создает сложности порой. Заказать что-то в ресторане или лобби баре тяжело, персонал использует переводчик в телефоне. Уезжал рано, попросил доставить завтрак в номер рано утром: во-первых, мне принесли только фрукты и выпечку, ни чая, ни кофе не было, даже воды не было, и мне предложили за ним спуститься на ресепшен:))). Пришлось настойчиво просить принести в номер, звонил три (!) раза. Чтобы заказать такси, закладывайте на об’яснения со стойкой такси минут 10.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2021I booked a couple of nights at the Sheraton as a small staycation due to being unable to leave the city thanks to pandemic lockdowns. As far as changzhou goes this is a good location a couple of good western restaurants nearby, Istanbul (Turkish) and Koala (Australian Bar) right next to a big shopping mall although these are everywhere in china so nothing special. The room was comfortable, big SOFT bed (important to check in China) and clean, my only complaint would be the ac didn’t work particularly well and it did get fairly warm in the room, not unbearable by any stretch but I personally like being cool. I do know a lot of hotels have ac restrictions because of covid which might be the issue. One night I decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was a disappointment, the food wasn’t necessarily bad but there were limited options, I have eaten in the restaurant previously through work when their seemed to be more choice so perhaps it depends on whether they’re holding events. Definitely a nice hotel overall if you’re staying in Changzhou

Reviewed Mar 21, 2016창저우를 이용하면, 주변이 번화가(WANDA 쇼핑몰)이 있었기에 이용하였다. 대중교통 이용에 불편함이 없으며, 식음료 이용에도 불편함이 있다. 교통적으로는 고속철 창저우북역에서 BRT(1위안)으로 9정거장(20분)거리이며, 하차 후, 횡단보도 길건너 바로 호텔 정문이다. 호텔 주변에 번화가(백화점, 한식당 및 여타 식당이 많이 있다.(백화점/식당이 대부분 5~10분 이내에 위치) 물론 호텔의 직원이 영어 가능하며, 직원도 매우 친철하다. 처음에 배정받은 방의 전망이 좋지 않아 시내전망으로 변경 요청하였으나, 특별한 장애 없이 변경해 주었다.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2015While my stay itself was pleasant - it is in a great location, rooms conditions are good, I am very unhappy with the service, particularly after one incident. I noticed I was overcharged for my stay because they used an incorrect RMB-USD exchange rate. Even though I brought this to their attention and they recognized the incorrect charge but they did nothing to correct it because they said I had to let them know on the day of transaction, which I didn't. I would've rated 5 if this matter was properly resolved but I was disappointed.
