Good value. The parking was reasonably easy but very tight in a bigger car. Only problem was a bright light from the business next door shining directly at the apartment and some consistently loud noise at 3am from there as well. Lovely, big apartment with a bath and a shower. Near to the RER station and a short Uber/Bolt from the centre of Paris.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They made my stay pleasant and easy, and were always willing to go the extra mile and search the best transportation option.

Not great, small rooms, facing noisy and busy train tracks.

Amazing hotel breakfast and rooms that are great for families.

Location- not within the tourist vicinity, about 10 min uber ride to the Eiffel tower, 20 min + to the Louvre. Amenities-not sure if AC is working coz its warm. avoid the breakfast, too pricey for its choices. if you ask for extra blanket or towel, staff will ask why. They also don't provide complimentary toiletries besides built in shampoo & shower gel. They have a store in the lobby, you have to buy it. Hotel staff- some are nice/friendly. Some are not. I forgot her name but the front desk allowed us for a late check out of 1 pm instead of 12 n. Over all, I will not stay in this hotel again because of location and its amenities.

Very helpful and professional staffs. Always ready to help. Hotel cleanliness very good. Easy access to Eiffel tower. Disneyland about an hour 30mins on train from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Thanks to the friendly reception staffs.

Hotel was good, staff were helpful. Booking was messed up but they rectified it for us whilst we were out. Rooms are handy for families, space is good, separate toilet and washing facilities is helpful when you have four in a room. Gym was good, roof terrace was nice in good weather. Transport links are good with the RER just outside, there are also bus links but we didn’t use them. We discovered that uber was more convenient and for only a little bit more when it’s a family of four. It could be a bit noisy for the train at times and the random 24hr car cleaning area next door. The area was somewhat ‘lifeless’ as it presented itself as a worker area, I.e. there was several restaurants closed as there was limited people to serve of an evening. That said, there were a number of places in walking distance to eat.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and plentiful. Til 11 on weekends and 10 weekdays. Front desk staff super helpful and were able to speak English (our French was limited).

Review based on a 4 night stay with the family. Location is in a mixed condo / office building area and outside of the 'old Paris' so keep that in mind especially if you want to walk out and have dozens of bistros to choose from. A decent amount of restaurants nearby and within a 10-15m walk. 2 metro stations across the street making it convenient to get around. One line was shut due to construction so we opted for uber and it was usually around 12-14€ to get to the main attractions like Eiffel or Arc. Room was comfortable, lots of storage area and a safe to use. Bathrooms were clean but would be nice to have a door to shower area vs a curtain. Toilet in a separate room which did have a door. we could not figure out the AC, pretty sure it's all preset and you can't adjust - would be nice as it looked like it didn't kick in until it went above 25 which is a bit warmer than I'd like for sleeping in summer. Booked daily breakfast as there was a deal when booking. It was ok, decent selection of pastries, bread, cold cuts etc. the hot options were unfortunately only hot on of the days. Too bad as they were good when hot. Not a fan of cold scrambled eggs, sausage. Staff were helpful for things related to the hotel but when asked about transit they didn't know and didn't offer anything proactively Gave it 4 stars as 3 1/2 isn't an option. Very welcoming staff and a lovely room. Breakfast has a good choice but is a small dining area and can be claustrophobic and a bit chaotic. The on site shop was half empty so we didn’t use it. A good location for the south side of Paris and accessing the Eiffel Tower.

Good hotel. Very close to the trains but noise didn’t bother me in my room. Rooms have a microwave and coffee/tea machine. Lovely towels /bedding. Air conditioned hotel!!!

Beautiful hotel

Overall a great product. Reasonably priced contemporary hotel. Family room was perfect for our needs. We were travelling with a 10 and 12 year old who require separate sofa beds or they will fight all night. Curtain can be drawn to separate parents bed which worked well and design of room is contemporary with nice aesthetics. 10 mins uber to Eiffel Tower. There is a train but it was closed in August. 15 min walk to the metro and 40mins to Montmartre. Breakfast was great although its every man women and child for themselves so get those elbows out if you want to find a seat. Way too many people eating breakfast v tables they really need to work out a better system but the variety was great and the quality is good. Air con is just about ok. I wouldn’t really call it air con more a set climate and you can’t really control it. I suspect it was set to 22 to 23 degrees C so not cold but a manageable temperature and didn’t lose much sleep over it. Beds are ok just about comfy enough. We didn’t hear much noise in the hotel but I suspect it would have been extremely noisy had the train line been running. Would definitely stay again as the price was very competitive and the location worked well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all a good place to stay!

Staff very friendly. Good transport into Paris centre from Tram just outside the hotel - two stops to the Metro. Unfortunately the car park was full at the hotel but staff showed us where we could park for the same price near hotel. Good size room. Very clean. Good shop in the hotel selling food snacks and drink.

Room was spacious for 3. And the hotel was clean However we were put on 1fl. And right underneath a restaurant with Loud music until late in the evening. The rooms were excruciatingly hot, there is a/c but it did not cool the room. The last night we had to ask for a fan. Hotel is near RER, Trams and buses, however the RER station was closed during the period we were there. I enjoyed the safety of the surrounding neighborhood.

The location is great. Our room was a great size with comfy bed and pillows. Only thing they can improve on is the buffet breakfast.

None of the amenities worked in our room. The safe, dryer and Nespresso pot were broken. We had to get each of these items fixed or replaced. The windows did nothing to block the enormous amount of road noise. We had booked the hotel since it was next to the train station but that train line has been under maintenance for a few months so we couldn’t use those either. The only saving grace was that the staff was super nice and helpful.

Property is good. Breakfast was awesome. Seems like very nice facility from the outside. It’s worth for the money. But the rooms need to be renovated and to make sure all items in each room work properly and are not in place for decoration purposes. (Bathroom door didn’t close unless you lock it, shower holder broken, tub cap stuck and could not be used). All in all, great experience for 2 nights.

Very conveniently located next to train station. Across the bridge from many local-owned restaurants, markets, and laundry facilities.

My kids slept on a sofa bed and had bedbug bites, and the GM accused that it’s a food allergy.

Close most of the attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Great View of the Big Ben and the London Eye from the room.

Our room had a queen bed and two separate beds for kids. It was small but clean, and breakfast was good. The location couldn’t be better!

Great location (short train ride from city centre) and superb facilities. Stayed in a family room with our two teenagers, which was very comfortable. This is our second time staying here, and we will be happy to return. Suites have a fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, and coffee machines. The hotel has a small convenience store of its own, or there's a local supermarket about a 10-minute walk away.

Hotel close to variety of dining options, grocery, convenience stores, pharmacy and train to take you to Eiffel Tower (all walkable distance). Very good breakfast alternatives. Room for family with enough space. Uber, Bolt and Taxi accessible. Staff speaks English and are very friendly and service oriented.

Excellent family room, close to metro RER C. Felt safe walking around area.

Hotel room was nice and fitted our needs as a family of 4 however, the fridge did not work and despite a tech coming to our room and saying he fixed it, it never worked. Which meant we had to keep going back to reception for ice for our daughter’s medication. There was also a large rain storm that started a leak in our room near the window, that was closed & in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and a nice roof top deck and kids play area in the lobby

Great location with a mall for restaurants, groceries and more right across the street from the parking area(though gps had us drive round and round to get there which we figured out after two trips lol). This was our base for four nights/three days of Disney. We walked the 25 minutes a couple times but found the shuttle to be a great alternative. Would stay here again.

Although the hotel was clean, the room was relatively warm even with AC on. AC temperature was controlled and was nowhere near the temperature stated by announcements.

We stayed in a room that could accommodate 4 people. It was a clean room and the facility itself was also clean, the room just had an odd setup. It had curtains to separate our bed from our kids beds and the toilet was separated from the bathroom. So we had to walk through the other section to use the bathroom but showered in a different part. It was odd. Staff were friendly and helpful and our stay was otherwise good.

First, shout out to the front desk staff who were great during our stay. The hotel itself is very mediocre… hot and cold water in the shower was spotty and the room was on the small side. It was not spotless, but not a dump either. They sell food in the lobby which is nice and there are a few restaurants in the area, but it is by no means a bustling area with a ton to do. Biggest issue with the hotel is that it is right near the RER and metro tracks so even on the 7th floor, you hear trains in your room if you face the tracks (which we did). The trains are frequent and run late so be prepared for some noise. Overall, would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Convenient and transportation easy

We booked a family suit but the room was quite small. It is essentially a normal standard room with a sofa bed. The hotel is right next to the railway, with window facing the tracks, super noisy.

Great location! 10m drive from Eiffel Tower. Parking entry is ok, not the largest, but good overall… Not many parking spaces, so would be better to pay upfront and be sure to have parking… Staff was great, breakfast was great. Bedroom was also very good, so great value for the price. We will be back

The property is very clean and the rooms are comfortable (even for a family of 4). The property is close to all the sites with a number of modes of transportation available.

No hot food left by the time I came down for breakfast. No water in the room. Room was too hot.

Hotel is ok BUT location is not ideal. It’s close to a train station HOWEVER the station is not part of the metro (T system), and you have to pay extra to use it. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are a tourist, this is a pain in the back ;)

Mohamed greeted us at the front desk when we arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. He was so friendly and welcoming. We were too early to check in but he got us coffee and water and invited us to have breakfast if we wanted as it was being served (large buffet). We stored our luggage and planned our day while we ate and waited for our room.

Very nice hotel right next to train station - 7 min ride to Eiffel Tower. Train runs every 9 minutes. Hotel is large and spacious - beds are extremely comfy. Staff present and helpful 24 hrs. It’s not in the prettiest of Parisian areas but it’s safe and literally across the street from the station. I will stay here next time.

Was great for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice! The staff was friendly and made checking in and checking out easy.

Very clean room and very spacious. We were a family of 4 and it had a huge shower with separate tub and separate bathroom. The area is right beside a local train to get to monuments. A little difficult to figure out getting back but a taxi was only $16 Euros.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. We covered Paris with easy train access right next. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

Very convenient for tram + train + buses, just right next to the hotel. Our room is of high standard of 4 stars, high cleanliness. Apart of one kettle broken (which was replaced the next day), everything else in the room is in good condition. One point which needs improvement is lighting. We were surprised how dark the room is after switching all lights on, needing to turn on TV to the main screen menu to give enough lighting.

Very good staff with excellent customer service. I wanted to leave my luggage as I was travelling to UK for one day and I got helped right away. Their breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel in Paris

We had to pack up and change rooms because the air conditioning did not work. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is quite far from all attractions though.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles palace (10 and 20 minutes by subway respectively with the subway station right across the road from the hotel). Also within walking distance of Saint Germaine island. The bed was a little hard for my taste but I still slept well. The room was big and modern with bath and toilet in separate rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.
