Reviewed Jun 22, 20261.飯店離夜市很近，走路可抵達。 2.重點是要表揚及再次感謝停車場當天地下室保全高姓管理員，因為是機械停車位，不好停車，他非常熱心且專業幫我們引導入車庫，有引導我們入飯店，應該要好好表揚他。
入住當天一樓櫃檯的男性服務生及當天傍晚值班的一男一女工作人員，服務態度超差的，入住時跟一樓櫃檯男生說：要辦理入住，他一直在講電話，跟我說：等一下，我就退到後面椅子等了約10分鐘，後來走過來櫃檯的一男一女，我一直看著一男一女，沒有做什麼事，居然沒有人問我們需要服務嗎？等了很久，後來我們只好再次跟櫃檯三位人員詢問：可以先幫我們辦理入住手續嗎？當時一大推行李推在那裡，居然沒人理我們，感覺我們是要去求人家幫我們辦理入住手續，花錢找罪受，重點是費用還不便宜，高高興興去渡假，一開始入住飯店，就被搞的心情極差，這還是我第一次遇到飯店是這樣的服務，還以為員工是故意要給老闆難看的，如此擺爛，真是可惜了這家飯店，建議要去住的人，要考慮清楚，不要壞了您遊玩渡假的興致，真是不敢再領教。

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026地點非常好，靠近羅東夜市及市區，有配合的停車場，距離不遠。1樓的接待人員及其他工作人員皆十分親切，12樓的遊戲室相當棒，設有監視器，工作人員也會說明注意事項。房內有提供瓶裝水及紙拖鞋，住宿的該樓有飲水機。浴室沒有乾濕分離，使用浴缸及浴簾，有免治馬桶。早餐中式餐點居多，也有提供西式麵包及抹醬，室內座位有限，人多時會客滿。
房間進門處霉味相當明顯，但房內還好。浴室的蓮蓬頭與水管接合度不佳，水有時會亂噴。洗手台的高度太高，幼兒園小孩無法自行洗手。
