Trivdes veldig godt på hotellet,hotellsjefen var veldig hyggelig og jelpsom. Barkiperen i pulbaren var en fantastisk grei kar, som gjor oppholdet til en minnerik ferie.

It was good, Hotel location is convenient, service are good, unfortunately the TV was not working since day one to day 4.the fixture are quite old. And the is construction beside the hotel.

Доброго времени суток. Отдыхали вдвоем , двенадцать дней в марте месяце. За это время поменяли ЧЕТЫРЕ номера на первом и втором этажах. Причина первая, вид на стройку вместо сада , причина вторая не функционируют запоры балкона не работает телевизор , третий номер опять телевизор , и четвертый тот же телевизор и в дополнение к нему отказ кондиционера. И только в пятом номере на третьем этаже работало всё. Уборка номеров на троечку . У отеля отсутствует территория . За забором строительство нового отеля входит в основную фазу.Из плюсов это расположение отеля и шведский стол , завтраки.

Great to swim in the lovely ocean or walk the white sand beach or just lie around the pool , if the wind is blowing kitesurfing is great, also great is the breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and accommodating , one staff member goes over the edge to make sure your stay is incredible , her name is Lepisava”Lepa” Brcan, she treats you so well you just want to keep coming back for more , an experience not to be missed

If you’re looking to go kitesurfing this will be perfect for you There is a kite school at the hotel Go with instructor Mickey, he’s really good

Bra hotell med fin pool och många solstolar både vid pool och vid havet. Kitesurfingklubb på hotellet så det är mycket aktiviteter pga dem. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Trevlig personal och fin frukost.

Hotel Unique odradzam z kilku powodów: Klimatyzacja działała w dwóch trybach (pełna moc lub OFF) Wizyta serwisanta - bezskuteczna. Stara pościel (jak by skulczona) Poza tym Poszwa 2x większa od kołdry. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z kratki w toalecie. Po dostawieniu trzeciego łóżka brak miejsca na swobodną komunikację. Znajomość j. angielskiego recepcjonistek - niewystarczająca.

All the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The acess to the hotel was down a cobled pathway which may deter some clients. Don't let this put you off as it makes it very quiet. We had a room with a sea view and it appears that they are building next to the hotel. The plans are for 2 storey building so shouldn't impact on it. Breafast was excellent and quickly replenished.. As the beach area is rather windy more useable sun umbrellas around tge pool would be advantageous.

Et fantastisk hotell. Ed kjempegod atmofere. Dette er et hotel for alle nationaliteter og for alle kategorier mennesker. Var en veldig trivelig stemning og. Elding hyggelig personalet. Frokosten som på alle andre hotel. Veldig flott sted for kaiting. Godt renhold. Og lett å då seg en seng under parasoll.

The beach is clean. The staff is very friendly. There is no children's pool, but otherwise the hotel was great.

We ended up in Mui Ne and were unfamiliar with the area. Many hotels are on the water, but not on the beach. This hotel is located on one of the best parts of the beach meaning there is a wide beach area with soft sand. They have chairs/umbrellas on the beach that also light up at night. The pool area is large and overlooks the beach. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was extensive for what we had experienced in other parts of Asia at hotels with similar prices (it was low season so we only paid $35 for a room). What we also really loved about this place is they offered us a place to keep our bags upon our arrival in Ho Chi Minh since we had a 6 hour gap between our flight and our bus arrival in the city (they have another location in the city).

Жили в 108номере Делюкс на третьем этаже.Очень интересная планировка номера, туалет с двумя умывальниками, балкон скошенной формы.В номере было комфортно,у нас номер был с двумя кроватями,спалось тоже комфортно.Из минусов -туалет без вытяжки и один стул в номере.Завтраки очень вкусные и качественные.Только фруктов было 9видов.Расположение отеля в центре тур.зоны,где масса магазинчиков, кафе,аптек,тур.фирм.Бассейн и пляж тоже порадовал.все достойно.

Petit hôtel situé directement sur la plage. Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Chaises de plages toujours disponibles. Grande chambre très propres manquant un peu d'éclairage dans la belle salle de bains à 2 éviers mais on nous a dit que ça devrait être corrigé bientôt. Nourriture moyenne. Bien situé près de la rue principale au coeur de l'action.

The Hotel is a bit older but still very nice rooms are very big and bed is very comfy. The understandig with some of the service team was difficult coz they dont speak english but still very friendly. I reallyliked the skybar the view is just awesome beautiful sunset from up there.

Great location, close to great restaurants and shopping and other diversions. Great pool, peaceful atmosphere and good breakfast. Be sure to try the home made pate and jams

The resort is really comfortable, with a beautiful pool and big beach. The rooms are big and comfortable too, and the views are great. The breakfast was very good too. My only gripe was the shower heads needed cleaning, as the water flow was uneven.

Great view towards sea. Great cleanliness and great pool too. Near to the beach, great staffs.

酒店的整潔度及舒適度不錯 所有員有員工亦相當有禮, 唯獨是其中一位接待的女員工態度很差! 很差!! 一臉不耐煩的!!!! 入住2晚, 遇上2次短暫停電, 還有 1次被困升降機!! 求救信號好像壞了, 呼叫了 5分鐘才有人。太恐怖了!!!!!

Resort này chỉ được có view truoc biển là đẹp. Về dịch vụ thì có các em phục vụ tại quầy Bar hồ bơi là tốt. Dịch vụ tại Lễ tân hơi chậm, và tại nhà hàng thì ko tốt lắm. Ăn sáng mới 8:30 mà đã gần hết món ăn nóng & châm thức ăn lên quầy chậm chạp. Lối vào ressort nhỏ nên xe cộ hơi khó di chuyển. Vệ sinh không sạch sẽ lắm. Thang máy & tiện ích không được bảo trì tốt.Nói chung, tôi không muốn quay lại Resort này.

It was a very shock experience for us when we check in to the room. The advertising on the website is fault...it said the room is 70 Sq meters...it looks like 45 Sq meters...All the pictures of the hotel and room on the website look new and beautiful...but it actually old. They need to take all the pictures down and put up the real pictures of the hotel... Do not recommend this hotel..There are many better hotels in this area with the prices they charged...Terrible.....

We booked this hotel because we saw beautiful pictures of hotel and room. We were in shocked when we checked in to our room. It was old and did not like what we saw from the website. It advertises for 70 square meters room and it looks like 40 square meters...The room is old...the swimming pool is old and the breakfast is not good at all. We got ripped off.....The pictures they took is fake...don't believe in it... Terrible experiences......

We were really disappointed about the personnel of the Hotel. They did ticket bookings for us, where they lied to us about the company which would perform the service, the scope of service, and they simply betrayed us without any regret or being sorry about that afterwards. The Staff also woke us up several times in several nights, for example to tell us a 1 am in the morning that they want to change our tour booking for the next day. In another night somebody of the hotel staff woke us up to spray something against mosquitos in the middle of the night, although nobody asked for that and there were no mosquitos at all. Breakfast was reasonably ok, but the overall place was also not the tidiest one. In general, due to the very bad personell running the place, we can not recommend any stay there. Something like this did not ever happen to us in any of the numerous other hotels we stayed in Vietnam.

Definitely not 4 star. More like 2 star. We moved to another hotel. Uncaring staff. Bit run down. Not a resort. Just a hotel on the beach. Location good. Pool nice though never any pool towels available. Dining room not welcoming and lacks atmosphere. Breakfast basic but ok. Shower in room was lacking in hot water and no pressure. No key to access balcony in room.

위치 안 좋음(보케 거리랑 한 참 떨어져 있어 걸어서 다니려면 개고생), 조식 안 좋음. 호텔 크기 및 룸 크기.. 가격대비 안 좋음. 왜 이 속소가 좋은 평가가 나왔는지 모르겠음. 마지막으로 최악은 서비스 정신. 새벽 1시에 슬리핑 버스로 이동해야 하는데 저녁에 식사하고 10시 넘어서 짐 정리하고 떠나려고 방에 왔더니 방문이 안 열림. 처음부터 문상태 안 좋더니 문 안 열림. 1시간 넘게 직원 와서 수리. 직원은 느릿느릿. 어느 누구도 책임 안지고 느긋함. 결국 1시간이 넘어서 옥상을 통해 내려와서 문 겨우 열렸음. 더 놀라운 건 문 열린 후 어느 누구도 사과의 말.. 죄송하다는 말 없음. 체크아웃할 때도 여행에 불편을 끼쳐서 죄송하다는 말 하나도 없음. 이런 개떡같은 숙소가 있나. 무이네 가서 절대~ 절대로 유니크 호텔에 숙박하지 말 것. 더 좋은데 널리고 널렸음. 이런 개떡같은 서비스는 여행 수도 없이 다녀봤지만 처음으로 겪어봤음

Hồ bơi đẹp, gần biển, màu cam nhìn rất nổi và tạo không khí vui vẻ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Đồ ăn sáng hơi ít món và không ngon lắm, nhưng với tiêu chuẩn 3* vậy cũng ổn.

Terrible hotel, would not recommend or come back again. Poor service, worn out and dirty rooms. Could hear noise outside in the corridor and the next rooms. Staffs were unprofessional. The worst place I've stayed in Mui Ne ever.

We had a wonderful room with sea views, the rooms are very large, the pool is right on the beach and is magic.

This should be upgraded to a 4 star hotel. The hotel is clean and the services were very polite.

The welcome was friendly and reception would help when requested. the room was a decent size general maintained. The room was meant to be a double however two single beds were pushed together which meant the 'middle' was uncomfortable and a gap kept appearing. The sea view was towards another building and the balcony had toenails from a previous guest, this was not cleaned during our 4 night stay so we didn't use the balcony. The room itself was cleaned daily.

Hotel location is good, in the middle of 1 km length of good beach. Room is large, but not well keeping. There are swimming pool & beach chair beside hotel.There is bad smell while entering room. We always face Hot water problem. Chairs & Table on the balcony is dirty, no any cleaning. "Hardware is good, software (managing) is very bad". Look forward to their improvement in reception attitude & serving area. At first, I show my booking hardcopy, receptionist doesn't recognize my online booking thru hotel.com, ask me many question.Finally, she complain that we come hotel late (at 6.00pm), although I booked 4 weeks ago & paid fully. Ask to contact their manager, she said that we can contact manager next Monday because today is Saturday, my god, we will lever next Monday morning.

We checked in late on a Friday night. The reception wasn't very friendly, but it was late so we understand! The room was nicely redone, good size and had a great balcony. Our main complaint was that the AC didn't work very well. I was sick and cooped up in the room, and better AC would have been nice. The pool and staff were wonderful. Linda made us breakfast even though we were 10 minutes late to breakfast! The rooftop bar looked great, but it was closed!

Great Ocean front room, nice friendly staff. All round pleasant stay.

We had decent sized room with big balcony which had a side sea view. Good breakfast with plenty of options, nice view whilst eating as it overlooks the pool and beach. The only thing that was inconvenient was that the maids didn't come to our room until late afternoon, one day it got to 5pm so we had to go to reception.

Very nice hotel, good location and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with many options.

Well designed hotel with natural light. Instead of paying more elsewhere get a beachfront room here. I extended my stay multiple time because it was hard to leave this paradise in Mui Ne.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a variety of items for everyone. Had an ocean front suite so views were great! No complaints

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and has a perfect location on the beach. The swimming pool overlooks the beach and is just a couple of steps away. The hotel is new so is still learning but nothing to really complain about. The only thing is that is advertises the rooms as having a private balcony, this is not the case for everyroom as we found out. I also think it advertises as having a roof top bar but this is yet to be opened. All said I would stay here again as had a pleasent and relaxing stay.

This hotel has a lot of potential, the location is great, food is decent, the rooms are spacious, the wifi is not good though, it's hard to go online if you're on the 2nd floor.

Lovely new hotel in Mui Ne with beautiful pool right on the beach. Twin room was very spacious and clean however not very sound proof as noise from atrium travels well. Service was personal and helpful. Great location

Our stay at the resort was wonderful, the views were magnificent and the staff are multi lingual and willing to help with pretty much everything you need. The rooms are stunningly modern and very clean. The pool is fantastic, facing right on the beach. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and the price is also appealing. The only issue we had was finding someone to attend to the spa facilities, each time we called there was no answer. :)

The location right on the beach is very good, and the service was very good from all of the staff. The SPA can be recommended.
