No hot water at all. Water pressure is very bad and toilet cleanliness could have been better. TV was essentially useless as there was no channels and wifi was also slow.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024The hotel has a great location, with the shopping mall Kulim Center right next to it. Nearby, you can also find DIY Plus, convenience stores, Family Mart, McDonald's, gas stations, and more.
It’s quite evident that this used to be a Tune Hotel, as most of the facilities remain the same. The room is relatively small, but it’s fine for a short stay. Some of the facilities feel outdated, and I hope the hotel considers renovations. For example, in my room, the fan remote and bathroom glass door had some issues. The TV had almost no channels available, which could also be improved. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. I hope the hotel continues to make progress and enhance its offerings.
