The Villa was just beautiful, so private with your own plunge pool, outside, covered kitchen, lovely pergola beside the pool, amazing bathroom, everything was perfect and very close to the main central area, but far enough away for quiet.

The pool was a little shaded in the afternoon when you wanted to use it the most.

Perfect bali retreat with the most excellent location. Breakfast served to you every morning and always hot coffee and wonderful food. The outdoor sitting area and day bed was so relaxing

Nothing, yes some of the cupboards are a bit wrapped with humidity but that’s nothing at all. Really we just did not want to leave at all x

There was no place to hang used towels or keep clothes to change. No place or table to keep the luggage on.

Wifi was patchy. Signal strong but a lot of drop outs.

The properties are so dated and needs updating. The photos are deceptive.the most uncomfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. The wardrobes were coming apart, there was musky smell in the room. That said the staff was extremely nice , the breakfast was good and the location very central.

The bath leaked water and no face washers but otherwise very comfortable

Great value for money, loved the transport from the hotel included through booking.com. Made it so easy. That I could swim when I wanted, privacy, just fabulous.

Close to everything - great laundry in the gang walk to Bintang supermarket and three coins coffee and a 20 mins walk to the beach the staff were so friendly

La cuisine serait à refaire car elle a vécu Nous n avons pas réussi à allumer le gaz pour réchauffer un repas Robinet de la Sdb surprenant mais on en met partout Pour le petit déjeuner on vous l apporte à l heure convenue mais j avais l impression qu on était limités au niveau quantité par ex pancake ou toast 1 jus chacun et une petite assiette de fruits Voilà Le jus n est pas bon ( orange ) Les pancake ça va encore

La villa è bella e funzionale ,si trovo.proprio a pochi metri dalla.strada principale piena di negozi e ristoranti.La.spiaggia a 10 minuti di cammino. Abbiamo avuto un servizio a 5 stelle ,pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri. Colazione direttamente in villa in base all'orario scelto. Lo staff veramente gentile in particolare Sholikin che si è preso cura di noi per tutto il.soggiorno( lo avrei voluto a casa in Italia ☺️). Tutto ciò per un costo veramente basso rispetto alla struttura ed ai servizi.

Qualche ospite rumoroso ma a Bali è difficile evitarlo.

Great villa, enjoyed the pool and the day bed. Massive room with 2 queen beds. Breakfast delivered at our requested time. In room massages and facial were lovely.

Starting to age but still kept nice & clean.

The staff were really lovely and nothing was too much bother. The location was great with the Bintang supermarket just down the road as was the beach. The rooms were large with plenty of space.

The wifi in the room was terrible although better in the kitchen area. The decor was showing signs of wear and tear and the bed was very hard.

Très bonne localisation prix correct avec une piscine pas très grande certes mais en toute intimité. Literie très bien.

Les équipements sont un peu datés, un télévision qui ne sert à rien puisqu'elle n'est pas reliée à internet, pas possible d y mettre sa musique YouTube par exemple. Les meubles de la cuisine ça dépend des villas la 9 ça passe mais la 13 par exemple à chaque fois qu'on ouvre un placard on a peur de l abimer

The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. The villa was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with only a few minor insects that did not affect our stay.

Location is excellent and staff are amazing. The beds are comfortable with fresh, clean linen. Great shower and pool area is relaxing. Good size pool.

Breakfast was not great. The steps into the pool are quite dangerous as the height of each step is very high. Elderly and children would not be able to safely get in or out of the pool. The depth of the pool is too deep for the average person.

Great location ! Staff where very helpful, cheerful and polite. Private pool amd outdoor kitchen/ seating area was wonderful. The price was very good for what it was.

Clean, quiet and secure property with friendly staff. Within walking distance to Legian and Kuta.

Not much really. Location was ok

The room was falling apart. The panels on wardrobes missing lamination, the bed head was literally rotting off the wall. Everything was mouldy, patched up and I would say bordering on inhabitable.

The staff were friendly and great location.

The water feature was very noisy and it wasn't even working properly be better without it..The air conditioning unit was very noisy. Was abit run down in places paint peeling outdated.

Quando siamo arrivati la reception era piena di topi, le porte e il mobilio sono trascurati, in generale la camera si vede che non è curata. Sicuramente non rispecchia le aspettative di in 4 stelle.

The property looks way better in the photos than in real life. TV V small & very poor reception intermittent - NO smart tv or Netflix, whole property needs an update - pool hadnt been celaned prior to our arrival - recommended not to. use it until it was chemically cleaned. Breakfast just average to be honest.
