Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location is great, short walk to the beach and supermarket close by which is ideal. The apartment was very clean on arrival and although it’s quite dated it still felt very clean. We stayed for 7 days and had 2 towel changes and a cot was provided for our toddler.
The apartments are in need of some repairs, for example wardrobe doors, cupboards etc but we knew this from previous reviews. The pool showers also don’t work which is annoying if you come back from the beach and then want to swim in the pool

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Appartamenti molto spaziosi, puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Le piscine sono davvero molto belle e a 2 minuti a piedi c'è la splendida spiaggia di Punta Prima.
Il prezzo è veramente molto alto, anche se comunque in linea con gli altri residence dell'isola. Il phon non è in dotazione e va richiesto alla reception con pagamento della caparra

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Le cadre, les grandes piscines, les vues lever et coucher de soleil à proximité. La possibilité de stocker ses bagages avant le check-in ou après le check-out et d'avoir accès à une mini salle de bain. Le supermarché juste en face ainsi que l'arrêt de bus !
Tout était vraiment bien ... pas de critiques majeures à faire. Un sèche-cheveu serait appréciable peut-être et un dossier comprenant des folders d'informations sur la région et les activités à faire serait les bienvenus dans la chambre.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026La situació és excepcional i la piscina està molt bé. Les dutxes no funcionaven però en general la situació i les instal·lacions molt bé. Els llits éren molt còmodes i a la Terrassa s'hi estava bé.
El nostre apartament tenia molta humitat, hi havia moho a les parets i ho devien anar netejant entre hostes perquè anava apareixent de nou. Quan entraves et tirava enrere l'olor. Cada 3 dies en principi passaven a canviar tovalloles però no ho van fer fins que no ho vam demanar i no van retirar les velles, només en van dur de noves. Les instal·lacions estaven bé per fora però per dins els falta cura i pintura. La nostra nevera no tenia porta del congelador i per tant estava al màxim perquè si ho baixaves el gel del congelador es desfeia. Quan vam comentar tot això a recepció ens van dir que passaven nota però l'únic que van fer va ser dur-nos noves tovalloles. El servei de recepció no cobreix totes les hores i les persones que atenen són educades, però sin más...

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Ci sono già stata l'anno scorso e mi ero trovata bene come anche quest'anno. La grandezza è giusta, ne troppo piccola ne troppo grande. La piscina disponibile in certi orari. Ha l'aria condizionata. Nel complesso sono puliti e tenuti bene. Il personale sempre gentile ed efficentissimo.
Indipendentemente dalla struttura, se si vuole girare un po' per l'isola (siamo stati 8 giorni) è un po' penalizzante perché è proprio sulla punta costa. Ma c'è da dire che se si vuole restare in zona a davvero 5 min a piedi ci si trova in una bella spiaggia.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026It's very close to the beach, shop & bus stop for the main town of Mao. The staff were helpful. Pool was beautiful, very quiet.
The one thing was the wifi. It worked erratically the whole time we were there & I add to keep logging in to search for an available network as our apartment was not listed. Sometimes, it didn't work at all. When we first arrived the password was not on any of the literature, so I had to go back to reception to ask. That's my only complaint.

Chaque soir durant notre séjour à 18 heures après que le surveillant de piscine a terminé sa journée nous avons dû supporter durant 1heure la présence de 6 a 7 adolescents locaux (toujours les mêmes) qui squattaient la piscine, transats, gênant les résidants par leurs cris et comportements. Nous avons signalé les faits, nous espérons que le personnel va remédier à cela.

Cafetière à l'italienne petite. Pas de poignées pour fermer les baie vitrées de l'extérieur, on met donc les mains sur les vitres (pas très pratique et ménage en plus pour le personnel qui a déjà beaucoup a faire).

Los colchones de los sofas eran muy finos. En las instrucciones del hotel pone que se puede ampliar el check out hasta las 16h por un pago de 40€ (el chech out es a las 10h) Pedimos a recepción para ampliar el check out y nos dijeron que no se podia, que solo nos dejaban una hora, hasta las 11h y que iban a cobrar lo mismo.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Als je tegen (luidruchtige) buren kan en je bent met meer dan 2 personen op vakantie daar dan is het te doen. Leuke locatie met mooi familie strand op 10 minuten lopen. Het zwembad is ook prima.
Prijs/ Kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding. Verouderd en er is geprobeerd alles met een lik verf wat leven in te blazen. Ze maken wel alles super schoon alleen dit sloeg bij mij op de longen. De muren zijn dun dus je hoort alles. Geen oog dichtgedaan dus niet iets voor mij. Helaas.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Appartamento ampio. Aria condizionata super perfetta (a ferragosto senza si muorirebbe per il caldo e l'umidità). Letti perfetti. Cucina basica ma vivibile. Bagno adeguato ma attenzione, come sempre, a non scivolare nella vasca (non c'era la doccia). Cambio degli asciugamani nel fine settimana. Residence pulito e silenzioso. Piscina grande e sempre disponibile. Lavanderia a 5 euro. Market attaccato. Noleggio auto, ristoranti, farmacia e spiaggia vicinissimi. Presente esternamente ampio parcheggio per l'auto, gratuito, sempre disponibile e sicuro. A Minorca i parcheggi per le calette sono tanti e quasi tutti gratuiti (mai pagato e sempre trovato posto).
Il terrazzo non essendo coperto è a rischio escrementi degli uccelli. La posizione Punta Prima non è strategica, per girare l'isola, mediamente abbiamo passato 2 ore al giorno in macchina per gli spostamenti tra le calette (l'isola è tutta collinare e non esiste una litoranea quindi serve rientrare sulla strada principale).

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Stayed for 6 nights. Easy check in and check out, parking was easy, and room layouts were great for a family of 4. Nice pools, great location to the beach. The grocery store was a minute away and offered some fresh-made pastries each day which made breakfast easy.
The patio door was hard to open and close from the outside, and this was the primary access we used. I wish there were a handle.

Purtroppo la brandina posizionata in soggiorno era rotta e non abbiamo potuto usarla (abbiamo dormito in 3 nel letto matrimoniale). Dopo la nostra lamentela Hanno posizionato una tavola di legno sopra le doghe rotte, ma era impossibile dormirci. Inoltre anche la struttura del divano piuttosto vecchio si rompeva ogni volta in cui ci sedevamo.

La limpieza es muy escasa por no decir nula. Los interruptores estaba llenos de hormigas y las sábanas estaban sucias; son habitaciones muy descuidadas. Íbamos 3 personas y solo montaron 2 camas individuales, sin dejar al menos la ropa de cama y de ducha.

L’interno dell’appartamento necessiterebbe di essere rivisto poiché vecchio, con arredi maleodoranti e dotazioni scarse (due piccole pentole, piatti e posate in numero inferiore rispetto agli ospiti presenti)

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Posizione ottima e con il caldo che c’era la piscina è stata una benedizione divina, appartamento carino e pulito, decisamente un plus l’aria condizionata, top!
Manca un po’ di cura, sembra un po’ lasciata a se stessa, c’è molta manutenzione da fare, piastrelle rotte ombrelloni divelti che non vengono sostituiti e soprattutto il bar ristorante inesorabilmente chiuso. Con questo la struttura è comunque ancora molto bella.

O ar-condicionado fazia barulho por falta de mautenção. Durante a noite era péssimo ouvir o ar-condicionado. A nível de limpeza, não tivemos nenhum dia de limpeza durante uma semana.

La posizione purtroppo essendo in una punta dell'isola è un po' lontana dal resto delle spiagge e da citadella. Per una notta siamo rimasti senz'acqua ma la mattina era già risolto. Il wifi a volte si bloccava e non funzionava.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La posizione dell’appartamento con vista mare per l’alba, la grandezza dei letti, la disponibilità del parcheggio, la tranquillità del residence, la gentilezza dello staff (soprattutto Noelia).
La struttura necessita di un rinnovamento sia nell’immobile sia nel mobilio interno. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi (letto, seggiole, frigorifero, porta d’ingresso) che su richiesta sono stati comunque risolti. Nonostante la richiesta con largo anticipo non è stato possibile usufruire del late check out ma solo lasciare i bagagli alla reception e rimanere in piscina, anche se purtroppo la doccia non era utilizzabile.

Que la terraza no tiene intimidad ninguna y en nuestro caso hasta uno niños que se metían en ella porque no tiene ningún tipo de cerramiento ni privacidad y la única pega del apartamento es que al entrar vimos pelos largos negros en el suelo del baño.

De plus nous avons eu l appartement 102 qui a une situation parfaite : lever du soleil sur la terrasse à l'avant avec vue mer et sur le balcon de la chambre vu sur la mer de l autre côté et donc vue sur le coucher de soleil !! Magique surtout le soir de l'éclipse !!! Un solarium également pour faire sécher le linge.
Appartement un peu vieillissant mais la vue le compense largement !

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L’appartamento è funzionale e ho apprezzato molto la presenza del terrazzo, soprattutto perché c’è lo stendino, molto comodo per far asciugare costumi e asciugamani dopo il mare. Purtroppo, il letto non era particolarmente comodo e ho fatto fatica a dormire bene. Anche la piscina non mi è sembrata molto pulita e le docce esterne erano fuori servizio. Tra il personale, l’unica persona che ho trovato davvero simpatica, disponibile e sempre sorridente è stata la signora Noella, che merita sicuramente una menzione. Il punto di forza principale della struttura è sicuramente la posizione: si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia. Consiglio soprattutto di andare in spiaggia la mattina presto, per ammirare l’alba e fare un bagno quando non c’è praticamente nessuno: un’esperienza davvero bellissima. L’appartamento non è particolarmente attrezzato per cucinare, ma nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti. Tra quelli provati, consiglio assolutamente il Restaurant Aire, che secondo me è il migliore. Nel complesso, per me è una soluzione adatta per un soggiorno breve, massimo un paio di giorni, soprattutto per la posizione e la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Per soggiorni più lunghi sceglierei una struttura più attrezzata e confortevole.

Une plancha disponible en location pour toute la résidence. Tarifs disproportionnés pour le niveau de confort offert. Beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Location was amazing however, the facility needs a bit of love. Showers at the main pool are not working, the restaurant is not working. The cleaning Service is shocking as there's none during the stay it's kinda 'do it yourself'. They do not replace toilet paper, the towels were supposedly meant to be changed on the 3rd day of arrival, we put all the towels on the bathtub as indicated, we arrived at 7pm and the towels were never replaced. We had to go to reception to pick up some pool towels in the meantime. We had small children and this was extremely inconvenient for us.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Un complexe de vacances pas trop grand/à taille humaine vs d'autres structures proposées a punta prima . L'ambiance était familiale et plutôt paisible. La piscine était très agréable (bien que bcp trop fréquentée ... y compris par des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel !) Et l'environnement aussi (arbres et fleurs) Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer en bus + près de la plage + petit supermarché tout près également
Logement propre mais avec équipement cuisine limité au strict minimum (pas très pratique, même sans faire de grande cuisine, de devoir se débrouiller avec 4 verres et 4 assiettes....) Certains équipements étaient anciens et mériteraient d'être remplacés (frigo) ou à minima un coup de frais (chaises terrasse et étendoir linge)

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Personnel très aimable, à l’écoute et arrangeant , appartements spacieux même si la déco est un peu vieillote. Les extérieurs sont très beaux. Le restaurant, en travaux n’était pas accessible donc nous ne pouvions prendre de petit déjeuner. Dommâge.
J’ai mal dormi à cause d’un voyant clignotant de détecteur de fumee defectueux positionné au dessus du lit et la grande hauteur sous plafond m’a empêché de l’éteindre. Le départ à 10h est aussi trop tôt à mon goût: 11h aurait été mieux.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Bel complesso, in buona posizione. La piscina è bella e comoda. L'appartamento spazioso e con un bel terrazzo. Il supermercato è alle spalle dell'ingresso, dove si trova un altro accesso per cui è molto comodo.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Beautiful gardens, clean and well maintained. Two ample swimming pools, again clean and very enjoyable. Air conditioning worked brilliantly, two A/C units - one in kitchen/living area, another in bedroom.
No bar or restaurant in the grounds (closed down and old restaurant is bit of an eyesore). Apartment was clean, well equipped but dated. The bed has a plastic waterproof sheet and the bed frame was very squeaky! A slight damp smell in the rooms.

Servizi inesistenti,assurdo che nel frigo non ci sia una bottiglia di acqua e che ci fosse un solo telecomando per due condizionatori d’aria ( quindi difficile da gestire) sono piccoli accorgimenti che possono fare la differenza perché se arrivi che il supermercato è chiuso ed è notte resti senza acqua ad esempio Altro problema il check out alle 10 e’ troppo presto
