We did not realize it was 30 minutes by train from Zurich. We had already had a long day of travel. This was our poor planning.

Ich war schon ein paar mal in diesem Hotel, war immer zufrieden! dieses mal hatte ich ein Zimmer direkt über dem Coop-shop. Die Schiebetüre vom Shop und das sprechen, schreien, singen….. der Menschen hörte man bis 24:00.

Colazione nel bar pasticceria accanto con solo la possibilità di un panino e una bevanda. Io sono italiana... Impossibile mangiare un panino alle 6 del mattino a meno che rientri da una serata...

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Renoviertes, sauberes und genügend grosses Zimmer mit viel Ablagefläche. Es hat eine Klimaanlage und liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Check In sehr unkompliziert direkt vor der Haustür. Türöffnung mit Code, was sehr praktisch ist.

Die „Hintergrundmusik“ in den Gängen hat durch ihre Dauerpräsenz genervt. Zum Glück hat man sie im Zimmer nicht mehr gehört.

Fensterläden können nicht geschlossen werden. Eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit zu den Vorhängen um Tageslicht fernzuhalten (Rollo?) wäre gut.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Das modernes Hotelzimmer, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlickeit, die uns entgegengebracht wurde. Mineralwasser und die Nespressomaschine auf dem Zimmer waren weitere Pluspunkte. Die Zimmer sind durchdacht eingerichtet.
Vielleicht dass sich die Fenster nicht öffnen ließen, dafür gab es eine Klimaanlage.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The Nuredini family has been absolutely brilliant in helping me with a problem I had this morning with my car. What they did went further beyond "granting a service": they really helped me and saved me, without asking me anything. Super nice. Another important thing: many rewards say that there is no air conditioning in the room, but this is FALSE. My room was air conditioned, super clean, big enough. There is a coffee machine and free water. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is not directly in the hotel but in the bakery 10 steps beside. And should someone not want to go there, 2 steps beside there is a coop pronto supermarket, open until 11 pm, where one can buy everything for breakfast. So this hotel is certainly very good and worth the price for the Swiss standards. Again thanks to Mrs & Mr Nuredini.
If we really need to find something, it is really over the train station, so you can hear some people shouting BUT in Switzerland this is far to be a problem ☺️ and honestly, nothing that disturb a good sleep.

I am almost 2m long. One bedroom room with a sloping roof/ceiling was not really comforting but good enough to navigate it

Reviewed May 7, 2026Hotel ist gut gelegen und die Zimmer waren okey. Die Bäckerei für Frühstück ist super (insofern diese geöffnet ist) Checkin ist einfach und gäbig.
Schade war, dass die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnten. Die Klimaanlage neben dem Kopf war nicht gerade angenehm. Beim WC gab es keine Lüftung oder auf jeden Fall haben wir nicht rausgefunden, wie diese zu bedienen war. ;-)

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Das Zimmer ist sehr schön gewesen, in perfekter Grösse. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung modern aber mit charmantem Flair. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich gewesen.
Die Qualität der Matratze war gerade noch genügend. Leider konnte man das Fenster wegen der stark befahrenen Strasse am Abend und am Morgen nicht offen lassen.
