Reviewed Dec 16, 2025I knew it was an older building but it was clean and also I was happy with the ability to do my own laundry with their machines. The staff was quite nice also, 100% I would stay here again.
I ate breakfast at the restaurant and I did enjoy the taste and the service was great. I just felt that the size/quantity of food given was fairly small.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025全島エイサーまつりで利用しました。会場、ゲート通り等目的の場所へどこも徒歩１５分程度、さらに高速バス乗り場も近く便利でした。 歴史あるホテルのため設備面は最新ではありませんが、とても清潔でWiFiも完備されています。 次回も利用したいと思います。

Reviewed May 17, 2025Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Hisako (forgive me if I mispelled) was very friendly and helpful. Yoshiko was also very friendly and greated everyone with a smile. There were other front desk people that were also very friendly. I would recommend staying here as the price and purchasing breakfast in advance was very reasonable. When I come back to Okinawa, I will be staying here.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2025This is a lovely little hotel with the nicest staff. We had the room with two beds and it was huge. Beds were nice and firm and sheets were thick and clean. Two style of pillows were on the bed. One was like a flat cushion which I did not use and the other was a softer pillow - not super fluffy which as a stomach sleeper I loved. Room had slippers and daily nightwear which was also a thick cotton. Toiletries supplied in bathroom were razors, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, hairbrush, hair rinse, body soap and also face soap. Room had an electric tea pot with teabags and cups. The mini fridge came in handy keeping our giant jugs of green tea cold. The best part of the stay was breakfast. We did the breakfast add on and were so impressed. How it works is when you come back to the hotel in the PM to pick up your key and go to sleep, the front desk asks you to choose which style breakfast you want the next morning. When you come downstairs in the AM the front desk gives you a little card that says what type of breakfast to make you. It’s genius. There are 6 types. 4 are western and the other two are Japanese and Okinawan. The later two were phenomenal. The chef really spent time to make it special and each morning the items were slightly different. The Japanese option was a fried egg, rice, miso soup, two different salads, and 3 different proteins along with natto and seaweed. The Okinawan option was similar but with spam and different veg. The drinks are self service and the coffee was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was for sure the highlight of our stay. Every single staff member we saw was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Reviewed Mar 4, 20253回目の宿泊。施設は古いが清潔、スタッフの自然なおもてなしの心も感じます。部屋も広め。 お値段が徐々に上がって、曜日によって予算オーバーしがちなのが残念。 コザの観光には最適のロケーション。ただし、米軍人で街中が盛り上がるのは、月中と月末のペイデイの金曜日夜のみなのでそこを狙ってみてください。

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025音市場でのイベントのために連泊で利用させていただきました。アクセスも大通りの角を曲がればすぐでわかりやすく楽器を持っての移動も許容範囲の距離感(8分くらい)でした。急いで予約しましたがスタッフの方々が臨機応変にいろいろと対応していただき、空港バスへのアクセス等や朝食も当日対応可能とのことご案内いただき、すごく安心して過ごせました。男性はサウナと大浴場も使えるようでうらやましいです。ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025ホテル自体は古いですが 部屋は広く清潔感もありました。 部屋もベットもユニットバスも全体的に広い印象です。 マットレスもしっかりしていて良く眠れました。 大浴場は男性のみで21時終了だったので 今後女性用大浴場も作ってもらえたらなあと思いました。 24時頃まで使用できればもっと有難いです。 コインランドリーも 7時から22時までと時間制限があるのが難点でしたが スタッフの方々も対応が良く 全体的に満足できるホテルでした。 またコザ周辺を訪れる際には利用させて頂きたいです。

Reviewed Jan 10, 2025The rooms are a little dated, very early 70s feel. Everyone working there was very nice. I felt the room smelled very disinfectant smelling. The key is a real key and ever time you leave the building you need to leave the key with the front desk. I am sure this is due to so many people losing keys all the time. It was not an issue. Just weird. Internet was good. Free WiFi. Breakfast was included with my rate. There are 6 choices. They were all fine. Bathroom was very small but adequate, felt like the size of a campers bathroom.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025The staff are phenomenal! They knew me by face and name every time I spoke to any staff member. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and they had really tight security. So, as a disabled woman traveling alone, I really appreciated that!
Nothing to dislike! I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Okinawa. The location is very close to military bases, tourist spots, shopping, everything!

Reviewed Oct 19, 2024出張での利用でしたが、安心して宿泊することができました。 ホテルの従業員のかたは親切にしてくれてよかったです。 ホテル自体は新しくは無いため、それなりにくたびれているところは見受けられましたが、宿泊には影響の無い部分だと思います。 また、朝食はいくつかのパターンから前日の夜に選んでおく仕組みなので、食品ロスが軽減できるのだとか。良い取り組みだと思います。 ちなみにコンビニは徒歩5分ほどの場所にあるため、足りないものがあったら、ちょっと買い物に出かけることは可能です。 コザゲート通りにも徒歩圏内ですので、ご興味のある方はぜひ。 また近隣に出張があった際には再訪いたしますので、何卒宜しくお願いします。

The only note I have for the hotel overall is the bed was extremely hard (very painful to sleep on if you are used to soft bedding and memory foam).
