Le site, les installations, la situation.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner apathique et non souriant. Accueil froid, table qui devait être nettoyée, attente 15mn sans nettoyage. Buffet non réapprovisionné malgré notre demande 30mn avant la fermeture du buffet.. Les plats commandés après préparation restent en attente de service 15mn finalement je me lève pour les récupérer moi-même et enfin le personnel arrête de bavarder puis se rend compte de la situation et nous apporte les plats qui sont froids..

lo veo muy dejado y descuidado. El spa funcionaba la zona de las aguas. En la zona de la piscina solo una persona tendiendo para traer cocteles tardaban muchisimo. la habitación llena de mosquitos.

No conocía este hotel y ha sido una muy grata sorpresa. Es el lugar ideal para descansar y y desconectar de la cuidad. Sus instalaciones son magnificas. Especialmente el Spa. No le falta detalle. La decoración de todo el hotel es muy elegante y sencilla, tanto las habitaciones como sus jardines soy muy acogedores. Los restaurantes son muy buenos con productos de la zona. Lo mejor de todo el personal. Fui solo y me hicieron sentir super cómodo en todo momento. Sin duda es un lugar al que volveré.

Solo tuve problemas con los mosquitos pero es algo que en este caso, ellos no pueden controlar, pues esto depende de la naturaleza.

La taille de la chambre. 19m2 SDB comprise donc plus petite que la chambre d’un NOVOTEL, avec une petite fenêtre qui donne sur des panneaux solaires et des groupes froids. La minuscule salle de bain dispose d’une douche d’hôtel budget. Chambre pourtant vendue à 600 euros +. Erreur de jugement de la direction qui ne peut s’attendre qu’à des critiques à ce prix là.

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem cuidado e tudo uma delícia! A região é linda, localização ótima para explorar. Fomos no início de junho, mas parece ser um local que voltaria em qualquer estação.

El Spa es excepcional. Ideal para desconectar de un día con varias reuniones. Cristina e Isabel son un encanto. Me hicieron sentir muy a gusto. Todo el personal es muy agradable y profesional y te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Volveré seguro.

The hotel itself is stunning, like a charming chateau, beautifully bound in nature with a gorgeous landscape.

The staff and hospitality were extremely disappointing. We visited in the first week of June and they clearly didn’t have the bandwidth to take care of their guests. They were constantly understaffed. They have just one restaurant for dinner daily which is frequently visited by outsiders and it seems that the hotel guests aren’t their top priority even though it’s a five star property. After trying almost everything on their restaurant menu, we decided to order from their room service menu one night and they responded saying it wasn’t possible as they were “very busy”. They did, however, call back in about 30 minutes and say they could prepare something. Even though the hotel was charming, the staff wasn’t trained well and that affected our overall experience since that’s not what we’ve ever experienced with any Relais & Chateaux property.

We had two reservations they cancelled one of them without informing us or refunding us. Booking had to intervene. Except for house keeping the staff was terrible and did not accommodate even the smallest request.

Amazing service and breathtaking views!! Biking around the nearby villages was an absolute dream. 100% recommend for a calm relaxing vacation.

Breakfast was good but not exceptional..

excellent restaurant. Lovely view. Gorgeous old farmhouse beautifully decorated. Lots of different sitting rooms where one could relax. loved the balcony.

For an elderly couple, the step down from the bedroom and up to the bathroom could prove a problem during the night. A full length mirror and hooks for hats or jackets by the door would be a welcome addition. The gym was very hot. 29c. despite the outdoor temperature of around 18c. Awnings over the windows might help, and the room with the indoor pool was so hot we couldn´t even contemplate swimming in it.

This was a magical, dreamy escape that reminded us of the Tuscan region. Medieval towns were all around and made up the view from our bedroom. Staying on an orchard with all the amenities for a relaxed stay, it was absolutely perfect.

When we rented bikes, the lobby staff never showed us the trails so we got lost (we forgot to ask so it's partially our fault!). Room service food was extremely basic and very expensive. I suggest going outside for a meal.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, tous sont très accueillants et professionnels. La chambre était superbe, le restaurant était excellent, le spa était très spacieux.... une super expérience !

La ubicación y el lugar en si que es muy bonito. Y sobre todo el personal. Nos hicieron sentir muy especiales.

A very special place to go as a couple and enjoy the surroundings and excellent service. The best thing of all is the staff. They made us feel very special.

If you want to unwind, this is the place. I went with my best friend and we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities on offer. I recommend the yoga classes, wich are free of charge. We will definitely be back.

The Beauty of the Property, the silence, the decoración

The coffee in the room and at breakfast was not nice, unbranded capsules and the water places at the room were also not nice. The water fointain at the spa has much Better water tah. The one in the room and in the breakfast

Excellent facilities in a beautifull environment and central location, close to all attractions of the costa brava.

Limited vegetarian options on the menu. Limited attention for sustainability.

Weather

We had high expectations for Mas de Torrent Hotel & Spa, Relais & Châteaux, but unfortunately the experience did not come close to the standards a property of this reputation should uphold. Despite a confirmed appointment for a couples massage at 5:15 p.m., the reservation was nowhere to be found when we arrived — leaving us with apologies instead of the service we were promised. The rest of our stay followed the same disappointing pattern: attempts to move us from our lunch table without explanation, a long delay before our dinner order was even taken, confusion in the kitchen resulting in the wrong dish, and basic details like a handbag stand being taken away mid-meal. Even the room itself felt below par, with worn and partially torn bathrobes — a detail unthinkable in a true five-star setting. It’s clear that this hotel aspires to the level of service associated with the Relais & Châteaux name, but at present it still has a long way to go before it truly earns it.

It's a beautiful building and grounds and a decent Spa with nice people.

The lunchtime restaurant by the pool (which is the only one open at lunchtime we were told when we arrived) is very underwhelming for the 5 stars and the price of the hotel. A very limited menu and wine list at lunchtime isn't what you expect (and they kept getting the orders wrong) I just find the whole place a little soulless , lacking atmosphere. 5 mins away there are two restaurants that are head and shoulders better to eat in on so many levels but you don't want to have to go out. There are just lots of little things that they could do better and consistently to live up to its 5 star billing. No meet and greet , had to bring my own luggage down , wrong orders in restaurant and then remade & undercooked , these things shouldn't happen when you are paying this kind of money. Needs a bit of work

We rented a “suite” for the night and it was relatively small and with no perks. No minibar, no tub.

Breakfast well organized and appointed. Garden and the main building are the key features of the property. Rooms are comfortable but not luxury.

Hotel restaurant unfortunately was significantly below expectations. Wrong order delivered, forgot to put water on the table, food was slow to arrive, vitello tonnato was not made with veal but with beef carpaccio. Not at all a 5* experience.

That was my third visit there The staff is very friendly and nice but unfortunately some things got worse. -The food is much less with new chef and the room service is very poor. No option for gluten free almost -very hard to communicate with the reception from the room - the house keeping is very noisy from very early. They’re screaming between them like they were there alone - i left my car in the entrance and the valet was telling me that he will take care of the parking but eventually he didn’t close the roof and the car got damaged during the night We had to many issues for 48 hours but i decided to give 10 according to my last 2 visits

This was a fabulous place.. great spa, grounds, restaurant on property. Nice place for a romantic, tranquil stay.

Stunning, everything is perfect and had the wow factor. The food in the restaurant blew me away, I am vegetarian and despite most the menu being meat there were some amazing options for me. Bedroom was huge and cosy, decorated modern but earthy. Spa massage was incredible, yoga in the morning fab! Electric bikes on site for your use. I travel alot and love a fancy hotel so my standards can be pretty high, this place exceeds expectations.

Couldn't be more happy of choosing Mas de Torrent. The hotel is really beautiful, staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is great! Also the breakfast really did surpass our expectations. Definitely would stay again here.

We gave them a chance, and came back again. Still, they need better management and training of the staffs. The concierge are just not friendly. Non of them were friendly and make you feel welcoming to the hotel. It's the attitudes make us feel, they are doing me a favor to check us in. Thanks, but no thanks. They are probably under paid, thats why non of them are smiling and friendly. And the restaurant is not listed in Michelin guide, but they put a 2 stars. Ok maybe your chef is 2 stars in Madrid, that doesn't make your restaurant a 2 stars. Food and menu was terrible. If the 2 stars chef opened a burger chain, that became a 2 stars? I dont think so. The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not 2 stars. Our room, there was hair everywhere on the toilet floor, pretty disgusting. The shower door can't close properly and flood the bathroom. The hotel facilities are great.
