Le stanze sono mal arredate il canapa e rotta mentre mia figlia sta dormendo. Appena esce dal hotel una puzza di pesce insopportabile e la vista dalla mia finestra su un parcheggio a pagamento abusivo e stata una brutta esperienza no torno piu

La ubicación excelente, se puede ir caminando a visitar las atracciones locales, en general es bien acogedor, el desayuno muy bien

El a seo podría haber estado mejor, no tenía los controles del aire acondicionado

Hotel with an excellent location, very central, pleasant and safe environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. In particular, I want to highlight the dedication, professionalism and friendliness of Ms. Maya, as she helped me a lot and made my stay more pleasant.

Le point fort de cet établissement est sa localisation. Il est situé sur la place centrale. Les agents du parking sont vraiment très gentil et serviable. Merci à Hakimi Hasan pour sa gentilesse.

La chambre était vetuste et le ménage laissait à désirer. Il restait des cheveux dans la douche. Les chambres sont non fumeurs mais l'odeur de cigarette est présente dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Rundown hotel. How can Accor allow this brand to continue as a Novotel? All bedrooms require long overdue refurbishment. What a waste for a good location.

Service and breakfast quality. One hour before the end of breakfast (usually the busiest time) only one server was running around to serve a full dining room. Everything was gone by then.

Lokalita, dostupnost ke vsem mostům a prochazkam kolem rokle reky Rhumel, cca 1 km od tramvaje do Nove Constantiny. Velke prostorne pokoje. Hledateli pohodlné ubytovani za rozumnou cenu, hotel je spravna volba. Navic v hotelu cepuji pivo v prepoctu za 90 kc!

Hotel skutecne potrebuje “napudrovat”. I pres zjevne stari by stacilo malo pro zlepseni udrzby a uklidu.

The location was good and the breakfast was decent.

The staff at check in took a long time and didn't seem familiar with booking.com. There was a sign offering a welcome drink and when we tried to get one we got sent in circles to the bar, restaurant and back to the bar. We gave up. Half the staff was friendly and half were grumpy. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The gym was so filthy we didn't use it, there was dirt on the walls and the hallway smelled of cigarettes.

Le personnel de la réception est très professionnel et plutôt agréable. Et réactif. Établissement très bien situé. Parking en sous terrain assez pratique.

Vraiment déçue. Le standing du Novotel n’est pas à la hauteur. Les parties communes très vieillissantes, les chambres aussi. La chasse d’eau en inox pleine de traces de doigt ; le miroir de la salle de bain plein de traces ; le frigo pas propre et qui ne refroidi pas les aliments ; la clim qui ne fonctionne pas ; 2 serviettes de bain pour une réservation de chambre familiale pour 4 ; une couette sur le canapé lit sans housse de couette, idem pour un coussin sans taie ; un matelas de canapé lit digne d’un matelas de camping ; éléments cassés ou dégradés dans la salle de bain etc. Bref, je ne reviendrai pas.

Établissement sale (frigo non nettoyé, matelas en mousse en déliquescence, poussière non faite ou de manière très superficielle, poil et crotte de n’es sur les draps,canapé lit vieillissant)restaurant hors de prix pour ce qui est proposé.

État de la chambre.. Pas de produits , flacon pas rempli . Une serviette pour deux adultes ai du demander.. je vous passe le temps d attente Chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas. Très très désagréable Petit dej pas au niveau d'un novotel. Manque de tout et difficulté à avoir soit plus de stock soit....on sait pas Machine à café qui ne fonctionnent pas. Ai attendu plus d-un quart d heure pour un cafe Personnel désorganisé, on prend le bidon d eau de la machine et on ne revient ps. Un autre la met en route mais évidemment ne fonctionne pas puisque pas d'eau Pas de.pain frais Une seule et unique petite poêle pour l'omelette. Pas de.preparation en amont et délai d attente, bien.entendu trop long . Beaucoup ont abandonné Et en.plus on.paie la prestation 2200 dinars alors que Ibis , qui jouxte Novotel 1400 dinars et on.partage le.meme petit dej, sur un même lieu ! J ai pris Novotel pour être assuré du confort et de la.qualite habituelle, quelle déception !

L’emplacement est parfait.

Outre le fait que cet hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement ( on est loin de ce qu’on peut voir attendre d’un Novotel), la chambre n’était pas propre notamment les toilettes.

The Wi‑Fi connection was very weak, and unfortunately I was unable to access the internet. The reception service was also rather slow. It would have been helpful to receive assistance with my luggage, especially as I was carrying my sleeping daughter.

Una cafetera en el hotel de 4 estrellas es basico. Pedir jabon y gel tampoco viene al hotel de esta categoría. Y bajar a la recepción por el código correcto para wifi tampoco.

I genuinely don’t know where to begin, because staying at this hotel felt less like a vacation and more like an elaborate social experiment designed to test human endurance. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a smell that can only be described as “wet carpet meets existential regret.” The receptionist stared at me with the enthusiasm of someone who had just lost a bet, handed me a key (yes, an actual metal key, possibly from the Ottoman era), and pointed vaguely toward a corridor that seemed to stretch into another dimension. The room itself? Ah, a masterpiece. The air conditioning unit made sounds that resembled a dying tractor, alternating between arctic blast and tropical sauna every 15 minutes. The bed had the structural integrity of overcooked pasta, and I’m fairly certain it tried to swallow me whole at some point during the night. I woke up not rested, but emotionally changed. Let’s talk about cleanliness. I found things in that room that I cannot explain. Not dust—no, dust would have been comforting. These were… artifacts. At one point I made eye contact with something under the bed and we silently agreed to ignore each other. The bathroom deserves its own paragraph. The shower had two settings: “gentle disappointment” and “fire hose.” The water temperature oscillated wildly, as if controlled by a mischievous spirit. I’m now convinced I experienced all four seasons in under three minutes. Breakfast was an adventure. The eggs had the texture of philosophical confusion, and the coffee tasted like it had been filtered through a sock that had seen things. I’m not saying it was bad, I’m saying it raised questions about reality itself. Noise? Oh, there was plenty. Walls so thin I could hear my neighbor blinking. At 3 AM, someone in the hallway was either moving furniture or summoning something. I chose not to investigate. In summary, if you’re looking for a place to sleep, relax, and feel human again—this is absolutely not it.

Petit déjeuner pas du tout au top pomme de terre de la veille les plateaux des différents plat toujours vide à plusieurs reprises sur la durée de mon séjour obligé de relancer le personnel pour faire un ravitaillement on dirais qu’il économise la nourriture pour les jours suivants et je précise je suis un lève tôt à 8h30 maximum j’étais au restaurant machine à café j’appuie sur chocolat c’est de l’eau trouble qui sort enfin bref il y a du boulot

First bar we found in 5 days. Delighted to see they claimed to do a ‘social hour’ “2 for 1” till 18:30. In reality, they refused - first “not today” (till it was pointed out the ad said “every day”), then on the grounds it was 18:31 (till pointed out that we’d ordered at 18:22 and asked for the bill immediately, and it was they who delayed till 18:31), then on the grounds the ad only applied to soft drinks (which it says nowhere!). Very poor from an international chain

Helyszín jó, központban van, de a szobám nem hangos az utcai zajoktól. A reggeliztető csapat kedves és készséges. Szép új a recepció.

Túlárazott, a szobák kicsit régiek és szükséges lenne felújítás ezért az árért. Tusfürdő, sampon és szappanon kívül semmi tisztálkodási szer vagy eszköz nincs kirakva. A WCülőke be van törve.. és úgy hagyva. Barna folt a párnahuzaton és a takarítónő ugyanúgy visszarakta az ágyra, mintha tiszta lenne. Az asztalon a lámpa hangosan zúg, de nem világít cserébe.. A jóbarátom nem jöhetett fel két percre, hogy megnézze a kilátást a szobából. Mert nem vagyunk házasok, és nem foglalt szobát. Felháborító, hogy milyen feltételezés hangzott el a biztonsági őr részéről, hogy nem engedheti fel, mert nem a férjem. Két perc alatt ugyan mit tennénk? És ha a bőröndöm segített volna lehozni? Illetve hogyan foglalna két perces tartózkodásra?

Etablissement bien situé, la restauration était très correct, avec la possibilité de boire un verre (assez rare dans cette région).

L'hotel n'appartiens plus au groupe accord, j'espère que les standards vont restés les mêmes. Une rénovation globale des chambres et parties communes s'impose.

Personal wenig professionell, insbes. beim Frühstück: wenig Serviceorientierung, kein Tische abwischen, Nachschub an Tellern, Löffeln etc. am Buffet tlw. sehr schleppend.

This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as something much better. In Europe it is known for being a good two star hotel with clean beds - that is all that you get over here as well. The staff does not speak English - figure on using Google to translate what you want and then good luck on getting it. Service is below average and the staff will not try to go out of their way to help you. Case in point, I stayed there for 2 nights and was leaving early in the morning around 6:30 am to catch a flight - even though the buffet was almost ready, they would not let anyone (there were other guests as well), grab a croissant just o have something to eat - they insisted that it opened at 7am and that was it. BTW, the buffet is nothing but a continental breakfast with a few choices of bread - nothing much to talk about. If you do partake, plan to be early when breakfast opens because once the trays empty, the staff does not replenish them. I learnt that the first morning when I went there and all that was left was some toast and jam. Constantine lacks a good three or four star hotel except for the Marriott - I had dinner there one night and while it does not meet American Marriott standards, they were better than what is available in this city.

الموقع ممتاز، في وسط المدينة، وقريب من جميع الخدمات، وعلى بعد خطوات من السوق وموقف سيارات الأجرة، والفندق نظيف، والغرفة كانت مطلة جزئيا على الطبيعة.

الفطور لا بأس به، ولم يعجبني، وساءني وجود الخمور، والله يوفقهم لإزالتها.

-No me dieron hoja de reclamación tras mi solicitud. -No tuve electricidad en la habitación durante la noche. A las 06:45 volví a tenerla tras llamar a recepción. - Aun a pesar de haber pagado al hacer el check-in la entrada a la habitación estaba bloqueada por la noche (tuve que bajar a recepción para activarla) -Peesonal poco eficiente y poco resolutivo. -Al hacer el check out envié e-mail al director para informar, sin obtener ninguna repuesta del hotel ni del director, ni siquiera recibí e-mail confirmando que habían recibido el e-mail (en recepción me comunicaron verbalmente la recepción del mismo).

Easy to find and had parking.

Compared to most of the hotels in this chain it is a bit dated. In need of renovation.
