Netter Empfang und freundliches Personal. Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück. Vom Bahnhof oder Busbahnhof zu Fuß perfekt zu erreichen.

Das Bad ist eher eng bzw. klein. Das Doppelbett steht in dem Zimmer an einer Seite an der Wand.

Im Stadtzentrum und zugleich die Nähe zu Bus u. Bahn. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Möglichkeit das KFZ geschützt in der Nähe des Hotels zu Parken. Gutes Frühstück. Die Kommunikation mit der Hotelleitung. Die Nähe zu anderen Städten und das Rheinland Ticket zu gutem Preis um diese zu erreichen wie. z. B. Köln, Bonn, Düsseldorf usw.

Keine Klimaanlage für heiße Tage. Unter dem Bett war nicht Sauber gemacht. Jedoch im großen und ganzen war das nur jammern auf hohen niveau. Alles ok.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr lecker. Der Service prima!

Die Gäste neben mir schauten laut fern bei offenem Fenster .

Er is geen airco en er was geen rekening gehouden met de extreem hoge buitentemperatuur. Zo stond het raam gewoon open. Kleine kamers. Wij zijn uiteindelijk na een uur vertolken naar een ander hotel 🏨

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, obsługa przemiła. Kawa do śniadania była wyśmienita. Lokalizacja super, wszędzie pieszo blisko.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, angenehmer Mitarbeiterkontakt . Ambiente mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Gutes, keckeres,umfangreiches Frühstück , es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Mein Aufenthalt war zu kurz.

Een heel fijn hotel met een vriendelijke receptioniste. Het hotel is erg schoon en rustig. We zouden hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, tolles Personal, super Frühstück und eine sehr gute Lage inmitten des Marktes.

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt, fast wie zu Hause. Das Zimmer war genau nach meinem Geschmack, ruhig, gemütlich und dank der Klimaanlage jederzeit angenehm temperiert. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Ein Wasserkocher mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Tee und löslichem Kaffee wäre eine tolle Ergänzung und würde den Komfort zusätzlich erhöhen.

schöne, liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr leckeres Frühstück Zustellbett war kein Problem. Die Lage ist Zentral, Parken hat auf dem naheliegenden E-Parkplatz gut geklappt, Spät-Check-In ohne Probleme

Temperatur im Zimmer war ziemlich hoch, da im Dachgeschoss an einem warmen Tag. Sonst gabe es nichts zu meckern. Zimmer leider ohne Klimaanlage und zur Fußgängerzone ausgerichtet, daher etwas laut wegen des warmen Wetters

Sehr gutes Angebot zum Frühstück, vielfältiges Gebäck, Joghurt, Obst... Das vorher abgesprochene gluten- und laktosefreie Frühstück hat ebenso hervorragend funktioniert. Die zentrale Lage und der sehr kurze Weg zu Bus und Bahn haben uns sehr gefallen. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Freundlichkeit waren das I-Tüpfelchen für unseren Aufenthalt.

Die Lage war mich gut.

Tags über bis ca 01-00 Uhr hörte man immer einen Lüfter. So hatte man keine Ruhe im Zimmer.

Sehr gutes Lage und ein Frühstück mit richtigen Brötchen vom Bäcker. Das Hotel hat eine persönliche Note und eine sehr freundliche Bewirtschaftung. Die Idee mit den Enten im Bad ist total niedlich.

Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Da es ein großes Hotel ist, auch durch 2-3 volle Busreisende, beim Frühstück dann doch laute Akustik

War durch Zufall im Hotel. Trotz einer Trauerfeier hat man mich reingelassen obwohl noch geschlossen. Abendessen im Lokal war spitze. 10 Punkte für die Location und den Service

a) Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig :-) b) Zimmer ordentlich und rein :-) c) Personal/Mitarbeiter sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich :-) d) Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut (z.B. 5 Min. zur Bahnstation) :-)

Zimmer 25: a) Badezimmer extrem klein und eng, Dusche sehr eng und niedrig, b) gemäß Buchungsbestätigung hat das Zimmer "Stadtblick" - tatsächlich aber Blick auf einen Hinterhof c) kein Lift vorhanden (was beim Bestellvorgang für mich nicht ersichtlich war/ist) d) WLAN-Empfang schwach (im Frühstücksraum überhaupt kein Emfpang :-( e) der "Aufenthaltsraum" war nicht zugänglich

Das hotel ist sehr schön. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

Leverkusen Opladenの駅からほんとすぐ　とても便利でした 朝食がとても良かったです 5泊してもちょっとずつ違うので飽きませんし、パンの種類が豊富です フルーツもありましたし、わずかながらお野菜もあって嬉しかったです スタッフの方がとても親切でした 階段しかないので、スーツケースを運ぶのに手伝ってくださったり、部屋のWi-Fiが弱いと言ったら、なんとかしようとしてくれましたし とても地味ですが、トイレットペーパーの位置がちょうど良かったので使いやすかったです シャワールームの扉がちゃんと閉まるので、外がびちょびちょにならないのも良かったです デスクは仕事するのに十分な広さでした 歩いて5−10分のところに良いレストランがありました

とにかくWi-Fiが弱いので、仕事にならず、追加でeSIMを買わないといけなかったりと大変困りました なんとかしようとはしてくださいましたが、一向に良くならず ラウンジでは入るのでそこで仕事してもいいですよ、と言ってくださったのですが、PCを置くデスクもないので不便でした とても残念・・・ コンセントがベッドのそばにないのが不便でした 駅近なんですが、とても本数が少ないので、気をつけた方が良いと思います 初日はスパークリングウォーターがありましたが、なくなってからは補充がありませんでしたので、初日にあって良かった！と思わず、自分で補充する必要があります（笑 近くにスーパーマーケットがなかったので、ちょっと不便 駅前には簡単なトルコ料理ばかりが何軒もありました お手軽と言えばお手軽なんですが落ち着いて食べられる雰囲気ではありませんでした あと、洗面ボウルがコンパクトなので、滞在中に洗濯をしたい場合には少しずつしかできないのでご注意を

absolutely perfect location (Koelnmesse 3 stations away with frequent trains; and also to go for a running with the large and beautiful nearby park); very dedicated man, working hard all the time to keep people happy; very efficient room heating and accurately adjustable; nice desk to work in the room; abundant, tasty and varied breakfast; various lights/lamps for a nice atmosphere in the room; room and shared areas are all perfectly clean; quite a lot of decoration and design arrangements in the bedrooms, stairs, entrance, common rooms (not everything to my taste but at least you see they make efforts to humanise the place, make it personalised and that is agreeable, not a dull neutral place!)

abusive price (at least during an exhibition; not specific to this hotel only, but still not justifiable); missing a fridge and kettle in the room; too soft bed (for my liking); phonic insulation not great as the neighbour's shower is easily audible; poor Wifi connection. No elevator which is no problem for me because I like to move my legs, but for that price it's a bit shocking.

Komfortable Betten und Duschhandtücher endlich mal mit Aufhängern an der Seite versehen.

Leider als Pärchen nur 1 Zimmerschlüssel erhalten.

Persönliche telefonische Erreichbarkeit; reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlichem Service; praktische Lage in der Fußgängerzone; gutes Bett, gutes Kissen. Zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber immerhin ein größerer Ventilator im Zimmer. Wir brachten zusätzlich unseren eigenen mit, so konnte man es nachts aushalten (wir waren während einer Hitzewelle da).

Was nicht zu ändern ist: Keine Klimaanlage und viele Stufen, und wir hatten ein wirklich sehr kleines Bad.

The location of the hotel was good very close to the train station with plenty of restaurants and shops around. It was basically in the town centre. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast and the room was clean.

Words fail me in expressing how shocked I was at the behaviour of the staff. Particularly the hotel manager/owner. We felt unsafe and unwelcome. The hotel staff would come in the morning, serve breakfast and clean the rooms and leave the hotel unmanned once they were done. If you had any issues the phone number they left did not get you through to someone. Also, we were travelling as a family with luggage that we had to carry up and do three flights of stairs. If you are traveling with children and/or disabled/elderly people stay far away from this hotel.

Die Teil der Toilette, wo alles abfließt (Geruchsverschkuss) war sehr dreckig, fast schwarz. Ansonsten alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, in der es um das Hotel auf 150 m fünf (oder waren es sogar sechs?) Dönerladen gibt. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet, riecht es entsprechend. Abends haben sich Jugendlichen / junge Erwachsene in der Fußgängerzone vor dem Hotel versammelt. Diese waren recht laut.

Very prompt and friendly staff, absolutely central location near the railway station and good breakfast.

The room was quite congested, the amenities were very basic.

Opladed is the upmarket bit of Leverkusen- a very nice suberb which feels very safe and friendly. There is a pedestrianised shopping area (most shops being on 2 roads which cross each other) and this has a cosy feel to it rather than a big city atmosphere. There is a good variety of restaurants and other shops. Nostalgically (for us English) there is a large Woolworths! The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Opladen train (& bus) station. Trains connect to Cologne (going South) and Wupppertal (North). If you want a train to Dusseldorf or Duisburg (e.g. for the Lanschaftspark in my case) you can get the 201 bus (every 20 mins) to the other station in central Leverkusen (Mitte). The hotel room was very nice, with a desk & chair provided for reading etc. For the breakfast buffet they had a nice variety of seeded bread rolls and meats as well as the usual cereals/juices/cheeses.

It wasn't obvious where to get milk for the breakfast tea. Accross the room there was a large heavy jug of it on the cereals table, but I felt rather incongruous trying to pour from that into a small teacup! I can only assume that they don't cater for us silly English who like cow-juice in our tea!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean, bathroom was good with powerful shower. Beds were very comfortable, and there were many quirky touches that we liked. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We were there for football at Bay Arena (Bayer Leverkusen) and the location and transport to the ground (about 4kms) was excellent. Free bus to stadium and back from Opladen. Train to Cologne in 15 mins. Great hotel, great location and we would definitely recommend.

Bedsheets were not 100% clean?

Calm location, perfect base for anyone that wants to explore the region (Cologne, Dusseldorf, Maastricht...) and wants a comfy and quiet room at the end of the day. Great breakfast too

super nice host, very flexible about adding a baby bed last minute and giving us a larger room for it at no extra cost. Also super good breakfast, also included in the prize. Nice lounge room as well!

One of our two rooms went to a street with a restaurant underneath that was frying something continuously so it was not possible to open our window without that smell entering our room.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way numerous times to accomodate us. The breakfast was top notch and one moring we left early and missed the kitchen staff, they packed a generous sack lunch for us!

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein schönes, großes Zimmer, das allerdings ziemlich hellhörig war. Leckeres Frühstück und perfekte Lage in Opladen.

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly.

We were very pleased and thought the visit was very good value for money.

Absolutely first class all the way. Professional staff. Excellent rooms, clean and decorated very nicely.

Surprised at the good quality of this accommodation given that it was a pension! We booked it because it was close to where we were working and it was ideal both the standard and the surrounding area that had ample choice for eating.

A friendly welcome from the owner, Ludger. A decent-size and clean room. No air con but fan supplied. Lovely continental breakfast. Only slight fault was patchy Wi-fi occasionally. We even got to meet Sunny, the friendliest security dog!

Leider entsprach das Zimmer in keiner Weise dem Angebot der Hotel-Plattform. Hier liegt, wie bei den vergangenen Pannen, das Problem offensichtlich bei Hotel.com.
