Wonderful place and experience. With the trails starting right at the resort the place is ideal for hiking.

No breakfast restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to your doorstep depending on your choices the day before. I like to get inspired at a buffet. However, the delivered breakfast was wonderful.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage, es war an sich unkompliziert

Es ist eher wie ein airbnb, kaum Service und man darf alles selbst entsorgen. Leider kein Frühstück. Was für mich daher von Preisleistung her eher schwach war. Zudem war es sehr laut in der Unterkunft.

Sauna, Dampfbad und Pool sind absolut toll. Auch die Lage und die schöne Zimmerausstattung.. kommen gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert 😃

Ein tolles Bergpanorama, saubere und stilvoll eingerichtete Chalets, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, ein toller Wellness-Bereich zum entspannen, ein unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Wir waren im Sommer in Sölden und nutzten die angrenzenden Bike-Parks und tollen Wandermöglichkeiten.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die Business-Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Die Kapseln kann man in der Rezeption oder nur online kaufen. Ansonsten hab ich kein Haar in der Suppe entdeckt.

Tolles, modernes Ressort mit schönem Pool und Sauna. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig. Es gab einen Fahrradraum, Reparaturmöglichkeiten, eine Bike-Waschstation

Sehr viele Fliegen und kein Fliegengitter. Das Frühstück hat man als Box vor die Zimmertür gestellt bekommen und musste es im Zimmer konsumieren.

Tolles Upgrade von 3-Bett auf 5-Bett-Wohnung mit grossem Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht bekommen. Dafür herzlichen Dank! Wir waren überwältigt von der Grösse, der Sauberkeit, der modernen Einrichtung, vom Komfort und den guten Betten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die wunderbare Wellnessanlage mit beheiztem Pool mit Massagedüsen, die Sauna und das Dampfbad. Die Lage etwas oberhalb Söldens ermöglicht einen Blick auf die schönen Berge in Richtung Timmelsjoch und das Dorf. Mit Hilfe der inkludierten Summercard fuhren wir kostenlos auf den Gaislachkogel und besuchten die eindrückliche James Bond-Ausstellung und bestaunten die wunderbare Bergsicht. Zu empfehlen sind übrigens die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten für E- und Mountainbiker. Der Ötztaler Radweg ist super ausgebaut und führt von Sölden bis ins Inntal hinunter. Zahlreiche Trails schlängeln sich die Berge hinab. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Weekend. Wir kommen wieder!

Zimmer direkt neben Eingang, man hört in der früh jeden raus rein gehen, Rezeption gegenüber hört man. Abends spazieren Gäste vor der Teerassentür. Man fühlt sich beobachtet. Fliegen, Mücken, Käfer und Spinnen im Zimmer Geschirrspüler wurde von Putzkraft nicht ausgeräumt

Very nice views and some high quality appliances in the rooms. Seems like a good place for students to have cheap parties I.e there were people doing backflips off the balconies while we were there.

The service was low quality. I received at least four messages including “???” from the host who really wanted to know what exact time we were checking in. The checkout and indeed the entire front desk was only open in the morning. We had to check out by 9:30 am or pay a 20 euro fine. We booked the property because we were told that the restaurant would be open and that they would have a party there on Saturday. The hotel decided to shut the restaurant down before we got there which meant we had to walk 24 minutes to get down the hill to the next closest restaurant. The walls were very thin and we could easily hear our neighbors through the wall, etc.

Obwohl es bei Grünwald, selbst im Zimmer, überall angepriesen wird, gibt es KEINE Verpflegung ab nachmittags am Berg, in der Panorama Alm. Grünwald Personal behauptet auf Rückfrage mit der Alm nichts zu tun zu haben, was unwahr ist. Das Panorama Personal kam um 18 Uhr an die Resort Rezeption, sogar dahinter um sehr vertrauensvoll zu reden und hat Pizza vorbeigebracht. Mehrere Leute haben sich über den Mangel an Restaurant beschwert. Dann ist die Lage nur noch halb so interessant. In der Sauna sollen keine Getränke mitgebracht werden, es gibt aber auch keinen Wasserspender. . Preis für eine Nacht fast 450 Euro, das ist jenseits von Gut und Böse…

Very nice place with fantastic wellness area with stunning view from the pool

Located in very high place with absolutely nothing around. You have to walk for 1,5km down to eat anything because after 15:00 there is nothing to eat locally. There are taxis but they cost 22 euros each way 😞

Vyrazne podvyzivene ranajky vo forme kosika pred derami. Na dve osoby na apartmane 2 vajicka, 8 koleciek salamu, 1 dcl mlieka, 1dcl dzusu atd..absolutny nepomer za cenu a oststne sluzby, ktore hotel ponuka. Uroven ranajok je ako v skolskej jedalni. Restauracia funguje len do 15 hod. Vecer nie je moznost stravovania priamo v hoteli.

unhygienische Spa Nutzung anderer Apartmentbewohner, keine Handtücher in der Sauna wurden verwendet und es wird sich mit den nassen badesachen aufs holz gesetzt, genauso legen sich die leute mit nassen badesachen auf die stoffliegen, keine ruhe im spa, abstellort für kinder ohne beaufsichtigung, frühstück sehr eintönig und wenig wertig, es war sehr laut im hotel und man konnte schlecht deshalb schlafen, küche zwar vorhanden aber nicht ausgelegt um wirklich zu kochen

Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht.

Das Bett war leider zu weich für mich. Kommt aber deswegen, weil Ich etwas kräftiger gebaut bin.

We hadden boodschappen gedaan voor avondeten zelf te maken De volgende dag kwamen we erachter dat de koelkast het niet deed, dus ons vlees weg kunnen gooien Er waren geen koffie cups aanwezig , voor het apparaat water stond konden we ook geen koffie cups gevonden krijgen in de supermarkt Die kon je dus in het hotel kopen voor €1.10 per stuk uit een automaat , die automaat deed het dus niet goed, alle cups die we hadden gekocht vielen onderin waar we niet bij konden Er is geen personeel aanwezig in het hotel Inchecken om 13.00 in de middag met sleutel kastje

Preis Leistung. Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Gleichwertiges Hotel mit Halbpension ist günstiger. zimmer sehr klein. vieles muss extra bezahlt werden wie bademantel etc. frühstückskorb ist das geld nicht wert. sehr hellhörig das gebäude. spa bereich ist eher ein kinder paradies. es wird rumgeschrien und gespielt. dauergäste setzen sich mit nassen badehosen aufs holz und legen sich mit nassen badesachen auf die liegemöbel. zudem zu wenig spahandtücher.

The property was gorgeous, and the staff were extremely helpful. Beautiful and modern, yet super cozy.

Due to the time of year, there was no public bus running from the hotel to town, and taxi’s were €20 each way which was expensive. Clearer advertising and accessibility of a courtesy bus would have boosted my rating to a 10.

Ich war total begeistert, das Hotel ist super schön eingerichtet und super modern, von der Aussicht am Pool gar nicht zu sprechen. Die Idee das Frühstück mit kleinen Boxen vor die Zimmertüre zustellen fand ich super, was ein ganz entspanntes Frühstück ermöglicht. Das Abendessen hat meine Erwartungen auch total übertroffen! Immer wieder gerne!

Die Lage ist optimal für Biker,gleich hinter dem Hotel gibt's die erste Abfahrt über den Sonnleitentrail runter zur Lift Station,vom Berg runter führt ein super Trail direkt wieder ans Hotel,ohne Bikes funktioniert das runter und hoch kommen auch perfekt mit dem Taxi ,runter16€,hoch 36€ (nach Verhandlung doch nur 20€ für hoch bezahlt🤗) Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr gepflegt und super um nach einem anstrengenden Tag auf den Trails zu entspannen.Anschliessend im Restaurant sehr gutes Essen genossen...das Personal an der Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend 🤗.Fazit: gerne wieder ,war echt entspannend 🤗🤗🤗

Einziges Manko: Im Restaurant wurden wir immer sehr schnell abgefertigt....man spürt die Routine des Personals,was ein bisschen die Gemütlichkeit getrübt hat,meiner Meinung nach stehen die gesehenen zwei Leute die da arbeiten sehr unter Druck....jedoch freundlich und zuvorkommend...

Excellent accommodation. Studio room with kitchenette, perfect for my style of travel. Modern and stylish, great breed, fantastic shower / bathroom, external balcony, high end appliances in kitchen for breakfast and daytime snack making. A great price too for a Summer stay I extended my overnighter by three more days. A great bonus was the free Summer Guest Card giving fee less access to local Gondolas, public transport and pools as well as discounts on other experiences. Property situated on valley side in a stunning location surrounded by mountains. Great comms by the team here too. I've not had a chance to check out the pool and other free wellness facilities. Highly recommended. Note also that many of the pics on Google Maps appear to be prior to the new modern building on site.

Nous avons loué un appartement avec deux chambres pour cinq nuits et avons été ravis de la qualité des prestations : une belle vue, une prise électrique pour notre voiture, d'excellentes installations comme la piscine, le sauna et le hammam, ainsi que la possibilité de cuisiner et de faire la lessive. Le personnel était attentif, et nous avons même eu droit à une petite attention pour un anniversaire, merci ! Sölden propose de nombreuses activités, notamment grâce à la Summer Carte, qui offre entre autres une montée gratuite par jour vers les sommets des Alpes. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

Estrutura muito boa da propriedade, piscina,vista e conforto do quarto muito bom. Mas não espere serviço de resort, praticamente tudo é self-service. Atendimento frio dos atendentes e horário reduzido de recepção.

Very nice property but they do not have a shuttle. I would not recommend this property for anyone who is coming to Sölden without a car as the taxis will gouge you (25 euro for a short drive into town).

Our studio was very clean, very well equipped and super confortable! The in/out ski is a huge advantage! The heated pool is super nice and relaxing after a long ski day!

Food options are limited. Room service would be nice. Washing machine in the room would be practical

Fantastic location, great staff and wonderful facilities.

€5 for a load of laundry plus €4 to dry that same load, all in €0.50 because the coin-fed machine doesn't accept anything else? For a top notch facility that was not only outrageously expensive and should be included in the service, but it was annoying to have to chase down the coins particularly at the end of the day. A late checkout in any hotel is a courtesy. Here it costs €10 p.p. after 9:30.

location is perfect, ski in and out, Pool and view from the pool is gorgeous, personal is very helpful and friendly. they clean your room every day, which i wasn't expecting. Beds and bedding is comfortable. Although there is a nespresso machine - you have to bring the capsules -and the business one- not the normal ones! We bought a lot from the normal capsules- but it didn't work. Luckily we could buy some at the reception.

Ski-room is extremely small, you have to be lucky to be alone in the room - no space, when two rooms would pick up skies at the same time. Broom would be necessary to clean your skigears and boots.

Well equipped lovely apartments. The team on reception were very helpful. The breakfast box was great - well presented with a good selection of food. The pool, sauna and steam room made a great end to the days skiing. Can’t fault anything

Not a dislike just a reality the resort is a high up and, depending on your fitness level, around a 20-30 min trek from the centre of Solden. We tended to use a taxi which to get into and back from the centre of Solden.

Alles super. Luxus zu fairem Preis. Späterer Check-out wär aber besser.

I only needed a bed for one night since I was in Soelden for work. The apartment fulfilled that. Free parking in front of the door.

Cleanliness is an issue: a used tissue was on the floor, black hairs in the shower. I didn't look at the rest of the apartment. Self check-in at 6pm. For the price point I would expect more value for money.

be sure to make a list of services you would like to receive and ask for them in advance (like daily cleaning, or toillet paper if you run out). a bit far from restaurants or places where you can eat in the evening (nothing walking distance close by)

Die Kage ist perfekt, allerdings könnte an Der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden. Wir waren zu 9 im Zimmer. Gläser gab es leider nicht genug

Chalet was incredible. Staff were very helpful with taxis and other ad hoc requests for assistance. The chalet is connected to one of the best apres bars (panorama alm). Ski in ski out was perfect - the run to the chalet is one of the prettiest. Sauna in the chalet was great - essential oils to add scent to the sauna too.

Reception hours were limited 8-12 (which meant you had to miss first lift or ski back during the day to contact them). There wasn’t a single phone number for reception so it was sometimes difficult to contact them (eg if you called the mobile of a person who wasn’t working at the time). Buses are infrequent so the only way to and from town were taxis which were €15 each way.

Amazing view! Very comfy resort, ideal for anyone (friends or family) In-Apartment Sauna.

I can't think of anything as everything is just so relaxing and ideal for winter vacation.

This place was very comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and our 3 adult kids). Plenty of bedding, great showers, stocked kitchen. The office was very communicative as well. It’s a true ski in and out accommodation right on the route of the lift.

Only one thing and it was a stretch to think of something. They had a nespresso machine, but it took special “pro” pods that the store in town (Mpreis) didn’t carry. I love my nespresso at home but was thankful to have a drip machine available.
