Personalul, cu mici excepții. Mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată.

E foarte greu să ajungi la plajă. Și dacă ajungi acolo ești restricționat maxim de proprietăți. Foarte greu cu limba engleză...

Musste im dreckigen bettunterlage schlafen.. obwohl ich die Bettwäsche raus gemacht habe, das es die Mitarbeiterin sieht hat sie einfach das dreckige unterlage auf der Matratze gelegt und drauf ein frisches bezug gemacht... klima anlage muss unbedingt gewartet werden.. die filter sind so voll das die anlage nicht richtig funktioniert ich musste den deckel aufmachen. Das überhaupt luft raus kommt. Klo deckel war teils defekt.

Хотела се намира на лесно място на главния път преди град Силиврия. Стаята беше просторна, чиста . Обслужването е на ниво. Закуската и вечерята бяха хубави. Аквапарка е на две нива като на всяко има DJ които пускаха свежа музика. Има 2 големи басейна за възрастни и 3 за деца, има общо 8 водни пързалки. Почистването около басейните беше постоянно. Имахме изненада в стаята след като се настанихме. Следващата година пак ще посетим този хотел , мястото е невероятно за деца. Препоръчвам

Предимно се говори на турски език, английския език не е на почит особено на заведението на басейна. Храната на заведението около басейна беше много скъпа и само с банкова карта. Събота и неделя има голям наплив от външни посетители които препълват Аква парка. Единият ден нямаше топла вода в стаята но все пак хотела беше препълнен

Un super parc aquatique pour les enfants avec une très bonne ambiance.

L’aquaparc répondait à nos attentes mais l’eau était trop froide .

Nous sommes déçu, l’hôtel ne correspond pas à cinq étoiles. Les chambres sont très anciens, il y avait une odeur dans la salle de bain, beaucoup de poussière. Il y avait que un ascenseur sur trois qui fonctionnait et donc l’attente était trop longue. Le seul point positif était l’aquaparc. Mais malheureusement malgré une température maxi de 28 29 degre en exterieur L’eau restait très froide.

les toboggans pour les enfants , l’accueil, le personnel, l’espace, les jeux pour enfants , les piscines , la salle de sport…Un très bel hôtel , nous avons été trop bien reçu par le personnel très gentil et souriant , je recommanderai autour de moi

We especially enjoyed the aquapark, the beautiful surroundings, and the hotel’s great location. The pool area and the overall atmosphere were also highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff were not as friendly as we had hoped. However, we had the pleasure of meeting Kimiya and Mert at the reception, who were always happy to help and immediately took care of any request we had. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always assisted us with genuine friendliness and a positive attitude. A big compliment to both of them!

What we would criticize is mainly the cleanliness and hygiene. We feel that the rooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning and greater attention to detail, for example making sure that the bed linen is completely clean and free of stains. We also noticed that whenever we needed something, such as additional towels, we often had to ask several times before receiving it. In the evening, it sometimes felt like there was no one available to assist with such requests. The furniture and overall design of the rooms and hotel also feel somewhat outdated. A modern touch-up or renovation would definitely improve the overall experience and give the hotel a fresher and more contemporary feel.

Страхотен хотел, но с бавно настаняване. .Минус - Чакане от два часа на рецепция.

We had a great stay at Errer Diamond Hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially Kimiya, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

La posizione e la pulizia delle stanze.

La colazione e gli scivoli non funzionavano. Per un hotel da 5 stelle TUTTI devono parlare un inglese ottimo a mio parere.

Има много басейни има джакузи харесами музиката която пускат до басейните стаите бяха чисти храната беше вкусна но не беше разнообразна Като цяло ми хареса това е идеално място за почивка .препоръчвам го

Aquapark ist gelungen

Sauberkeit, preisleistung für die Getränke vorallem musste man für eiswürfel in einem Becher extra Geld zahlen. Das ist eine Frechheit. Anlage war nicht sauber und Baustellen vorhanden

Olcay bey'e teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Yemekleri çok güzel yapiyor. Bizim ile çok yakından ilgilendi, ikramlarda bulundu bizleri ziyadesiyle memnun etti. Şunu da söylemek istiyorum özellikle akşam yemekleri çok güzeldi, ben 15 senedir hep aynı otelde kalıyorum eskiye göre daha iyi ve çok memnunum.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et le personnel s'est montré souriant, professionnel et toujours disponible en bonus un petit plateau de bienvenue en chambre. La chambre était grande, confortable et bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré l'espace Aquapark et l'espace Hamam également. Dommage que la piscine intérieure était en travaux. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité prix, j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour. Merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme !

Zum Schwimmen durften auch Gäste außerhalb rein. Also es waren nicht nur die Hotelgäste. Es war mehr ein Aquapark, wo jeder rein konnte. Das Frühstück war auch richtig schlecht. Für den Pool haben wir keine Badehandtuch bekommen erst nach Nachfrage wobei uns da gesagt worden ist, dass wir doch im Zimmer Handtücher haben. Es war total dreckig. Fitnessraum war nicht nutzbar. Sauna auch nicht Hallenbad auch nicht Katastrophe. ich würde eher in ein besseres Hotel zu übernachten gehen, und von dort kann man auch für paar türkische Lire sowieso den Aquapark nutzen.

Nicht sauber, braucht dringend eine Renovierung

L emplacements le lieu etais tres bien avec les piscines.exterieur toboggan.

Les deux ascenseurs extérieur ne fonctionne pas la piscine le jacuzzi etais en travaux le chambre de vapeur ne fonctionne pas. Au hammam a 18h plus d eau chaude . Avant ont nous proposait des serviettes la il en donne plus pour le hammam et sauna. Je me suis énervé a plusieurs reprises avec le mr qui s occupe de la salle de sport du hammam et du sauna pour qu'il me donne une serviettes il ma dit prend ceux de ta chambres a plusieurs reprises alors qu'il en donne au personne qui fréquente la salle de sport. Tres désagréable.

L'aquaparc est très bien, le problème est qu'il ouvre trop tard à 11h.

On n'avait pas d'eau chaude dans les chambres et l'eau de la piscine était trop froide.

Alles was verouderd en het viel vies tegen de prijs die we hebben betaald en wat we hebben gekregen. Onze upgrade werd niet gegeven. Ze begonnen meteen met extra prijs betalen. Eten was erg slecht en smaakloos. Et werd gezegd zeezicht. We keken letterlijk naar een dak met viezigheid. Alles in de kamer was oud de douchekop viel letterlijk van de houder eraf de douche was vol schimmel. Koelkast deed het niet.

Беше много шумно вечерта , шума от музиката се чуваше по етажите

员工比较热情，有事有求必应。

房间打扫（第二天早上在房间时就敲门要搞卫生，告知下午再来搞，结果直接不搞，房间里水和厕纸都没有，也不管不顾），把客人自己带的洗脸巾和浴巾也给收走了。第四天前台告知还要住一晚，结果续房后水还是没有放，还把一次性拖鞋给处理了。另外员工的办事效率特低，第一天醒来房间里有蜈蚣，等了好久总共打了两次电话才上来，另外要求拿水来也是等了好久。还有第二天晚上回来酒店的WI-FI用不了，前台跑了2趟，告知需要技术解决，结果等到第四天了才弄好。

Camera de familie excelentă, piscina și jacuzzi, perfecte, platoul cu fructe și sticluța de vin de wellcome, un plus deosebit. Mic dejun foarte variat și gustos.

Ηταν πραγματικα ενα υπεροχο μερος η τοποθεσια ειδικα το δυματιο μας 1131 ειχε θεα στην θαλασσα του Μαρμαρα ειχε μια υπεροχη ανατολη σπανια εχω δει παρομοια το πρωινο πλουσιο και αψογα τακτοποιημενο καθαριοτητα μας εφεραν και ενα μπουκαλι κρασι με φρουτα διαφορα σακκουλακια για καφε και τσαι το μπανιο χωρις περιγραφη απλα εντυπωσιακο πρωτη φορα σε δωματιο ξενοδοχειου οπου επιτρεπεται το καπνισμα δηλαδη δωματιο για καπνιζοντες Το μονο ασχημο ηταν ημαστασταν περαστικοι μονο για ενα βραδυ και δεν απολαυσαμε και το σπα που δουλευε μεχρι τισ δεκα το βαρδυ .ΣΙΓΟΥΡΑ ΘΑ ΞΑΝΑΠΑΩ

Mein Aufenthalt im Eser Diamond Hotel Spa & Convention Center İstanbul war sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich das Frühstück: Obwohl nur wenige Gäste im Hotel waren, gab es trotzdem eine große Auswahl und alles war frisch und schön angerichtet. Das zeigt wirklich, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird – unabhängig von der Auslastung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die ruhige Lage hat mir gut gefallen, da man sich dort richtig entspannen kann.

Ein kleiner Punkt, der mir weniger gefallen hat: Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, sodass man ohne Auto nicht ganz so flexibel ist.

Camerele călduroase și confortabile, piscina cu jacuzzi încălzite, un platou de bun venit din partea casei, mic dejun suficient și de calitate, personalul amabil ca de fiecare dată. Cu siguranță vom reveni, mai ales că s-au apucat de renovat locația. Băile și piscină au fost renovate și modernizate.

Персоналът беше изключително учтив и усмихнат! Стаята беше много добре отоплена и комфортна. Леглата достатъчно широки и удобни.

В SPA центъра беше студено! А там трябва да е най-топлото място в хотела! ☝️

Вайфай не ловит,интернета не было у нас. Утром появился на 10 минут,потом опять исчез.

Old hotel with zero maintenance, there are lifts in use which did not pass the safety certifications, rooms were not properly cleaned, everything is from 1995

Très très déçu de notre séjour. La propreté de l'établissement laisse franchement à désirer: les serviettes étaient sales, les joint de la salle de bain moisis, il y avait une fuite aux toilettes, l'odeur dans les chambres était infecte. Le petit déjeûner était servi de 9h à 11h, il était froid alors même que l'on arrivait à 9h et le choix était médiocre. Seul l'Aqua park était à peu près satisfaisant, mais comme il est ouvert à tous et pas seulement aux clients de l hôtel il y a énormément de monde ce qui le rend parfois dangereux. Les tobbagans ne sont accessibles que de 11h à 17h avec une pause de 13h à 14h!! Cet établissement se détériore d'année en année, franchement j'espère ne plus y remettre les pieds!!
