Nothing

Amazing service from start to finish! When I made an error with our booking, they were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to find a space that fit me and my kids, even though it was my mistake. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. We truly appreciated their kindness and exceptional service and would definitely recommend them!

Roomy accomodation Staff helpful

La proximité d’un super restaurant

Le parking et le manque de lumière a l.arrivee

Nice and clean. Great layout for how compact it was.

If anything had to change? Bed was abit hard. Nothing too hard out tho When sitting on one of the couches u kinda fell into it abit. It would sink in.. again not soo bad though

Location

Top service Couldn’t have asked for better Also greeted with two super friendly cats And the spa accompanied by a cold beer was fabulous after a 9.5hr drive Ty so much

Quiet, private place comfy bed, good reading lights enjoyed it very much. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Only 3minutes to the Stone store by car.

No, complaints at all.

Lovely check in person, great linen and beds, and very clean

Nice quiet location, pool looked nice although we didnt use it. Friendly host and parking right outside the unit.

A bit further from the town than we would have liked.

Location was handy to town/ stores. Liked how the beds had an electric heater. It was a bit colder than we expected as the units seem a bit old.

Quiet location , helpful staff, friendly cat!

Ease of checking in. Staff were helpful and friendly. Re-supply Staff were non-invasive and supportive. The accommodation was perfect for me and close to the town, and the airport. Easy to find. Clean, plenty of everything I might have needed.

Not much.

Loved how close we were to everything for our day trips. Loved visits from Jinx, reminded us of our own orange cat at home.

Had everything required

Handy location to Stone Store, & excellent bush walks. Lovely friendly cat. Enjoyed the pool. Helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, friendly owners, pool was fun and we timed it well with not a lot of other people about

Bed was comfy at first but over night was too soft for me - not anything too dramatic though!

A great motel in a private location but close to town and a very good restaurant

Only the weather

The staff member we met was friendly and we appreciated the complimentary drink on arrival. The cottage was very cozy with everything we needed. The location is great, convenient to town and nearby sites such as the Stone Store.

Location, setting.

Bed too soft. Shower temperature hard to control. Couch very uncomfortable.

The staff let us in early as we had an elderly traveller which was tired. The property is set in quiet, peaceful surroundings. Pool was a lovely bonus

Nothing - place was perfect

Me & my family were in town for a funeral. We had a 2 bedroom chalet- it was super cozy, the best place to come back to and relax! Bonus is definitely the pool! Really good customer service, we felt well looked after here. The owner was super nice & friendly, thank you so much for having us!!

Nothing at all!

was a great area , very quiet , pool was nice

nothing

Great welcome on arrival & direction to our studio unit

All good

A lovely quiet spot in a great location.

Erittäin mukava motelli. Tilava ja viihtyisä huoneisto jossa ilmastointi. Oma mukava terassi. Motellin uima-allas alue on viihtyisä. Kiva puutarha. Rauhallinen sijainti ja noin 15 minuutin (alle 5 minuuttia autolla) kävelymatka keskustaan ja New World supermarkettiin. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu kun tulimme majoittumaan.

Driving into the property is an experience! The lush, tropical garden, and entrance is gorgeous! The bedding was very crisp, clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to several walks, waterfalls, activities and the township.

Sadly the unit we stayed in is looking and feeling tired. It’s overdue for a refresh. Carpet, couch etc very worn and hold a slightly musky smell. Because of these things, the price seemed on the high end. Our experience didn’t live up to the high reviews.

Owners were fabulous .. really nice people! Bed was comfy place was clean and although my whanau were a little rowdy but respectful the owners were just happy we were all having a great time. BBQ area was fantastic! have booked in for next year>

loved everything!

The hospitality by the host Mark was awesome. Also the finer details in the room was lovely. Lovely location as well. I highly recommend.

There was nothing not to like

comfy beds, lovely owners

The antique kitchen

The unit was spacious, clean, fairly well appointed and the grounds and pool area were lovely. The complimentary drink and friendliness of the manager was great. There were a few little touches e.g flyspray and spare blankets and pillows made quite a difference

The kitchen was a bit outdated but adequate however there was no dishcloth and the shampoo and bodywash were almost empty, just an oversight I'm sure

Excellent location, great gardens. Genuinely helpful & friendly.

Clean, tide and well appointed with super staff. Motel was well represented in Booking.com

Nothing wrong with the facilities but heard a low decibel sound which awakened me. Next morning opened front door to find my neighbour had left their aircon on all night!

Very friendly & welcoming

Mark was so helpful and friendly. I like the privacy and the access. Enjoyed our stay very much. Good value for money.

Lounge was a little uncomfortable but not a biggie. Overall it was just awesome.

Location was good. Just at the edge of town so very quiet.

Bedrooms were a bit small.

convenient location

felt that the main entrance needed more lighting at night, we got a little lost

Lovely property, very welcoming owner, everything is available, lovely specious studio's

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Colonial House Motel. It's located at a quieter part of Keri Keri but close enough to eateries and New World supermarket. Wharepuke Falls, the history power house and the Stone Store are also a short walk away. Mark the host, is really sweet, warm and welcoming. We certainly enjoyed our conversations with him (and his cat is adorable!). Without any prompting, our beds were made, towels replaced, and trash bins emptied daily - nice touches that we weren't expecting. We'd certainly recommend the place to anyone looking for a restful, rejuvenating stay with an awesome host!

The staff were amazing, very polite and knowledgeable, made suggestions of things to do which were lovely, the facilities were better than average, clean and comfortable for the price

No real complaints, most places have their good and bad parts, expect something to be lower than others.

Clean, quiet and well equipped

Excellent customer service, clean big pool

I can't think of anything

Lovely place, quiet & restful. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Insect screens on windows & door. Loved the pool.

Beautiful setting and very welcoming host and cats.

Slightly dated, and very creakyand uneven floors. The odd bug, but it is surrounded by native bush, so we were happy to accept that fact.

Beautiful location, rooms very clean and comfortable, the host and staff friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this motel.

It’s a lovely motel, off the road. Very quiet and peaceful.

The shower kept going cold so we ran the hand basin tap to keep it warm.

Great location great staff great room

Nothing except hard to park but the manager was extremely accomodating

Great place

Parking hard but still good

Lovely location and pool. Comfortable bed and well equipped.

Wir konnten sogar umsonst die Wäsche waschen

Fantastic place in a quiet spot very close to downtown Kerikeri. A short walk to the Stone Store and the owners are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would happily recommend (the ginger cat is adorable and super friendly!)

I can't really think of many dislikes as we had a wonderful stay. The A/C is a tad noisy when all is quiet at night.

Our 2nd stay here in the 2 bedroom unit for our family of 6. Kids love the pool, so peaceful here. Facilities are great . Thank you for your hospitality we appreciate your great service 😊

Enjoyed the stay. Owner allowed us extra time for check out which was really appreciated.

Nothing.

Beautiful setting and location

Lovely owner and great location!

Was a bit pokey and the humidity was playing havoc with mould on the ceilings and window frames etc. Unit didn’t get much sunlight so might have made it worse.

So lovely and quiet, felt very secluded and the wine and beer on arrival is a sweet bonus.
