Ne-au făcut să ne simțim ca acasă și ne-au oferit mai mult decât o simplă cazare, ne-au oferit o experiență pe care o vom păstra cu drag în amintire. Niewielki hotel rodzinny, w świetnej lokalizacji - blisko plaża i centrum miejscowości. Bardzo mili właściciele, którzy dbali o pełny komfort swoich gości. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, wszystko świeże. Wszędzie czysto. Ładny wystrój hotelu, komfortowe pokoje z czajnikiem i ekspresem. Dokładne sprzątanie. Wszyscy zawsze uśmiechnięci i chętni do pomocy. Klimatyzacja i Wi-Fi działające bez zarzutu. Hotel dysponuje wygodnym prywatnym parkingiem.

Otel denize ve şehir merkezine çok yakın. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Odaların geniş olması çok güzel. Otel sahipleri çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Banyoda sular bazen çok az akıyor. Bu yüzden duş almayı zorlaştırıyor.

Ottima posizione direttamente collegata con il centro di Polycrono. Struttura molto curata e accogliente, nonchè estremamente pulita. I proprietari sono persone splendide, estremamente cortesi e disponibili per ogni evenienza, per dare consigli e ogni forma di ospitalità, a cominciare da un drink di benvenuto a scelta. A noi hanno persino prestato un ombrellone per andare in spiaggia libera. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, ben accessoriate e dotate di balconcino. Il letto era super comodo. La struttura è dotata anche di una zona bar dove poter sostare e gustare dell’ottimo vino. Nel complesso un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consiglio vivamente. Un grazie sentito ad Irina e a suo marito Lazaros.

La colazione è composta per lo più da prodotti freschi ma non troppo varia, con non troppa scelta.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is located in the quiet street and really close to the beach, around 2-3 minutes of walking. Everything was as described, everything is clean, AC works well and beds are really comfortable. Their private parking is located in another street, but that is also 2 minutes of walking from the hotel. Owners of the hotel Mr. Lazaros and Mrs. Irina were very kind and hospitable and they will make your stay more enjoyable. We recommend this hotel as we really have enjoyed during our stay.

Proprietatea este foarte bine amplasata, la 50 metri de plaja, este curata, decenta, personalul este extrem de amabil. Curatenia este la nivel inalt iar micul dejun este tip bufet suedez, foarte bun, divers, chiar servit la masa cu preparate calde (omleta, oua amestecate). Exista si o parcare privata la 50 metri. Gazdele ofera tuturor celor interesati informatii si sugestii pentru o cat mai placuta petrecere a vacantei.

Nu sunt aspecte importante de semnalat, eventual, ocazional, la micul dejun o diversificare cu o salata de vinete sau de ton ar fi binevenite.

Hotelul foarte curat, personalul super amabil, te întîmpina proprietaru,l îți explică tot ce ai nevoie, foarte aproape de plaja, noi am putut face chek in ul la 11:00 deși era la 15:00.

Nu a fost ceva sa nu îmi fi plăcut, ar putea să varieze puțin micul dejun.

Das Hotel ist klein und hat nur 10 Doppelzimmer und dadurch einen gewissen Charme. Es hat super Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, obwohl in ein paar Gehminuten auf der Strandpromenade schon ziemlich viel los ist. Die Hotelbesitzer Lazarus und seine Frau Irina sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Großer Pluspunkt: das Hotel hat Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war alles sehr zufriedenstellend.

It’s a wonderful hotel run by the owners themselves. You feel at home and part of the family from the moment you step in. The location is very good and quite. It’s an oasis of peace in loud and crowded Polychrono. The hosts shared with us some tips for the day trips to different beautiful beaches. The food was always of the highes quality and beautifully served. We are epsiecially thankful for the breakfasts on the terrace and fresh and amazing omelettes served directly to the table. The hotel is very comfortable, spotless clean, equipped with all you need. the location is near the beach and tavernas, the parking is large, close to the hotel. The breakfast is rich and diverse, coffee is very good. For Halkidiki I think is very good value for money. Family-owned, small hotel with only 10 rooms with very friendly owners and excellent hosts, Mr. Lazaros and Mrs. Irina, with the feeling of the higher class hotel. I even got a free upgrade to the room with private sauna, many thanks! Beds are comfortable, ideal for couples with all advantages of adults-only hotel. They use local, high-quality ingredients for the food they personally prepare: everything tastes so much better, from vegetable (cucumber, tomato), over excellent Greek yoghurt to the fish in the evening. I enjoyed breakfast at the terrace with light breeze/freshness and nicely picked instrumental music - very relaxing. Smokers are separated, many thanks Lazaros! Attention: take half-board, dinner is excellent and good value for money! The hotel is close to the long (busy) beach, where most of life takes place: restaurants, bars, souvenir shops etc. I recommend exploring the peninsula (car rental is cheap). My favourites were Kriopigi beach by Poseidon's View hotel and Glarokavos beach - not far away.

החדר חם מאוד ומחייב לינה עם מזגן. ביום הראשון לא היה מים בחדר ולא מקלחת ולא ניתן הסבר מניח את הדעת פרט לכך שיש ימים כאלו. אין מעלית.

Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Familienhotel, die Gastgeber Lazaros und Irina sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich um alle Gäste . Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum , der Strand ist in in paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Für jeden Hotelgast ist ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz verfügbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen . vielen herzlichen Dank.

Çörekler yeni pişirilip ikram ediliyordu. 3 yıldız standart otel için iyi ve keyifli bir kahvaltı olduğunu söyleyebilirim. İşletmeciler İrina ve Lazarus'un konuk severliğinden ve sıcak ilgilerinden çok memnun kaldık.

Otelin tüm odalarının aynı konseptte olduğu belirtildi. İlk gece için arka taraf odada konakladık. Balkondan sadece ön binanın yüksek duvarı görülüyordu. Bundan rahatsız olduğumuzu bildirdik. Ertesi gün bizi ön taraf odaya aldılar. Ancak oda yerleşimini mimari açıdan yeterince kullanışlı bulmadım. Mobilya ve ekipman kalitesi beklentimin altında kaldığı gibi, dekorasyon da sıcak ve davetkâr bir atmosfer yaratmaktan uzaktı. Oysa birkaç basit dokunuşla odalara çok daha şık ve konforlu bir görünüm kazandırılabileceğini düşünüyorum. Deniz tatili amacıyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz 4 günlük konaklamamız boyunca, valizimizdeki eşyaları yerleştirebileceğimiz yeterli dolap ve çekmece bulunmaması önemli bir eksiklikti. Odaya giriş yaptığımız ilk gün 1 litre su ve kahve makinesi için 4 adet kapsül kahve ikram edilmişti. Ancak sonraki günlerde bu ikramlar yenilenmedi. Oda içerisinde bulunan bilgilendirme notunda, ilave su ve kahvenin ücret karşılığında temin edilebileceği belirtiliyordu. Bu yaklaşımı misafir memnuniyeti açısından doğru bulmadım. Özellikle bu seviyedeki bir tesiste, günlük olarak birkaç şişe su ve kahve kapsülünün yenilenmesinin işletmeye getireceği maliyet oldukça sınırlı olacaktır. Buna rağmen bu tür küçük tasarrufların tercih edilmesi, misafir deneyimini olumsuz etkileyen bir unsur olarak değerlendirilebilir.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, they are also spacious and with comfortable bed. The hosts are amazing, they always tried to help us with recomendations or anything else we needed. The breakfast was fresh, with good options and tasty pastries. The location is perfect, 2 mins from the beach and the center of the town, but on a quiet street. We will definitely return back.

Otel gerçekten oldukça konforluydu. Kahvaltı geleneksel ve güzel ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu harika, plaja/tesisli plajlara, yeme/içme ve alışveriş yerlerine 100 metre uzaklıkta. Bunların haricinde otelin sahibi Bay Lazaros ve eşi Bayan İrina harikalar, bitmeyen enerjileri ve güler yüzleri ile her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Size müşteriden ziyade gerçekten kendi misafirleri gibi yaklaşıyorlar. Eğer vaktiniz varsa onların hazırladığı akşam yemeğini de yemenizi çokça tavsiye ederiz. Biz her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Bu vesile ile tekrar her şey için teşekkür ederiz…

Mr. Lazaros çok kibar ve ilgili biriydi kesinlikle tekrar gideceğim kahvaltısı akşam yemeği çok lezzetliydi otelin konumunu da harikaydı.

Pobyt w hotelu był wspaniały! Wszystko było bardzo czyste i zadbane, dzięki czemu od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się komfortowo i swobodnie. Atmosfera była wyjątkowa – naprawdę mogliśmy odpocząć i poczuć się jak w domu. Szczególne podziękowania dla Lazarosa, który bardzo o nas dbał i zawsze służył pomocą oraz życzliwością. Dzięki niemu nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Dużym atutem była również świetna lokalizacja – blisko parking, plaża. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Gorąco polecamy!

Hotel vicinissimo al mare con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente a pochi passi dalla struttura. Camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort e un bel terrazzino. Colazione non è a buffet ma comunque servita in base ai gusti degli ospiti, sia salato che dolce. Lazzaros e Irina sono strepitosi! Ci hanno organizzato praticamente tutti i nostri spostamenti dandoci consigli su come ottimizzare meglio i tempi e i posti più belli da vedere! Consigliato 🥰

Dosłownie wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Lazaros jest osobą zaangażowaną w każdy aspekt działania tego hotelu. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, a nawet lepsze. Śniadania - świeże produkty, zawsze spory wybór, pyszna kawa. Rewelacyjna relacja ceny do jakości. Poziom czystości (codzienne sprzątanie) bez najmniejszego zarzutu.

Einfach ALLES.... Lazaros ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der mit Herzblut sein Hotel führt. Immer hilfsbereit, wenn man fragen hat. Jeden Abend hat er mit viel Liebe ein super Abendessen kredenzt und immer super gelaunt präsentiert. Er lebt es einfach!! Die Ruhe in der Nebensaison ist wunderbar zur Erholung.

Kleines vom Inhaber geführtes Hotel, Gäste werden hervorragend betreut und umsorgt. Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, wenn auch die Aussicht nicht sehr gut ist.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche. Um einen Kaffee zu bekommen musste man viel Geduld beweisen. Die Kaffeemaschine konnte nur vom Chef bedient werden. Für Regentage gab es keine Option sich die Zeit im Hotel zu vertreiben.

What truly stood out was the staff: welcoming, friendly, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The location is also perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet still offering peace and privacy. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and relaxing, making it a fantastic place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, servicii de calitate și o atmosferă primitoare. Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru o ședere de neuitat! Totul a fost minunat și recomand cu mare drag această locație: 10/10 Locația este centrală, aproape de mare. Gazdele primitoare și camerele spațioase. Micul dejun a fost variat și delicios, cu opțiuni proaspete pentru toate gusturile.

The owner, Lazarus, was very helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was beautifully presented and fresh. The hotel is 50 meters from the beach, cafes and bars but on a quiet side street.

There is no lift, so heavy bags can be difficult to carry.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. Mr Lazaros and Ms Irina were warm, welcoming, and treated us like family, always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to provide all the necessary information about local attractions and shopping options. They were very friendly, engaging, and ensuring that guests felt truly cared for. La struttura dà subito un'ottima impressione, sia per gli spazi comuni, eleganti e ben arredati, sia dal punto di vista della pulizia. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e ti fanno sentire a casa. La stanza presenta un disimpegno molto comodo per riporre bagagli, il balconcino comodo per un caffè o per asciugare i teli/costumi del mare, il parcheggio gratuito, poco distante, completa il pacchetto. La colazione è stata la migliore in 2 settimane in Grecia, completa sia lato dolce che salato. Consiglio perché ci tornerei!

Hosts are amazing! They gave us very detailed and helpful information about the hotel as well as about all possible places of interest and entertainment sites. The location of the hotel is superb! Very close to the local beach and restaurants/bars on the shore and the high street.

L'accoglienza di Lazaros ed Irina è stata superlativa, in tutto ciò che fanno ed offrono si avverte la cura per il benessere del cliente. Affabili e mai invadenti, attenti alle nostre esigenze. L'hotel è arredato con gusto; pulizia e freschezza si respirano ovunque, anche nella zona dedicata alla colazione che offre prodotti di prima qualità e per tutti i gusti. Biancheria da bagno e da letto impeccabile, letto confortevole, stanza spaziosa e pulita. L'intera struttura è tenuta molto bene, a 100 metri dal mare e praticamente al centro, ma al tempo stesso silenziosa per dormire tranquillamente. Ci tornerei senza dubbio. Grazie ai proprietari che ci hanno dato la possibilità di vivere questa esperienza.

La chambre malgré une douche sans pression qui inondait la salle d’eau. L’accueil très cordial des propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs clients.

L’hôtel est à 100 mètre de la plage qui est surpeuplée et très étroite. Trop de monde pour profiter. La vue surpeuplée le jardin est en réalité une vue sur le pré servant de parking à la résidence en face.

Everything! Irini, Lazaros and Ellada were great and made the stay comfortable and easy. The parking was a great plus! Breakfast was full and nice. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily.

Nice small hotel located in a walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious room with a nice balcony. Free parking spot is a huge plus here, since the village is small and overcrowded a bit. Breakfast selection was fine and tasty. Owners were very kind and helpful.

Ολα!! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετική στο κέντρο του Πολύχρονο......στα 100μετρα η αμμωδες παραλια με ξαπλωστρες, εστιατορεια και μπαρακια. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ Κατι που δυσκολα βρίσκεις σε κεντρικα σημεία. Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο με αψογους φιλικους οικοδεσποτες τον Λαζαρο και την Ειρηνη εκει διπλα σε οτι χρειαστείς.... Το πρωινο ειναι πολυ προσεγμένο και εξαιρετικό. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και θα εισαστε ξανα η επιλογή μας!!!

First of all, the property is very clean. We stayed on the first floor, and the room amenities were excellent. Clean sheets, water, coffee, and tea replenished daily. The room is cleaned daily. The housekeeper's knowledge of Turkish made our conversations extra welcoming. Thanks to the hotel owners, Mrs. Irina and Mr. Lazaros, we felt like guests they were hosting, not hotel customers. They are very helpful, friendly, and engaging in conversation. Mr. Lazaros was very helpful with information about the area, beaches, and places to visit. They provided a clean, fresh, and delicious breakfast. We started the day off right. The location is quite good. The distance to the beaches varies depending on the area; there are many beautiful beaches within a 20-25-minute drive. There's a beach bar and beach within a 2-minute walk of the hotel. The hotel area also has a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, pharmacies, and supermarkets. When I stay in Kasandra again, this will be my go-to place. I highly recommend it.

Местоположението е отлично, съвсем близо до местния плаж, има много заведения по крайбрежната улица. Закуската е много добра, всичко е свежо и обикновено се приготвя малко преди да бъде сервирано.

Липсва шумоизолация на стаите и закуската приключва малко рано - в 10:00 часа
