Hôtel Le Colombier

The rooms are on the smaller side, but impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need, including a spacious wardrobe, toiletries and towels. The absolute highlight was the delicious breakfast served on the terrace with a stunning view. We also really enjoyed the outdoor relaxation area with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were happy to recommend local cycling routes and hiking trails. The location is excellent – a great balance between a quiet, peaceful setting and proximity to the centre of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, which is only a 5–10-minute walk away. There are plenty of parking spaces available, and a big bonus for cyclists is the secure, lockable bike garage! Overall, a lovely place to stay and a great base for exploring the area!

One small improvement would be to provide regular reusable cups instead of disposable ones in the rooms, but this is really just a minor detail

This was one of cleanest, tidiest and well-looked after hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all friendly and cheerful and ready help. It is an older place but it has been well cared for. Also, the breakfast was generous and had lots of variety. There was secure parking and the hotel itself was within walking distance to the village.

Tutte le persone dello staff sono gentili e attente alle esigenze dei clienti ed in particolare Brigitte, la proprietaria della struttura è stata eccezionale facendoci sentire come a casa e dandoci indicazioni utili sia per le escursioni che per i ristoranti .

Excellent séjour ( 3 nuits) à l'hôtel "le Colombier" à Moustiers Sainte Marie : Très bon accueil de la part du personnel qui a été extrêmement sympathique et prévenant tout au long de notre séjour. Chambre confortable et très agréable (nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, avec une petite terrasse donnant sur un espace au calme pour se reposer après les randonnées), Conseils très pertinents tout au long de notre séjour tant pour le choix des restaurants à Moustiers que sur les balades et visites à faire dans les environs. Le petit déjeuner est top, avec des produits régionaux. Enfin, L'accès au centre du village de Moustiers Ste Marie (notamment pour la restauration le soir) se fait à pied en 10/15 mn depuis l'hôtel. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel : les propriétaires ont à coeur de vous faire passer un excellent moment dans leur établissement.

Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations and we had the most wonderful stay. The staff were so welcoming, breakfast was superb with fresh croissants, bread, fresh juices, freshly make omelettes, fruit, yogurt, the views from our room and the breakfast terrace were spectacular and the spa was lovely, relaxing and so peaceful. It was 10 minute walk into the centre of town, with fantastic restaurant’s, cafes and a Sunday market!

super Lage nahe zum Ort; das gesamte Paket (Zimmer, Frühstück, freundliche Eigentümer und Personal) waren einfach perfekt. Wir können das Le colombier sowohl für Kurzreisen als auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Alles was perfect verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijke en servicegerichte gastvrouw en gastheren. De hotelkamer is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk ontbijt op een terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Lekker zwembad en bubbelbaden op een mooi gelegen zonneterras.

We got held up in traffic with a long drive from Plage Mala and arrived after the check in cut off. Luckily, the hosts were amazing and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome right away. The rooms are clean and you cannot beat the location for Moustiers. The hosts were amazing; one day we bought some melon, meats and cheeses from the local market for lunch and they brought a knife, spoon and extra bowls for us to prepare an incredible lunch on the hotel patio. Will be traveling to Moustiers again and 100% will stay here again!!!

Bel hôtel de 22 chambres tenu par ses propriétaires très aimables et au petit soin pour leurs clients. Super petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux servi à table sur une belle terrasse ombragée. Espace spas extérieur palie a l absence de vraie piscine . Clim et petit frigo dans la chambre bien appréciables au mois d août! Hôtel rénové et très propre.

Absence de personnel après 20 heures mais tout est bien organisé pour pouvoir circuler dans et hors de l hôtel . Pas de restauration sur place mais de nombreux restos pas très loin a pied .

Accueil exceptionnel: chaleureux et de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Emplacement idéal pour aller à pieds au village ou partir au lac ou en randonnée avec peu de route. Petits déjeuners excellents, literie de grande qualité.

De locatie(aan de rand van het dorp), rustig, relaxt ( echt vakantiegevoel), nette verzorgde locatie, parkeren op eigen terrein, heerlijk zwembad/ jacuzzi’s en heerlijk terras met goed verzorgd ontbijt ( geserveerd aan tafel). De 2 mannen en vrouw zijn ook echt heel aardig en behulpzaam. Verder goede kamer met heerlijke bedden en ook lekkere shampoo/ douchegel / handzeep. Airco op de kamer en we hadden ook een leuk terras. En mooie locatie om Het dorp Moustiers te bezoeken, het water van Gorge du Verdon of verschillende wandelingen. Route des cretes rijden ( prachtig). Weekmarkt is op vrijdag. Allemaal top!

Geen opmerkingen! Als ik dan een klein puntje moet noemen: Geen koffie / thee op de kamer, maar het team zette dit wel savond bij de receptie neer ( waterkoker / thee/koffie) je mag dit zelf pakken en buiten op terras opdrinken ( met fooi voor het team).

Les prix sont excessif. Faire payer une carte d'hôtel 5 euros pour une perte ,au vu du prix de la nuit est un peu mesquin. On ne peut pas régler la climatisation, les chambres sont vieillottes mais le cadre est très sympa . La piscine a le mérite d'être la mais elle est minuscule.

Das Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und schlicht eingerichtet. Die Terrasse zum Garten sehr praktisch und schön. Die Lage unterhalb des Städtchens sehr gut, ruhig. Die Restaurants zu Fuss einfach erreichbar. Die Empfehlungen sehr gut. Die Poolanlage klein aber fein und richtigen Baumschatten, was für die heissen Tage perfekt ist. Die Gastgeber sind mit Leib und Seele dabei und das spürt man überall im Hotel.

Nichts, wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Außergewöhnlich war vor allem die Freundlichkeit und die nette, herzliche Betreuung durch die Betreiber. In merkbar guter Stimmung wurden wir beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption verwöhnt. Das Frühstück war perfekt, wurde serviert und man konnte von allem haben so viel man wollte. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber es war trotzdem alles in bester Ordnung. Die Lage könnte auch nicht besser sein. Großer Parkplatz. Rundum eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!!! Das Highlight: In einem Astloch im Schattenbaum auf der Terrasse, nisteten gerade Meisen - unglaublich lieb!!!

The hotel had their own restaurant (nice one), the hotel was in walking distance from the town so no need to use the car to navigate the narrow streets. Our room had a private patio with a table and chairs. Parking was numerous and safe. The town of Moustiers-St-Marie was full of things to do...the hike to the chapel was great and gave a wonderful view of the environs. A short distance away from the town, there was lac St. Croix where you could swim or rent a paddle boat.

Belle étape en Provence, au calme, en contrebas du magnifique village de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. Nous avons apprécié le bon petit-déjeuner servi sur la belle terrasse offrant une vue panoramique. La piscine et le spa s'intègrent dans un cadre très agréable. Notre chambre disposait d'une jolie terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Absence de bouilloire dans la chambre, même si une est disponible dans les espaces communs. Pas d'éclairage sur le terrain de pétanque.

Absolutely loved every moment in this perfectly located, beautiful place. Our room had a patio overlooking the orchard which was peaceful and private. The swimming pool area was a welcoming, relaxing space to cool down after exploring the gorgeous town which is a 10 minute walk away. The staff/owners were friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend to all 100%

Great location! It’s just a few minutes' walk to the town of Sainte-Marie. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. They also have a dedicated parking lot for guests. Highly recommended!

Accogliente silenzioso comodo e ampio parcheggio gratuito privato, staff molto cortese e disponibile, stanze comode letto king size e terrazzino. Carina la piscina con vasche idromassaggio esterne e comprese nel prezzo. Siamo molto soddisfatti.

Unica critica se vogliamo che per andare in centro ci sono 15 minuti a piedi in salita ..

Très bel Hôtel bien situé. L'établissement et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et d'une propreté exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux. Les propriétaires sont super accueillants, super sympathiques et nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour la visite de la région. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, tout était parfait.

Es war ein sehr schöner freundlicher Empfang im Hotel und man wurde bestens abgeholt. Es gab ein Erklärung wo im Ort man gut zu Abend essen kann und wie weit es ist (die Angabe stimmt auch) Die Radgarage war super und für die die es brauchen gab's viele Steckdosen. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm.
