Reviewed Sep 18, 2026הצוות היה ממש אדיב, החליפו לנו חדר לחדר עם מיטה זוגית ולא מיטות צמודות. קבלת הפנים היתה נעימה ומסודרת. המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה 5 דק הליכה משדרות ממילא. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת עשירה ולא חסר שום דבר
החלון לכיוון הכביש הראשי, והרעש מהרחוב נשמע גם בקומה השלישית

Completely unfriendly attitude of the staff. For the most part the concept of 'customer service' is alien to them. No plug in the basin; the TV didn't work; the coffee machine ejected coffee all over the floor. Coffee sachets were not replenished.

חווית שירות הכי נוראית שנתקלתי בה ישבנו ברכבת וחיכנו לבוקר לחזור לעיר בחיים לא אחזור ולא אמליץ

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location was so close to the Old City and to many other popular sites! The breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed the coffee, cookies, and apples in the lobby too!
This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel but the upgraded room they gave us was actually worse than the basic one we had on previous trips. The bed was much shorter than normal and our feet hung off of it! The cappuccino machine is not easy to operate and spilled all over the place! And the lobby was filled will one huge family that rented the restaurant for their party. They took it over for 2 days as well as all the parking!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026the hotel is near Mamila mall and the old city which is the best. the size of the superior room was good. there is free parking in the basement for the customers. there is an outdoor terrace. Fresh orange juice
We didn't got our rooms at 3pm like expected. We got them at 9pm. a shame! When they gave us the rooms, we got standard rooms, not the ones we ordered. Then after complaints (what I didn't expect after 6 hours waiting) we got the correct superior rooms. The rooms: It lacks a bit of character, there is nothing in the walls There was a smell of mold in the room there was just a poor lamp to light the room. no bedside lamp. There is a coffee machine in the rooms, unfortunately, the water that comes out of the machine is cold. There was no kettle or tea bag for those who don't like coffee. The beds were too hard, grade 5, and so were the cushions. They looked like sofa cushions, hard and not comfortable. In some places there was verdigris, especially on the toilet flush. besides the button broke. The hallways were littered with trash and mattresses with their box springs The Breakfast: - Coffee was not hot (but comes out of the machine) - Breads and croissants and cakes were not fresh from the morning - No spoons, only wooden sticks - No jams - In short, you don't have to expect much Overall I am disappointed with the hotel. I expected a little more based on what customers wrote about it. A hotel without any quality.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026קודם כל חייבת לציין שהמיקום מעולה, כל המקומות המרכזיים במרחק הליכה, דבר נוסף שהפתיע לטובה זה החניה, לא השתמשנו בחניית המלון אבל היה מספיק מקום בחניות מסביב. חדר מרווח וממוזג היטב, טיפה ישן אבל נקי. בלילה היה שקט גם עם חלון פתוח. חוויה חיובית מאוד. בלובי הקטן והנחמד יש הכל לתה וקפה, מים קרים ופירות. תמורה נהדרת למחיר כמו כן היה נחמד לקבל מייל שנשלח אליי כשעה וחצי לפני הצ'ק אין שהחדר מוכן ואפשר להקדים.
טיפה מיושן, במיוחד אזור המקלחת המיני בר לא מקרר מי יודע מה טוב כל השאר-מעולה

הרצפה בחדר הייתה לא נקייה, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה סבירה ולא יותר.
