Ausstattung: ich vermisste einen Abfall Eimer im Zimmer. Der Eimer im Bad ist zuwenig. Ebenso wäre eine Schachtel Kleenex im Bad angebracht und würde geschätzt

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Very modern atmosphere, welcoming and kind staff, breakfast and dinner was excellent and they catered to our dietaries. There was a juicer at breakfast and farm fresh butter! Plenty of car parks available on site. Heated Pool was a treat after a long day.
The beds were a little too soft for our liking but that is just our preference. There was no fridge in our room, other than that - excellent.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026De aangename sfeer dat het hotel uitstraalt. Dat komt grotendeels door de gedrevenheid van de eigenaars en het personeel. Altijd vriendelijk, altijd beschikbaar voor vragen over wandelingen en alle andere zaken. Dank je wel hiervoor Ivan, Harald en Valentina !
Zonder afbreuk te doen aan de goodwill van de eigenaars zouden de vegetarische maaltijden een stuk beter kunnen. Voornamelijk de variëteit van deze gerechten viel wat tegen. Teveel tofu en te eenvoudige vervangingen voor de normale schotels. Dat kan een stuk beter indien de kok de moeite zou nemen om eens te gaan grasduinen in kookboeken voor vegetarische gerechten. Moeilijk is het niet om hier ook een stap vooruit te zetten. Doen !

L'accoglienza di Valentina è stata semplicemente eccezionale, e anche tutto il resto dello staff ha contribuito a farci sentire davvero a nostro agio, con il sorriso sempre pronto e consigli preziosi per le escursioni. Le colazioni e le cene erano ottime, la struttura è bellissima e la posizione è davvero invidiabile. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni!

godziny otwarcia sauny i basenu, kiedy idziesz w góry i wracasz do hotelu wieczorem fajnie byłoby się wykopać w basenie dla relaksu lub skorzystać z sauny tymczasem było ona czynna do 19.00 więc trochę nam to nie pasowało. śniadania również nie były zbyt urozmaicone, na tej klasy standard oczekiwalismy czegoś więcej.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Great staff - were very nice to us, made sure that we had everything perfect, including special dietary accommodations. We also rented the hotel bikes and had a lot of fun. The atmosphere is cool. The spa is nice. The food was mostly very good.
The hotel is situated in a residential street in the village, The view from the room is into the neighbors houses. The rooms were fairly small and simple. The level of cleanliness is not perfect - we had some hairs in the bathroom and cigarettes in the balcony when the checked in.

Vom Empfang bis zum Service Top 100 Das Abendessen war eine Kulinarik von höchstem Niveau mit regionalen Produkten ! Mit dem Morgendlichen Kaffee samt reichlichen Frühstück startete man bestens in den Tag !

We chose this hotel based on many glowing reviews on Booking, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. While the hotel is overall okay, it didn't live up to the high expectations, and the reviews felt unrealistic compared to what you actually get. The dinner was not very tasty. The shower felt small, cramped, outdated, and quite poor compared to the rest of the room. Additionally, our towels were not replaced on the second day, and the water pitcher provided was empty and unclean. Lastly, there is a balcony light that cannot be turned off manually; it only shuts off automatically late at night, which was quite bothersome and impractical.

Malheureusement le nettoyage de la chambre n avait pas ete optimal. La poubelle de la salle de bain n etait pas videe et il y avait encore des dechets des precedents clients. Il n y avait plus de gel douche shampoing dans la douche . L emplacement de l hotel donne sur une route arriere. Bruit des voitures quand on est sur le balcon ou dans le jardin de detente.

Het ontbijt en het eten s avonds is met zorg bereid en het pwrsoneel zorgt dat je je rhuis voelt !!! Zeker de mpeite waard om er een stop te maken en.komen zeker nog een keer terug!!

Ein ganz großes Lob an die Küche, das Fünf Gang Menü ist ein absolutes Highlight und muss extra angesprochen werden. So viel Hingabe und Kreativität kann man mit den herkömmlichen Hotel Restaurants nicht vergleichen. Ganz große Küche, Chapeau 🙌🏼.
Für uns gibt es Nichts zu verbessern, einfach ein Top Hotel.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026I když v loňském roce nevyšlo počasí na lyžování, tak hotel a jeho atmosféra byla tak okouzlující, že jsme se rozhodli zopakovat pobyt i letos a dovolená byla "za odměnu". Počasí nádherné, lyžování skvělé, hotel opět okouzlující. Je vidět, že personál neustále na provozu pracuje a večeři považujeme za geniální "obřad", kdy je připraveno pečlivě sestavené čtyřchodové menu doplněné báječným salátovým barem a delikátními sýry na závěr. Vše je pak možno doplnit volbou z pečlivě vybraných vín.

Very convenient location with short drive access to two amazing lakes and on the Dolomites trail. 24 hour swimming pool, which was very unexpected.
Too close to the road and the sauna was not on during our stay.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Moc pěkný hotel se spoustou nápaditých detailů. Největším zážitkem našeho pobytu byla bezpochyby hotelová kuchyně. Jídla byla nápaditá, perfektně dochucená a připravená na opravdu velmi vysoké úrovni. Každý chod působil jako malý kulinářský zážitek, který podtrhoval celkovou atmosféru pobytu. K tomu všemu byl personál milý a ochotný, což gastronomický dojem ještě umocnilo. Hotel mohu všem milovníkům nejen dobrého jídla s radostí doporučit.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Das Hotel ist durchgestylt, sensationell! Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf die Dorfstrasse ausgerichtet, was ruhiger ist, aber weniger Aussicht bietet. Das war egal. Für das Skigebiet kann man in Gehdistanz den Zug nehmen, der einen direkt zur Bergbahn bringt. Sehr gut gelöst.
Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Eine kleine Anmerkung, es hat keine Tiefgarage und daher muss man bei kalten Wetter eiskratzen, falls man keine Abdeckung für die Frontscheibe hat :-).

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Večeře byla bez možnosti výběru času a pro všechny hosty najednou. Dlouho jsme čekali na jednotlivé chody a začátek večeře v 19:30 na nás byl moc pozdě. Žádali jsme o posun a nebylo to možné. Potraviny na snídani nebyly vždy čerstvé.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Atmosfera sofisticata, ricercata e modernissimo che nulla toglie al calore e all'armonia. Un vero piacere godere di ogni ambiente. Pulizia impeccabile. Il ristorante merita decisamente la mezza pensione. Sorprendente e coccolante. Consigliatissimo per una fuga romantica, un evento da festeggiare o una meravigliosa setta di vacanza sia d'estate che d'inverno. Tutti molto disponibili. È arrivata a sorpresa anche un dolce speciale per il compleanno del mio compagno. Adorabile.
Se si aggiunge un frigo bar e un bollitore diventa assolutamente perfetto.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Zudem ist die Lage sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten im Wellnessbereich. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre praktisch.
