Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Very clean room. Spacious. Bottle of red wine was unexpected and very thoughtful. Breakfast was top notch.
Hairdryer was very old and weak, took a long time to dry my hair. Limited vegan options for breakfast. The blanket was way too warm for Israel. In order to sleep with a blanket on I had to blast AC on 22C full fan. Just a regular sheet would have been better.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026היינו ביום שישי בבוקר, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת עם הרבה אפשרויות. המלון נמצא מול תחנת הרכבת של רחובות ויש חניה באזור של תחנת הרכבת. המלון מציע נשנושים בערב בטרקלין קומה 10. זה היה מאד מפתיע ונחמד.
תאורה בחדר ובאמבטיה. האמבטיה הייתה מעט חשוכה.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026הצוות קשוב, אדיב ונכון לעזור. היו התאמות לצליאק ולטבעונים בארוחת הבוקר, הכל בנעימות ובחפץ לב.
איזור המקלחת/שירותים/כיור רחצה . אין לי מושג מי חושב או מרגיש בנוח שהכיור ממש בחדר, צריך להתארגן לפני הכניסה למקלחון, שסגור בדלת זכוכית, חצי שקופה, המגבות וכלי הרחצה נמצאים ממש בחדר. האסלה אמנם בחלק סגור, אבל זכוכית... למה????

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026המלון נוח, סהכ נקי ומסודר. הצוות סייע לי מאוד בנושאים מסויימים.
היו פגמים בחדר שקיבלתי - דלת הארון הייתה שבורה, הושארו פריטי ניקיון כמו מטלית בכיור. החדר גדול אבל מאוד לא מאובזר, היה יכול להיות נחמד לשים ספה או כורסה נוחה. ארוחת הבוקר נראית מאוד מגוונת אבל אפילו שהודעתי מראש שאני זקוק לארוחה ללא גלוטן, כל מה שקיבלתי היה כמה פרוסות לחם קפוא והסברעל ידי השפית ש'"כל הסלטים ללא גלוטן" מה שבהחלט לא היה נכון. בשנת 2026 צריכה להיות למלונות עסקים מסוג זה מודעות גבוהה יותר לאלרגיות ורגישויות ומענה יותר מגוון וראוי שלא יגרום לאורח להרגיש סוג ב'. חבל.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026התאכזבתי מאוד מהחוויה במלון. ירדנו לחדר האוכל והיצע האוכל היה דל מאוד – כמעט שלא היה מגוון, ובעיקר הוגשו בורקס וג’חנון. הבעיה החמורה ביותר הייתה אזור הסלטים: כל הסלטייה הייתה מלאה ברחשים, מה שהיה מאוד לא היגייני ופשוט דחה אותנו מלאכול. זו חוויה שלא מצופה ממלון ברמה הזו. אני מקווה שהנהלת המלון תטפל בנושא הניקיון וההיגיינה ותשפר משמעותית את מגוון האוכל, כדי שאורחים אחרים לא יחוו את אותה אכזבה

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The place was very clean and pleasant. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking nearby.
The hotel is no longer new and could benefit from some maintenance and repairs. Some doors do not close properly, some furniture is damaged, and there are signs of water leaks. There are also plumbing noises from the bathroom that can be heard in the bedrooms. Overall, the rooms are not very well soundproofed.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026התארחתי במלון והייתה לי חוויה מצוינת. המלון נקי, מטופח, שקט ונעים, והאווירה בו מאוד מזמינה. הצוות כולו היה אדיב ושירותי, אבל במיוחד אני רוצה לציין את לירן מהקבלה. לירן קיבלה אותי בחיוך גדול, הייתה סבלנית, מקצועית ואכפתית, ודאגה שכל בקשה או שאלה יטופלו במהירות ובנועם. השירות שלה בהחלט שדרג את חוויית האירוח וגרם לי להרגיש רצויה לאורך כל השהות. תודה רבה על אירוח נהדר! בהחלט אשמח לחזור ולהתארח שוב
