zelo prijazno osebje, ki je bilo pripravljeno odgovoriti na vsa vprašanja in jim ni bilo težko predlagati izlete, primerne za goste. super okusen zajtrk z veliko izbire za vsakega, udoben lounge area ob bazenu, lokacija blizu plaže in restavracij, možnost izposoje kopalnih brisač

zadnji dan so čistilke že ob 8h zjutraj, pred zajtrkom, zelo glasno pospravljale in ropotale na hodniku, metale vreče itd. stene in vrata pa niso sound-proof, tako da se je vse slišalo, kot da ti nekdo razbija pri glavi.

Staff eccezionale, Olga super nel fornire tutti i servizi della struttura. Colazione top, piscina adeguata e sempre pulita, stanza con letto e cuscino comodi, doccia walk-in, terrazzo ampio. A 600mt dal lungomare dove sono presenti ristoranti, taverne e bar.

Tutto molto organizzato e pulito, camera pulita e staff disponibile. Trovo pero assurdo far pagare a parte l acqua a cena, consiglio di aumentare di 2 euro al giorno la mezza pensione e si fa piu bella.figura, ho visto famiglie rinunciare a prendere a cena l acqua, capisco le bevande come vino e bibite ma l.acqua almeno la prima bottiglia inseritela!

Personalul foarte primitor si dornic sa te ajute. Mancarea foarte buna si diversificata. Locatie buna si foarte curat. Receptia gata sa te ajute cu orice problema. Am avut probleme cu masina si mi-au gasit foarte repede un service in seara respectiva. Din partea familiei nota 10.

Camera destul de ingusta si calduroasa. La baie, o parte din podea se inunda de apa la fiecare dus. Locatia este la ceva distanta de mers pe jos de centru statiunii (7-10 min)

Everything was really great! :-) The staff, the room, the pool -modern, clean and well maintained. The car parking is convenient. The food was good, warm, enough and on-time refilled. Although there was not so big variety of choices, we always found what to eat. What really makes the difference is the staff - always helpful, friendly, patient and answering our questions and requests. Special thanks to Anjela and Christina! Your positive and supportive attitude really made our vacation unforgettable, ladies! :-) We highly appreciated it! The idea for entertainment in the other hotels of the group is also very good! In this direction can become even better next year! ;-)

A bit hard to climb the stairs with the suitcases, but it was just 2 times in the trip! ;-) The sea beach is not so far, but if it hot and sunny day - not so pleasant to walk the distance.

Camera frumoasa, suficient de mare, vedere la piscina.Paturile confortabile, baia mare.Se facea curatenie zilnic.Micul dejun ok, destul de variat. Locatia e la 10 min de mers pe jos de faleza si la aceeasi distanta de 2 supermarketuri.Piscina curata, exista si un bar, personalul foarte amabil si serviabil.

Mi.ar fi placut un.frigider putin mai mare care sa aiba si congelator si desi in camera exista o cana electrica pentru ceai si ness, sincer mi.ar fi placut un filtru de cafea.

Hotel curat, personal amabil, fiecare stie ce are de facut, totul organizat. Mic dejun bogat, diversificat si mereu proaspat, inclusiv fructe proaspete, diferite tipuri de lapte, gasesti si variante de produse light pentru cine nu vrea prea multe grasimi, totul este gatit proaspat si foarte gustos. Cafeaua buna, pare un fel de nes, dar pentru noi nu a fost o problema. Exista si varinata espresso contra cost (nu am incercat). Trebuie sa fii de-a dreptul carcotas sa reprosezi ceva. Mi-am dat seama de acest lucru din recenziile pe care le-am citit inainte de rezervare si facand o comparatie cu ce am gasit cand am ajuns. Intreg hotelul este foarte bine intretinut. Un hotel de 3 stele care poate concura lejer cu unul de 4 stele. Distanta pana la plaja si taverne este de 500-600 metri, o plimbare numai buna, mai ales drumul de intoarcere dupa o masa copioasa :)) Taverne excelente in zona, am mancat cel mai bun gyros (varianta "club gyros pentru 2 persoane"). Pentru variante de foetaj dulce, sarat, prajituri, inghetata, paine proaspata, cafea de tot felul si toate sortimentele, etc... cautati The Mall. Este senzational. Nu am facut plaja in Nikiti, am mers sa exploram plajele din zona, pe care le recomandam, sunt ceva de vis. Revenind la hotel, piscina este foarte curata si bine intretinuta , iar apa este perfecta in luna august. Micul dejun se serveste de la 07:00-10:00, apoi imediat la ora 10:00 se deschide piscina pana la ora 19:00... cand, se serveste cina. Intre 10:00-19:00 se servesc gustari si bauturi la piscina. Camera curata, nu de dimensiuni foarte mari, dar suficinet pentru o familie cu 1 copil. Chiar si cu 2 copii este super ok camera. Le multumim pentru faptul ca am primit un upgrade la camera cand am ajuns fata de ce am rezervat, fara costuri extra. Un gest frumos pe care l-am apreciat!Prosoapele si lenjeria schimbate zilnic (exista un cartonas in camera pe care il lasati pe pat pentru schimbarea lenjeriei, iar doamnele stiu ce au de facut).

Nu este nimic de mentionat. Totul a fost minunat! Este incredibil cum tot personalul stie exact ce are de facut, nu se incurca unii pe altii, mereu atenti la oaspetii lor, sa nu deranjeze, sa nu fie muzica prea tare, sa fie curatenie, sa fie mereu mancare proaspata si diversa. Totul este bine gandit si pus la punct pentru a-ti oferi o experienta si o vacanta reusita! Ne-a placut foarte mult ce am gasit la acest hotel. Inca o data felicitari!

Ideal for families and strategic location: We stayed for 14 days, booking 2 double rooms for us parents and our children. The property is modern and perfectly located: you can reach the most beautiful beaches on both sides of Sithonia in just 10-15 minutes by car. Having vacationed on many Greek islands in the past, we can confidently say that we found the sea in the Sithonia peninsula to be the most beautiful of all. Beautiful pool and on-site parking: The hotel features a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing, and a very convenient internal parking lot, which made managing our car completely stress-free. Excellent and varied cuisine: The restaurant's quality is top-notch. Both breakfast and dinner were always varied, fresh, and prepared with great attention to detail. For a long two-week stay, the food quality was an exceptional added value. Beautiful and functional rooms: The two double rooms were modern, tastefully furnished, and highly functional, perfect for ensuring the right comfort for the whole family. Staff courtesy with a special mention (Thank you Christina!): Overall, the staff is very polite (particularly all the staff in the dining- room), with the sole exception of one person at the reception who partially lacked the same warmth. However, a major special mention must go to Ms/Christina. A delightful, always smiling, and helpful girl who guided us to the most spectacular beaches and the best restaurants for lunch. We will tie our fondest memory of this wonderful vacation to her.

Housekeeping service needs reinforcement: The only negative note concerns the number of housekeepers, which is definitely too low (only 3 people) for a property like this. Staying for 2 full weeks allowed us to better assess the actual long-term standard of cleanliness, and they cannot always guarantee a high level within reasonable timeframes. During the last 5 days of our stay, our rooms had still not been made up by 3:00 PM. The property deserves more dedicated staff to be truly flawless.

Odalar çok temiz di ve hergün temizleniyordu. Kahvaltı çok leziz ve çalışanlar çok disiplinli. Lokasyon merkeze çok yakın.

Am fost cazat împreună cu soția mea și a fost una dintre cele mai plăcute vacanțe din ultimii ani. Camera a fost amenajată cu mult gust, exact cât trebuie pentru un cuplu, iar priveliștea spre mare a fost un adevărat plus. Ne trezeam dimineața și prima imagine era marea, ceea ce dădea un aer de relaxare întregii vacanțe. Locația este un alt punct forte: hotelul se află foarte aproape de port, iar de acolo poți ajunge în aproximativ 15-20 de minute cu mașina la mai multe plaje din zonă, așa că ai mereu de unde alege dacă vrei să schimbi peisajul. Personalul a fost amabil și profesionist pe toată durata sejurului, mereu dispus să ajute. Ce ne-a impresionat cu adevărat a fost curățenia. Camera era făcută impecabil în fiecare zi, iar chiar din prima zi când am ajuns totul era curat lună. Nu mai întâlnisem un nivel atât de constant de curățenie la o cazare până acum. Și la capitolul masă a fost la fel de bine: atât micul dejun cât și cina au avut o varietate mare de preparate, mereu aveam ce alege, iar calitatea s-a menținut la fel de bună în fiecare zi. Raportul calitate-preț a fost excelent, iar noi recomandăm cu toată încrederea Acrotel Lily Ann Village oricui își dorește o vacanță liniștită, curată și cu servicii de calitate în Nikiti. Cu siguranță ne dorim să revenim!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr gut mit reichlich Auswahl. Die Servierplatten im Restaurant wurden regelmäßig ausgetauscht und frisch aufgefüllt, oft schon dann, wenn sie noch halbvoll waren. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen praktischen Handtuchservice. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem Duschgel, Shampoo und Körperlotion sowie ein Wasserkocher mit Tee- und Instant- Kaffee. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Strand und die Promenade sind in etwa 500 Metern bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider sehr hellhörig- nachts hört man die Toilettenspülungen der anderen Gäste, draußen den Verkehr und die Katzenkämpfe. Das Hotel war zu dem Zeitpunkt auch wenig besucht, trotzdem bekamen wir und auch die anderen Gäste ein Zimmer bei dem man durch den Liefereingang sollte. Dieser war entsprechend mit Mülltonnen und Wäschesäcken bestückt. Der Ort ist in der Nebensaison ziemlich leergefegt, nur wenige Restaurants und Bars haben geöffnet.

Sehr gutes Essen und nette Menschen.

Ci siamo trovati bene, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Hotel ampio, la stanza era accogliente, di giuste dimensioni, con letto comodo e spazioso. La stanza ha un balcone che si affaccia sul cortile interno con piscina. Bagno con doccia comoda e ampia (anche se chiusa solo in parte). Colazione varia e ben fornita con prodotti freschi. Posizione comoda a due passi dalla spiaggia di Nikiti; parcheggio aperto interno.

Per noi nessun problema ma non è presente l'ascensore. Praticamente assenti i ganci nel bagno e pochissimi nella stanza. Non c'era una sedia e ho avuto difficoltà ad appoggiare giacche e vestiti. A mio avviso migliorabile la colazione, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la qualità di pane e croissants.

Very basic hotel, besides it is far from the sea and currently in the middle of construction. The pool area was not very nice with construction dust behind the fence. The hotel was clean, but without any nice decorations or accessories. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel pictures can be deceiving, we had two rooms, one overlooking the wall of the house opposite, the other overlooking the hotel courtyard, which was always full of people and noisy.

Location is good, near to the main walking area with shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are comfy with contemporary styling. The staff is polite and friendly.

We booked this hotel for the second time already and there's always some desturbing animal sound that disrupts our sleep. Like a music album with different sounds from various animal artist :) Also, we had ants in our room but the staff and management solved these problems emediatelly because the guest are main priority and comes in first place !!!

Lors de la réservation la chambre devait être vue mer mais à l arrivée elle donnait sur la route.

Locatia este bine amplasata, pe o strada linistita, la 7 minute de mers pe jos pana la faleza cu terase si plaja. Atmosfera foarte placuta in incinta hotelului, micul dejun variat pentru toate gusturile. In timpul zilei se putea servi si snakuri la piscina( sandwich, pizza, burgeri, inghetata). Mi-a placut ca aveau langa receptie si o zona cu carti de unde puteai imprumuta pentru a citi relaxat la piscina(majoritatea in limba engleza) :) . Parcarea gratuita in curtea hotelului. Personalul foarte amabil si saritor pentru orice nelamurire si dorinta . Recomand cu incredere.

Хотели ли бы отметить и выразить огромную благодарность-администратору ОЛЬГЕ! Она действительно професионал своего дела. Любой вопрос или просьбу решала .Спасибо ОЛЬГА!! Соотвеьствие цена/качество. Расположение,мин.5 к морю.Есть своя удобная автостоянка. Очень большой плюс басейн возле которого всегда было место. Територия отеля ухожена.. Номер был удобный большой. Рекомендую😊

Есть к сожалению и минуса. Завтраки-очень не понравилось,что совсем не было фруктов(В греции очень много недорогих и очень вкусных фруктов)А арбузы которые стоят копейки-вообще не было. В отели можно было купить арбузную нарезку за 7 евро-для меня это большой минус. Подушки-ужас, твердые как камень. И уборка номера,УЖАСНАЯ! Такое ощущение,что просто протерли срединку номера и то не качественно. Хозяину нужно обратить на это внимание.
