The hospitality of all the staff is as impressive as the resort itself. Restaurant and buffet breakfast is top class with everything you could want and more. The free shuttle to Patong beach and back is super convenient as was the cart pick up to and from room, they will even run you down to the nearest 7/11. The view from the sky suites was magical especially at night. Can’t wait to return thanks for a great holiday Indochine.

Only 10 minutes from Patong bustling street. Free shuttle bus available. Stay if if you want to have an authentic resort atmosphere. Rooms ~ I recommend their sky suites for stunning views of the bay. Top notch cleanliness. Noise level ~ Quiet environment with "natural" water flow sounds from the private pool. Value for money considering their attention to details and wonderful breakfast experience. Seeing local wildlife, Clouded Monitor Lizard from the breakfast area was priceless. Very attentive service from room cleaners and restaurant staff.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful 2-bedroom pool villa. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because we were looking for a fully open sea view, and it absolutely delivered. The view is completely unobstructed, with no trees or buildings blocking it — just a perfect panoramic view of the sea from all over the villa, which made the stay super special. The villa was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering full privacy, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. The only thing that could be improved would be the pillows, as they were a bit rough and not the most comfortable. If they upgrade it, this place would easily be a 10/10 for us. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing villa getaway with amazing views, nice pool and wonderful service!

everything was 100% amazing. the staff were friendly and bent over backwards to help with anything we needed. room ws exactly as described and was very clean, the view was phenomenal. considering the bed was huge and we had a pool it was great value for money. It had a great atmosphere at all times of the day, the resort was very quiet. It was very close to Pa Tong Beach without being too close to the noisy part of Pa Tong. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Beautiful views all around, the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs that we may have. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet so much and dining while sitting over the bay. The Sky View suite we booked was nicely furnished, amazing plunge pool with view, even the bathroom had a unique and private view. I was able to participate in the yoga class which was a lot of fun and met very nice people, thanks to Nick for arranging the class. The staff will not hesitate to do anything to make your stay pleasant, peaceful, and delightful.

We stayed in the deluxe superior room with pool and jacuzzi with sea views ! Wow such a fantastic room, couldn't of asked for better. The service was great and everyone so friendly, on arriving we needed a few bits so they gave us a free lift to 7 11 to pick up some essentials. There is a free bus that runs to patong beach, last one bk is 10.30pm, great place to people watch and grab some amazing food. There is work going on to extend the reception which was quite noisy on the first day but didnt hear it after that but note that there is building work.(due to finish dec 27) All in all a great 4 night stay and I would return but unlikely to go bk to phuket as thailand is a huge place and so many more places to see.

Friendly staff, super nice view from the balcony, and the breakfast is outstanding! Location is acceptable and the hotel has shuttle bus to go to Patong Beach, which is a plus. Otherwise, it is not too bad to book a taxi to go outside for meals and massage. The room is spacious, generally good value for money.

The staff were amazing, caring and kind everyone had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The food and service in the restaurant was probably the best we have experienced. Everywhere was so clean always sweeping the road, paths and gardens. Will definitely go back again.

This resort is excellent. From the views to food, from service to its location, everything is amazing. We as a couple had the great experience staying there for 2 nights in their Sky suite with plunge pool. It was damn amazing. They have a tennis court as well.

i booked a deluxe room 314, awesome experience just a suggestion: Jazuzzi stopped at 9.30am, we checked in and went out and came at 9pm, it would be great if you could extend the jazuzzi time

Location is ideal if you want to be close to patong, but not in the thick of the noise and chaos. Our room was out of this world ! Stunning is an honest reflection of our villa - could not fault it at all. Do not hesitate to stay here! Wonderful place.

The resort is one of its kind considering the location, the views it offers from the rooms and the size of the room with adequate in room amenities. Staff is super friendly and helpful whenever you need them. Room is very spacious, especially for 2 people with a magnificent sea view and a large glass window to enjoy it. And a quaint balcony to enjoy some relaxing time. You are welcomed by a room that's clean, airy and stocked with amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, large tv, hair dryer, etc. The resort in itself is quite large, you get a buggy to take you from the reception to breakfast hall. The resort is on a hilly terrain, so you have stairs and slopes to navigate your way around. Might not be best for people with mobility issues esp if you have problems climbing stairs. Breakfast spread is really nice, you get all sorts of variety incl veg options. And the hall is situated up top giving you a breakfast with a view. Shared property amenities may be slightly tricky to understand as the pool mentions owner only access (the resort also has residences), so you gotta check with the staff. Some rooms come with private plunge pools too. There's a Jacuzzi in the washroom which in itself is quite large. The hotel is on Kalima Bay which is a bit away from Patong Beach, however they provide free shuttle service to and from there. They also arranged free shuttle for our zipline activity nearby. Overall, it's a nice option for a relaxing getaway for couples especially. 10/10 recommended.

The location is great. Short distance to Patong if you want, but on a hill with a view to give you peace and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, and the villas are super clean and comfortable. But main thing is the staff are kind and great. Even did a birthday moment for my friend

Great views, really good, helpful excellent staff. Everyone was happy and always welcolming with a smile and willing to have a chat. The only issue we had was they got the BD flowers on the bed for my friend in the wrong room. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious too as was the 2 for one cocktails. Veiws and service so nice we ate there 3 out of 5 nights. Bit further out from the noise of Patong beach which was appreciated. They do have a shuttle bus to take you in and out.

IndoChine is a nice hotel tucked away a little further away from the busy streets of Patong. It’s great for a relaxing stay and their sky pool villa has a beautiful view of the bay. The food was the highlight of the stay. Both their dinner menu at the bar and the breakfast buffet were delicious and left us wanting more. The staff were also very friendly. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close but not too close to Patong.

This was my second stay at Indochine, my first being over 10 years ago. And the service now is the same as it was back then, exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Its location is close enough to all the action in Patong but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet with amazing vistas wherever you look. Top notch restaurant with great quality food, amazing gym, pools and activies. This is everything you want in a 5 star resort. But the defining quality of this resort is its staff, which is the main reason I came back after a 10 year gap. I hold customer service in very high regard and from the concierge to the security staff, Indochine has exceptional customer service insuring that your stay is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend this resort for your next stay in Phuket

If you’re in search of a lovely view from your very own terrace, this is definitely the perfect spot for you! Value for maney. For breakfast, would be a good idea to add more local southern Thai cuisines.

Excellent accommodation with attentive and friendly staff. The place is immaculately presented. The food and cocktails at their signature restaurant is amazing. The views are magnificent. I stayed at two seperate hotels similarly priced and this place is a huge standout. It’s not far from Patong Beach and they provide regular shuttles. I will be back

I hadn’t been to IndoChine for a couple of years, but decided to return for its peaceful location. It’s tucked away in a tranquil area, yet only minutes from the lively buzz of Patong, easily accessible via the hotel’s shuttle service. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their friendliness and genuine smiles. I’m currently dealing with a mobility issue due to a knee injury, and their attentiveness made a real difference — always eager to assist and ensure I could move around comfortably. One of the key reasons I chose IndoChine again was the option of having a pool in the room. I really value privacy and calm, and this feature delivered both. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. There is some construction happening near the lobby, and the original breakfast restaurant is no longer there. However, the new breakfast spot further up the hill is a delightful surprise. With panoramic views of Patong town and the entire bay, it’s a perfect place to linger over a long breakfast and an extra coffee. The buffet offers a great variety of options, and once again, the staff were exceptional — helping with plates, bringing coffee, and always making me feel welcome. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’m already thinking about when I’ll return.

My inaugural stay at Indo Chine comprised a spacious ocean-view suite featuring two queen beds, two single beds, and a private jacuzzi. The three-bedroom configuration, complete with kitchen and laundry facilities, provided a remarkably homelike environment. The two-night stay cost approximately S$1000. The accommodation was highly praised by my family, particularly the children. While the room's design was aesthetically pleasing, the numerous steps presented a minor inconvenience. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, providing convenient buggy service for all room transfers. Furthermore, the resort offered complimentary shuttle service to Patong, facilitating access to entertainment and shopping opportunities. In conclusion, Indo Chine is a highly recommended holiday destination, and I intend to return.

My third visit to Indochine. As always the staff makes the hotel, there is a reconstruction project to replace restaurant and pool, it does not impact the guests in anyway. Your taken up the hill in a buggy to a new restaurant with great views, its literally a 30 second journey. Rooms are always cleaned to a high standard and the food is great. Free bus to patong. I hope when the construction is finished there will be entertainment in the evening, it's the only thing lacking for me. The hotel and staff is near perfect for me

A really nice hotel overlooking patong beach, private pools were great as was the buffet breakfast, and the staff were as friendly as they could get....a good experience overall. Only cause I need to make it 200 characters the shower water could have been hotter...

Our stay was amazing. We had a 3 bedroom pool villa with fantastic views overlooking the ocean and Patong. Only a few minutes by car into town. The staff were awesome and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the sky suite with plunge pool and the view from the suite was amazing. Wonderful view of the Patong Beach while avoiding the noise in the central of Patong. The service was excellent. The restaurant was also beautiful with a lot of choices at buffet breakfast.

The staff is very friendly, however, they do not speak very much English. The place is clean and they are doing construction. Our room was amazing with our own pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. Close to Patong Beach! They only offer glass water and coffee, nothing to go.

Loved the location of IndoChine close to Patong Beach. Would like to give a special thank you to reservations who were able to accommodate change of booking dates due to Cyclone Alfred. All staff of IndoChine are very friendly and helpful from front desk, to the drivers, to the hospitality team, cleaners and gardeners (apologies if I have missed anyone, you were all appreciated). The different variety of food to choose from for buffet breakfast was exceptional. IndoChine offers regular shuttle buses to and from Patong Beach which will save you on taxis and/or tuk-tuks. We had an Ocean room suite for the first couple of days until our Pool Villa was available. Both rooms had regular wear and tear and the pool villa was our favourite room with the pool and magnificent views. Would I stay here again? Most definitely and looking forward to returning. Some photos are a bit dated and could be misleading as there have been changes to resort and there are renovations happening that in NO WAY interfered with our stay.

A beautiful place to stay, close to everything in Phuket. Friendly hosts in every department from reception to cleaning to the amazing staff and food available in the poolside restaurant. Would definitely be my 1st choice on return to Phuket!!!!

It’s clean. Staff are fantastic! Food was excellent. The only thing is I’d stay in room with a pool. Not the plunge pool we stayed in. But it was still gorgeous, don’t get me wrong. I loved the big king size bed. Didn’t spend a lot of time sleeping in it. Breakfast and the coffee was delicious. And the view is spectacular.

The service and staff were so accommodating and excellent, friendly and sweet. Our room was lovely and we had a beautiful view. The restaurant had amazing coffee options and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

The staff are absolutely incredible. The views were beautiful. My Skyview plunge pool room was an absolute charm. Highly recommend Indochine! The only downfall is the location, but it is only 10 minutes away from Patong beach!

The property was nice. It was far enough away from Patong Beach so noise wasn’t an issue. The view from our room was beautiful. The room had all the amenities but it wasn’t as clean as I like. The breakfast was great and it was included in our stay. If you want quiet time away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the beach, this is the resort for you. If you want night life and a variety of choices, this would not be the place for you. Great staff and customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Indochine Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my entire stay. The rooms (4 Bedroom Villa & 3 Bedroom Ocean Suite) I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The décor reflects a perfect blend of contemporary luxury with traditional touches that evoke a sense of local charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided (think high-quality toiletries, a plush robe, made me feel like I was in my home away from home. Otherwise. The location was treat. Very close to both Patong and Kamala Beach. Transportation, via grab made it convenient to get to all the hotspots within a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, its hard to find something that was wrong during our stay. Everything went perfect and I plan to return in the future.

My family just spent, 9 wonderful nights at Indochine. You will not, find a better vuew of Patong, than you will from this Hotel. The staff are all beautiful, incredibly caring, kind people, that just want to make sure everyone is ok, nothing is too mu h for the staff at Indochine. A wonderful breakfast each morning, with plenty to chooae from, the restaurant serves beautiful food, that you just sit back and take in the views. The onmy negative we have, and it is not in the hotel, but it is just the distance the hotel is away, from most things. Tbere is a 150m walk to the nearest 7/11, but other than that, everything is at a distance. There is a lovely restaurant directly across the road from the hotel that serves lovely food, with a view. Just be careful walking left or right from the hotel, as there is no footpath, so you're forced to walk on the road. Our other somewhat of kore of a frustrating is - even though the hotel offers a free courtesy bus in, and back from Patong, which drops off and picks up, directly opposite Bangla walking street, we thought that there was not enough drop off amd picks ups. The firat drop off into town is from 11am, the 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and the last drop off being 10pm. The pick up times are meant to be 15 minutes past each of those drop off times, but that is rarely the case as the traffic is horrile.

First of all this is a great complex on a hill with absolutely superb staff , super efficient . We had a Sky Suite , right at top of hill but there is a van or golf cart that takes you up and down , never long to wait . Room superb but we had a big problem . Booked with booking.com which clearly shows in picture of Sky Suite that it has 2 loungers and Sun umbrella . We were given room 721 ( remember this and reject if given because you will be disappointed ) which had no loungers , no sun umbrella just 2 small seats and they wouldn’t supply loungers or umbrella to this balcony due to corner position by the sound of it . How you are expected to use balcony in 34 degrees is beyond me , no shade whatsoever and was not what we booked . After complaining we were moved but it was only by accident we ended up with the room we wanted as guy got his numbers mixed up . Room 734 was perfect and as shown on booking.com . Another wee thing to watch is the doors inside room are mirrored which at first looks like the door is open when it’s not so watch out at first , you do get used to it . So please be very aware . Breakfast was really good with nice selection albeit hash browns were only warm once . Staff if anything over efficient and if you dropped a napkin it wouldn’t get time to hit the floor kind of thing . Some of that maybe sounds a bit negative but not meant to be just a bit of constructive criticism maybe . All in all we did have a great time and it is a lovely place . Thanks to all the staff at Indochine .

We stayed in a sky suite and it was fantastic. The view was beautiful over Patong. The sun was on the balcony and plunge pool all day. The room was kept clean and it was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and would do anything for you.

Very friendly staff, great view from apartment. Would recommend the accommodation. A little out of Patong can take a 15-30min to get there, but great restaurants nearby the accommodation as well.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The three-room villa was not good at all. All rooms very old and not clean. Its very difficult to get in to your villa you need to tack tik tok then will you have to walk and then long steps then you walk to the room. You will need almost 25 min to get to your room. When you ask them to tack the food they will leave it at your door for very long time (pic attached). Overall I wouldn’t recommend it

Nice resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Property location is decent with mini bus going to / back from Patong. The breakfast is pretty good with a variety of choices and we are glad to stay at this hotel. The only issue is the car noice as our room location is rather close to the main road. We stayed at the very top of this resort, the car service for pick up and drop off was amazing, no waiting just ready when we were ready. The view from the Sky view villa was incredible. 10/10

Important to note. - located on main road to patong( traffic noise all day and night) - all rooms face road/ close enough that you can’t avoid noise -45 min from airport (take a Grab- we paid about $700 badt, cheaper than airport cabs) - not short walking distance from anything but restaurant across the street (food is amazing) Other than that… - room is beautiful, clean and comfy - 2 pools, both are beautiful and clean - staff are super nice (slight language barrier, translate app might have came in handy) - shuttle runs on time from hotel. takes a while for patong pick up, I t’s not 10 minutes after the hour posted in shuttle schedule. - lots of steps, if you have trouble walking or climbing stairs, not recommended

Great location, quiet & relaxing but still near enough to all the activities & beach at Patong. Excellent hotel shuttle service to/from town. Great plentiful staff, every one of them, from reception, porters & house keeping really friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Built on hillside so great sea & coast views but inevitably some stairs/steps. Reception operate excellent “on demand” (free) transfer services to/from higher points of the resort. Nice restaurant (with terrace) and good breakfast with ample (international) items available, although it would benefit from air conditioning inside the restaurant. A delight to stay there …a number of CEOs from the major worldwide hotel chains should try a stay ….as they could learn a lot about how to run a hotel where the guest is still the priority and not treated as an inconvenience.

IndoChine was a beautiful resort up above the fray of Patong. The resort shuttle was great for getting us to and from town. We loved relaxing in the private pool in our 3 bedroom villa and the surrounding grounds were lovely. The morning breakfast had a huge and delicious selection of options. Wonderful!

One of the worst experiences of my life. I booked a sky suite with plunge pool. When I arrived to the room, I knew I had been scammed. The view was nice, but the room was worn down(headboard falling down), dated, and dirty. The plunge pool is really just a bath tub. It’s only deep enough to cover your thighs/waist…definitely can’t swim. Also, there’s no temperature regulation so it’s just warm water. More so, the jets didn’t work when the guy showed me how to use it. The worst, though, was that I discovered an animal (either a rat or a mongoose) in my room at about midnight the first night. I called reception immediately, and they sent up a guy. He looked around for like two seconds and was like, “I don’t see a rat”. He barely looked. So I called reception again, and said I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. I am six months pregnant. They agreed to switch me to a new room at 12:30AM. This new room was cleaner, but it was just a standard room. I called expedia as well to bring up these issues and they basically said there was nothing they could do. The new room was right by the busy road, and you heard all of the noise all night long. It literally felt like you were sleeping on the sidewalk because of how loud the noise was. The second day, reception called me and agreed to refund me the difference in price between the two rooms, but said that I had to contact Expedia first to initiate the refund request. Neither the hotel nor expedia has refunded me to date.

Beautiful view both day and night from the Skyview suite except breakfast was not very good. The dining experience at the resort was good, it was a fair price and tasted good.

Very amazing place to stay. Staff go above and beyond for you. The view over Patong is amazing. The vehicle escorts to and from your room make you feel like your living the high life and the free transfers to and from Patong are very convenient. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Patong but away from all the crazy action. 10/10. Loved it.

5 stars! This place was beautiful, convenient and accommodating. We stayed for 6 days and everyone of the staff members were friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast buffet was top tier, the reception team coordinated our pick up/ drop offs and excursions. We also celebrated my daughters 17th bday and I requested any suggestions on how to make ot special and they offered to decorate her room while we were out exploring for the day. My daughter was so surprised when we returned. Priceless memories. Thank you IndoChine for such a great experience!

The private pool was fantastic and view brilliant

Very cute hotel of villas. Staff are friendly and drive you to and from your room of needed. The views here were spectacular! Having a little jacuzzi on our balcony was also a huge plus! Would definitely return and highly recommend!

We loved our 3 bedroom Villa with a private pool and a view of Patong! New Years Eve fireworks were incredible to watch from the patio. The gigantic flat screen was perfect for watching Netflix at night and American football on Sunday. Our kids had the entire lower level with a bathroom and patio to themselves. Every member of the staff was amazingly kind and so helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only one thing that we didn’t care for were the bees that got into the house.

The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was tasty, varied and very well stocked. Rooms were clean and well looked after.
