In de omgeving is niets te beleven , alleen een lang Vuil strand

Obiekt nie oferowal sniadan w okresie naszego pobytu ale to nie problem, poniewaz zaraz po wyjsciu z osrodka, przy glownej ulicy jest sporo knajpek. bardzo ciche, bezpieczne i czyste miejsce. 300 m od zacienionej czesciowo plazy. 15 minut jazdy od przeprawy promowej na Koh Samet.

Basen, a wlasciwie jakosc wody. Okrutnie chemiczna.

The room/apartment was big with plenty of space for two adults and two bigger kids. The hotel was placed in a compound of villas, houses and apartments. It had a luxury feel but much seemed privately owned and it was unfortunately quite empty so a bit like a ghost town. The compound was beautiful with many gorgeous flowers on bushes and trees - kept by the hard working and kind technical staff. Fantastic undiscovered region with only few foreign tourists and many Thai tourists. Would for sure go back to that region.

Breakfast was not included (ok - announced in advance), so either we would have to plan our breakfast with the reception at least before 5 pm the day before or we simply walked around 6-7 minute to get to the main gate where there were some small restaurants on the outside that served good food at very decent prices. As earlier reviewers we had big difficulties with getting wi-fi (we received codes for 4 connections - none of them worked). At the end, we gave back the codes and insisted on not paying, and then we all bought digital SIM cards. Also the apartment was nice but e.g. the toilet leaked a little with every flush - we could live with that but no-one had noticed. It was also difficult to get a taxi into to pick up in the compound. We were instructed to inform the reception but they didn't pass on the information to the security guard. With the leaving taxi the reception asked us to go to the mail gate and inform the security guard ourselves (we do not speak Thai). Some come with your own car. Would go back to the region but not the hotel.

Beautiful spacious appartment With 3 very nice swimming pools.

There were no swimming pool towels. We ask for it and the first day we got them from the Spa, but the next day they hadn't. In the roomfacilities was writen that there were towels and pool towels. So we ask again and again and finaly we got them and kept them. But the appartment was ok so we booked eventualy 3,5 weeks instead of 1 week. The distance to the main road was far...600 meter. Overall was it a pleasant stay. Especially the 3 beautiful swimming pools.

The room is quite old and the hair dryer has a lot of dust that I found in the box.

We booked for 1 week and was surprised about the beautiful Apartment. The bedroom was separat and with window and we apreciated this very much. We had the corner Apartment and it was very spacious. Very close to the beach and the urbanisation give a lot of aktivity.

The size of the bedroom was 1,5m and that was the only down site. We aspectet a king size bed.

Så fin omgivning. Fin lägenhet och närhet till havet. Bra restaurang precis utanför området . Kommer gärna hit igen, rekommenderar. Hade fått 10 poäng, men så dålig Wifi drar ner det.

Dålig Wifi Sängen ganska hård.

The staff were so helpful. Our room was cleaned to a high standard daily. A security guard was always present at the gate entrance to the complex which made you feel safe. Overall a wonderful stay.

The only issue we had was the shower in our room wasn't working properly. They came to fix it straight away but the next day it was exactly the same. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Suljettu ja turvallinen alue. Rauhallinen ja hyvä sijainti perhematkailuun. Pitkä ja rauhallinen puhdas ranta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta oli mahtavaa ja palvelu oli hyvää. Rantakadulla pari hyvää pientä ravintolaa. Lyhyt matka Ban Pheen josta lautat Koh Samedille.

Красивая территория, круглосуточная охрана комплекса, ежедневная уборка, хорошие шезлонги на пляже.

отсутствие сушилки для купальников и белья, нет пляжного полотенца, шезлонги рано убирают.

Понравилась красивая территория, наличие двух бассейнов, просторные апартаменты, в которых ежедневно производилась уборка, хорошая круглосуточная охрана на въезде в комплекс.

К сожалению и к удивлению в номерах нет приспособления для сушки купальников и белья! Нет пляжных полотенец! Близкое расположение места проживания к пресным водоемам влечет за собой большое количество комаров в номерах :( Друзья останавливались в корпусе А втроем (семьей). Третье место с доплатой 1000 THB за ночь было очень не удобным, составным из трех предметов мебели из ротанга, на которые был размещен неудобный матрас. Все разъезжалось. На ресепшен нет возможности оставить багаж на короткое время после выписки из номера. Выписываться нужно до 11 часов утра.

Хорошая квартира со всем необходимым для проживания. Отличная территория, отзывчивый персонал. Удобное месторасположение. Без проблем заселили раньше заявленного времени. Несмотря на то, что это кондо - убирали каждый день в номере и меняли полотенца.

Кровать расположена прям возле входной двери, а дальше идет гостинная, что немного неудобно. Ели открыта дверь в ванну, то не откроешь шкаф. Подушки были очень тонкими, но мы попросили и нам принести еще одну дополнительно.

No wifi

Очень тихое место рядом с пляжем. Пляж чистый и пустой в сравнении с туристическими местами. Отель расположен на закрытой территории. Два бассейна, кафе. Апартаменты были в корпусе А номер 305.

Не понравилось отсутствие полок в шкафу, только вешалки, не смогла положить вещи - всё почти лежало в чемодане три недели. И почему то была только одна прикроватная тумбочка. Бассейн работает только до 5 вечера, бесплатные лежаки на пляже от отеля начинают собирать тоже в 5 вечера🤨. Рядом невозможно купить фрукты нигде, что очень странно. И одна деталь - ресепшн закрывается рано, если поздний заезд у вас, пишите в отель заранее, чтоб знали, так как территория закрытая, могут быть проблемы с заселением на охране.

Очень хороший вариант даже для длительного проживания. Большая квартира со всем необходимым. Превзошли все ожидания. Пляж через дорогу.

Нужно обновить полотенца.

Es ist eine große und sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage. Der Pool war vor dem Haus und die Wohnungen sind mit dem Lift zu erreichen.

Die Internetverbindung, jedenfalls bei uns, war mangelhaft. Das TV Angebot müßte verbessert werden. Die Küchen Einrichtung ist ausreichend, jedoch haben wir eine Mikrowelle vermisst.

Location, good-sized room.clean pool.parking available. Kitchen in room.

There is no water gun in the bathroom. Got very used to using it in Thailand.😁

Hymyilevä ja auttavainen palvelu. Asunto oli mukava ja kodikas. Kaksi pesuhuonetta ja keittiö toimi hienosti.

Ilmastointi ei toiminut. Se on huono juttu kuumassa paikassa. Wifiin saatiin salasanat mutta yhteyttä ei tullut. Sitä ei kyllä mainostettu paikan sivuillakaan (ei luvattu nettiä), mutta ehdimme jo innostua kun saimme Wi-Fi- tunnukset. Yhteyttä ei ollut. Kahvinkeitin olisi ollut kiva juttu mutta vedenkeittimellä sai pikakahvia. Lähdimme päivän aikaisemmin pois kuumuuden/ toimimattoman ilmastoinnin takia.

Everything was good after waiting 22 hours to get wifi.

Isolated with fake description of facilities. Don’t close your gym on Sundays for no reason. The weekend is often our only chance to exercise

Gated/walled communities aren't for me feel boxed in, asked to get a beer while the room was being made ready, closed. Asked what time the restaurant opens, closed. Went to the gym to use the treadmill wasn't there so went reception to ask if there was another gym room and showed them the pic with treadmill on there site, old pic they don't have so ended up going a couple of km to a local gym.
