Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La premiere chambre attribuée n'éatait vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un 4 etoile.Le lendemain j'ai demandé à changer j'ai eu une chambre sur le devant ,avec une fementre sur jardi et plus lumineuse.La personner de l'accueil qui a accepté le changement était efficace et sympathique.

En la habitación la nevera está en un armario con la caja fuerte y hace tanto calor que no se puede utilizar para ropa. En el cuarto de baño faltan productos para el cabello, no hay bastante sitio par dejar las cosas.

La porte de la chambre n'est pas assez bien insonorisée , le bruit dans le couloir ( clients qui parlent dans les couloirs , portes des chambres qui s'ouvrent et se ferment) sont gênants . C'est le seul bémol qui est étonnant pour ce type d'hôtel dont tous les matériaux sont qualitatifs sont portes de la chambre

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, sin estar en el centro, en 5 minutos andando estás en el meollo, si bien, hasta la playa queda un poco retirado siendo casi obligado coger el coche. La habitación es confortable. El personal de hotel amabilísimo. Y, en cuanto al restaurante, no podemos decir porque no hicimos uso del mismo.
Tal vez se echa en falta un pequeño gimnasio

En nuestro caso, tuvimos que salir temprano del hotel para llegar a una excursión. En este caso, se agradecería un horario extra de desayuno más temprano o la opción de un take away.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und bietet das Parken des Autos in seiner Tiefgarage an. Das Zentrum kann zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreicht werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir einen Stadtplan von Hondarribia und San Sebastian mit Hinweisen, wo die Attraktionen und Busstationen zu finden sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass wir das Frühstück auch im Freien geniessen konnten. Gefallen hat uns besonders das saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit vielen Möglichkeiten, unser Gepäck zu verstauen. Auch im Bad gab es genug Abstellflächen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026A zest to explore the corners of Spain brought us to this lovely boutique hotel in a town with a great name. So close to France you can see it. The hotel has a roomy underground parking garage with direct elevator to the hotel. Our room had very comfortable beds and pillows and looked out over a garden. We dined in the restaurant at the hotel and had a very tasty meal. The restaurant itself is very pretty and a good place for a romantic dinner. The outdoor terrace is a beautifully planted space. Great for a summer night. The famous regional oysters were memorable. The breakfast buffet had many, also regional, choices. The town is beautiful and worthwhile exploring. Wish we had more time to spend here.

Malgré tout les soins que nous apportons à chaque réservation, les indications liés aux animaux de compagnies était très peu visible sur le site de Booking. De ce fait après 3h de route, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et avons été refusé sans dédommagement. J’attire donc votre attention lors de vos réservations à reste vigilant et à étudier chaque sous sous sous partie.

En nuestra opinión un desayuno de 18€ (precio diario si se coge para toda la estancia) o 23 € (precio diario si se coge individualmente), nos parace un poco excesivo, el desayuno estaba increible y muy bueno, pero no había tantas cosas como para poner ese precio. El hotel, el trato, las habitaciones y las instalaciones son perfectas para descansar y disfrutar el del norte en condiciones. Sin duda, cuando surga la ocasión, volveremos a este hotel.
