El pagar por limpieza , falta de productos en el alojamiento , ya que no venia nadie a limpiar a no ser que les pagues y para cambiar de toalla tenias que pagar también, cuando en verdad debería estar incluido.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La ubicación esperfecta, centrics y muy cerca de la playa. El personal es muy amable, pedí bañera y cama de matrimonio y me lo pidieron conceder. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. El precio era asequible y correcto para lo que ofrecen.
La limpieza cumple con unos mínimos, pero se puede mejorar para que sea excelente. El ascensor del edificio era muy pequeño, las escaleras tampoco estaban muy limpias.

La habitación no era como en las fotos. Nos dieron una en un edificio al lado. La ducha no tenía mucha presión, el sofá estaba tan sucio que no apetecía sentarte. Por otro lado, la recepción cierra desde las 13 hasta las 16, por lo que tuvimos que esperar más de una hora en la calle con las maletas y el calor porque cierran la puerta con llave. Es un apartamento pero no te incluyen ni un trapo, ni un gramo de sal y casi que ni jabón. Te obligan a comprar todo por solo unos días.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Ottima posizione vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al lungomare mare. Parcheggio a pagamento a 50 metri, oppure, a 10 minuti a piedi 15 euro al giorno e gratuito dalle 18 alle 10 del mattino.
Qualche schiamazzo di notte dovuto ai ragazzi negli appartamenti dello stabile, ma niente di grave.....

Both windows in the apartment were broken and couldn't be locked, creating a serious risk of the children falling out. When we flagged this, we weren't offered another room — we were told we had to either stay or leave, at the hotel management's discretion. The hotel manager showed total disrespect for the situation and for us as customers, going so far as to say that we could always leave if we didn't like anything. A handyman eventually came to fix the windows, but not at the agreed time: he arrived and started drilling while the children were asleep, waking them up.

I ragazzini italiani rumorosi come altri ospiti della struttura: zero educazione e rispetto verso le altre persone, chiasso, urla e musica di notte; fumavano dalle finestre nonostante il divieto (erba inclusa) e lanciavano i mozziconi sempre dalle finestre sulla strada. Ovviamente non è colpa dello staff

le coperte di lana erano sporchissime, in piu gli appartamenti sono tutti attaccati e appena qualcuno fa un rumore si sente in tutto l’edificio, infatti la notte sembrava che ci entrassero nell’appartamento.

Диван непридатний до сна. Його потрібно замінити. Шумить вночі кондиціонер та чути шум з коридору.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La ubicación es espectacular, al lado de la playa. La cama y el sofá cama son muy cómodos. Nos lo limpiaron 3 veces en la semana de estancia, cambiando toallas y sábanas.
Los muebles de la cocina están medio desmontados, las sartenes viejas y poco menaje. La mampara de la ducha estaba algo suelta y muy sucia.

Raportul calitate preț nu a fost tocmai ok! A fost gălăgie foarte multă în clădire ( nu are legătură cu strada și promendada). Inclusiv functionarea aerului conditionat extrem de zgomotoasă. Locație recomandată doar tinerilor sub 20 de ani!

Tuvimos que pagar aparte del alojamiento unas tasas según llegamos, más 100€ de fianza.La limpieza deja mucho que desear. En 7 noches solo nos han cambiado la sábanas y toallas una vez. Había bichos y nos han picado. No había insecticida ni en el apartamento ni en recepción tampoco tenían.Solo habia lavavajillas y un cepillo y recogedor. Tampoco había bolsas de basura. El ascensor se ha averiado en 4 ocasiones durante la semana. El sofá cama era muy incómodo. La ducha no tenía presión tan pronto salía muy fría como muy caliente. Se escucha el jaleo de los vecinos viniendo y yendo de fiesta a altas horas de la madrugada.

El apartamento estaba muy muy sucio, el sofá cama tenía unas manchas asquerosas, ademas de el colchón súper incómodo, el baño estaba muy sucio, suciedad de acumulación. Y en general el apartamento muy descuidado, el ascensor claustrofóbico solo era de 1 persona, había que hacer viajes con las maletas.una pena, deberían hacerle una buena limpieza y un buen mantenimiento porque la ubicación es muy buena.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We had a good-sized 1-bedroom apartment for 6 nights with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen had enough utensils and equipment for our needs. Towels and sheets were changed half way through our stay. The location is excellent, one street back from the beachfront, and there is a Palou supermarket 2 mins away. The staff, incl Arunas, are extremely courteous and helpful.
No oven, and the non-stick coating on the frying pans was scratched away (though Arunas got us a new one after I pointed this out). A more serious problem was the noise from people partying in some of the other rooms at all hours of the night. The sound insulation seems to be non-existent! However, I should have done my research - Lloret is a major party town for young adults during July and August. So if you are looking for a quiet holiday, Lloret may not be the place to go.

Es una pena que las ventanas sí aíslen mucho del exterior pero no lo hagan las paredes del resto de las habitaciones, escuchamos como llegaban por la noche los huéspedes de los otros apartamentos, es lo único malo.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Bardzo dobre polozenie. Blisko plaży, promenady, sklepów i restauracji. Miły personel. Mozliwość wypożyczenia parasola plazowego oraz żelazka i deski do prasowania.
Przykry zapach w toalecie. Mimo zlecenia przez recepcję ozonowania pomieszczenia nadal się utrzymywał. Podłoga w salonie, łazienka, jak i cały apartament wymagają zdecydowanie remontu.

Sin da quando siamo arrivati c e stato fatto terrorismo psicologico per la caparra (100€ a stanza), ossia che ogni minima trasgressione del regolamento avrebbe comportato la perdita di essa, il culmine è stato quando alle 23 stavamo guardando un film mentre ci preparavamo per uscire ed è venuto a bussare alla porta un ragazzo ( immagino il guardiano notturno) per dirci che ci ha ammonito, ed alla prossima ammonizione ci avrebbe tolto la caparra. Non credo nemmeno che noi abbiamo fatto tutto questo casino dato che siamo un gruppo di 5 ragazzi che stava preparandosi per uscire ed eravamo ancora sobri. Per il resto a parte che il divano-letto era molto imbarcato verso il centro (quindi ogni notte rischiavo di dare qualche bacino/testata alla persona con cui ho condiviso il letto) era tutto a posto.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026L’emplacement est idéal : la plage se trouve à seulement 100 mètres de l’appartement. En moins de 10 minutes à pied, vous accédez aux boîtes de nuit, aux fast-foods, aux bars ainsi qu’à la rue commerçante. Malgré cette proximité, la rue reste très calme la nuit, ce qui est très appréciable au retour des soirées. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Un sèche-cheveux et un fer à repasser peuvent être empruntés gratuitement à l’accueil sur simple demande, ce qui est particulièrement pratique lorsque l’on voyage léger. La literie est très confortable et le lit king size est un vrai plus. De nombreuses prises électriques sont également disponibles dans l’appartement, ce qui permet de recharger facilement tous ses appareils électroniques. Enfin, la sécurité est excellente, aussi bien dans l’appartement que dans la résidence. Lloret de Mar est déjà une ville où l’on se sent en sécurité, mais cet hébergement apporte un sentiment de tranquillité supplémentaire, notamment pour les femmes voyageant seules ou entre amies. Le rapport qualité-prix de l’hébergement est excellent.
Les seuls petits points à améliorer concernent l’isolation, car il est parfois possible d’entendre les autres vacanciers parler ou rire (occasionnellement le soir en début de soirée avant de sortir). Le ménage pourrait également être un peu plus soigné. Cela reste toutefois des détails qui n’ont pas gâché notre séjour.

Кондиціонер кожні 10-15 хв. видає якісь звуки – це не залежить від того, увімкнений він чи ні. Спати дуже складно, адже постійно прокидаєшься з переляку через це торохтіння. Стільці барні взагалі для кого на кухні? Адже там немає барної стійки, там звчичайний стіл. Сидіти вкрай незручно. Диван брудний і продавлений, на ньому навіть сидіти не можна, не те що спати! Йому вже час було йти на смітник кілька років тому! Бачок унітазу протікає. Постіль та рушники були із застарілими плямами та неприємно пахли. В апартаментах немає жодного комоду чи полички, де можна скласти речі.

Me gusta todo🥰 aunque no cambian las toallas apartir del 5* día pero bueno…. Me llevo las mía propias por lo demás todo genial😊

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Partea pozitiva a fost ca locatia e aproape de plaja, dar asta nu ne-a ajutat prea mult, deoarece am preferat sa mergem mai mult pe jos, ca sa fim in parte ad eplaja de la baza castelului, deoarece acolo era intrare amai lina in apa, pentru copii. Gazda a fost foarte amabila. Am putut imprumuta de la receptie umbrele de plaja, calcator, uscator de par, Patul a fost imens, am incaput foarte bine doi adulti si un copil.
Aparatul de aer conditionat din apartament facea o galagie ingrozitoare chiar si cand era oprit. In prezentarea apartamentului scria ca a fost renovat recent, dar de fapt doar parchetul era nou. Mobilierul de bucatarie si canapelele din leaving ar trebui schimbate. Imi era scarba sa stau pe acele canapele. Cabina de dus este veche, ar fi bine sa fie schimbata. Exista uscator de rufe (suport pentru uscat rufe), dar nefiind un balcon, terasa, rufele se uscau foarte greu in camera.

Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist unbequem zum Schlafen.

Pozele apartamentului au fost făcute cu AI. Mobila părea nouă, era și geam la baie, în unele poze se vedea și marea. Apartamentul nu a avut nici geam la baie, bineteles nici vedere la mare nici parțială măcar, doar o altă clădire în față care bloca orice view.

Everything in the room feels quite old. The AC makes a strange electrical noise every few minutes, and it was noticeable throughout the entire night. There’s also an unpleasant smell in the hallway. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Tiene una bomba de condensados para el aire acondicionado que hace un ruido INFERNAL. Nos despertó durante todas las noches. La bomba funciona cada 30-50min este el aire encendido o apagado y según el personal de recepción no se puede apagar o desconectar de ninguna manera. Si te gusta dormir con silencio este sitio no es para ti

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Close to the beach. Well located near city center. The flat was pretty big, and clean. Front desk friendly. Staff available by WhatsApp for emergency at night. Pretty good value for money if the flat is shared.
Really tight walls, even with earplugs it can be hard to sleep in case of late night noisy neighboors. When neighboors were taking showers, it sounded like they were in my flat. Pictures looked really bright, but as the view was offuscated by buildings, the flat was indeed really dark (2nd floor). The fridge was not so cool.
