Modernes Hotel, ein bisschen abgelegen, mit atemberaubender Aussicht über den Lac Léman. Super Frühstücksbuffet, leider mussten wir wegen dem kühlen Wetter drinnen essen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer Comfort mit Sicht seitlich/nach hinten eher klein. Preis relativ hoch, aber mit dem tollen Frühstück passend.

Keine Klimaanlage, lediglich ein Lüftungsgerät

The view from the hotel was incredible, it was lovely to sit out in the morning with a nice coffee and look out to the lake. The room itself was great for my needs, the bed was very comfortable, it was all super clean and the shower was very powerful. Also appreciated the USB and USC charging unit (if you cant find it its hidden under the TV) I didnt realise my EU adaptor wouldnt work in Switzerland.

Wasn't ideal being placed in the part of the hotel at the top of a very steep climb after travelling all day. Would also appreciate air con, a fan was provided but was very noisy to have on all night.

The room. Very small and poor if we compare to the rest of the hotel.

In a great location with amazing views of the lake and the Alps. The garden was so relaxing and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl on reception. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a view of the gardens and the lake. Breakfast was very good with both savory and sweet options. Plenty of parking available at the back of the hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

Wunderbare Lage des Hotels, besser geht's nicht. Super Küche! Erstklassiges, aufmerksames Personal und super freundlich. Man spürt es, sie machen Ihre Arbeit mit viel Motivation und professioneller Souveränität. Ein unglaublich atmosphärischer Ort, wo man sich einfach willkommen fühlt. Überwältigend der weitläufige Park mit den verschiedenen Terrassen plus Aussicht über den See und die Berge. Hier vergisst man die Zeit! Man lebt im Hier und Jetzt!

Leider waren das Bad und die Dusche sehr klein und die Ablageflächen haben mir gefehlt. Bei mehreren Tagen etwas lästig, da die Toilettenartikel ständig aus-und eingegepackt werden müssen. Nächstes Mal werde ich das Chambre mit einem etwas größeren "salle de bain" buchen. 😊

la vue extraordinaire, notamment depuis la terrasse du petit déjeuner, le jardin (jamais je n'ai pris le temps d'aller dans un parc ou jardin d'hôtel, mais là ça valait vraiment la peine), l'extrême gentillesse sans obséquiosité du personnel, le petit déjeuner +++. la proximité avec Chaldonne et ses départs de randonnée et du mont pélerin, la facilité d'accès depuis la gare de Vevey

Hôtel sans clim chaleur énorme On nous met un espèce de ventilateur bruyant à fond et qui brasse de l air chaud…. Chambres vieillottes (en tous cas la où on était c est a dire pas dans l établissement principal ) Cuisine moyenne mais très prétentieuse dans le titre

Exceptional bar and dining terrace with stunning views of the lake and entire region. Very good cuisine at the restaurant. Only 5 mins drive to Chaplin's world.

Our room was quite small for what we paid and offered nowhere to dry bathing suits and towels (we swam in the lake which is just 10 minutes away by car). Would have been nice to have more tea bags in the room. For 2 nights, it was still a very nice stay.

Die Lage ist wunderschön,speziell der Garten,die Terrasse,die Bar und die Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr nett,speziell der junge Mann in der Bar.. Das Frühstück war gut. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus.

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war extrem klein. Das Bett war zu schmal,vor allem in dieser Hitze. Leider ist unmittelbar neben dem Hotel eine Hochspannungsleitung,und ein Glockenturm,daher war die Schlafqualität etwas beeinträchtigt,leider.

Vu les forte chaleur, pas de climatisation alors chambre la chambre très chaude. La chambre est grande mais petite douche. Dommage que le cloché de l'église toute proche sonne la nuit. Personnel du restaurant probablement trop peu, ils n'arrêtais pas de ce faire des remarques déplacées entre eux.

Location is excellent

Check in time is 3pm but check out time is 10 am. They take security deposit but are reluctant to refund. No response even sheet one month. Excuse is that bank is delaying. Why do they take deposit when can not refund it at check out?

Arredamento curato, ottima prima colazione e personale molto gentile. Molto piacevole anche la vista sul lago.

La camera era situata sul retro dell’edificio, in prossimità di alcuni tavolini utilizzati anche dal personale dell’hotel durante le pause. In alcune occasioni, aprendo la finestra, il fumo di sigaretta entrava quindi nella stanza. Non era una situazione continua, ma risultava comunque poco piacevole. La struttura si trova inoltre a una certa distanza dal centro di Vevey, per cui è più comodo disporre di un’auto oppure utilizzare il servizio navetta.

Le personnel est particulièrement charmant, attentionné et professionnel. Quant au restaurant, il mérite une mention spéciale : les repas sont véritablement exceptionnels et la carte est variée, permettant de satisfaire tous les goûts. À ce niveau, c’est un sans-faute : 10/10.

L’absence de climatisation est un point faible, même si nous en avions connaissance avant notre arrivée. L’hôtel le précise clairement sur Booking et met des ventilateurs à disposition des clients. Néanmoins, compte tenu des fortes chaleurs de cet été, cela me paraît difficilement acceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Par ailleurs, les chambres avec vue sont en réalité situées dans une annexe, à l’arrière du bâtiment principal. Cela est quelque peu décevant, car la vue n’est pas tout à fait celle à laquelle on pourrait s’attendre au regard des photos présentées sur le site de l’hôtel. De plus, les géraniums installés dans les jardinières des balcons sont assez hauts et réduisent partiellement la visibilité sur le paysage.

Le professionnalisme des personnels de la restauration. La qualitée des aliments au petit-déjeuner, La literie, le service de chambre, le parking compris dans l'offre. La taille de la chambre.

La fausse publicité sur la vue lac qui est plus vue sur le parking, les câbles électriques , l'arrière de l'hôtel et pour finir la vue sur le lac. Le manque de rideaux occultant à la fenêtre au dessus de notre lit, du coup nous avions la lumière toute la nuit des éclairages du parking attenant. Les fientes d'oiseau sur la terrasse qui n'ont pas été nettoyer malgré ma demande le 2eme jour de nos 5 prévu. Et plus à la marge la bouteille d'eau offerte à notre arrivée dans le mini frigo déjà entamé... Je pose là la question, serait ce là les chambres réservés aux clients booking.com? A voir.

L'hôtel est vraiment agréable avec une vue superbe sur le lac Léman. L'équipe de l'hôtel est à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Très bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le lac Léman en contrebas !

Hôtel Très beau, chambre très propre...

Petit bémol, nous avions la vue sur un toit d une dépendance et pas de climatisation, avec une chaleur de 30 degrés dans la chambre... Minuscule refrigerateur impossible de mettre grande bouteille d eau. Dommage !!!

Sehr schöne Lage über dem Genfersee. Zuvorkommendes Personal, wunderschöne Terrasse und Gartenanlage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf Vevey und den See. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee waren hervorragend. Private Parkplätze waren vorhanden.

Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage was bei den hohen Temperaturen in diesem Sommer ein Plus gewesen wäre.

Hotel ma bajkowy widok na jezioro i góry. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Komfortowy parking. Otoczenie hotelu bardzo piękne i zachęcające do odpoczynku. Otrzymaliśmy karty dające zniżki na komunikację (świetne). Opłata za psa za każdą noc (bez żadnych dodatków typu miska, legowisko).

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju w sierpniu podczas upałów jest po prostu koszmarne. Otrzymaliśmy pokój narożny z widokiem na dach, zaduch, termometr pokazywał mi w środku nocy 34 stopnie w pokoju. Nie dało się spać. Sam pokój sprawiający przygnębiające wrażenie. Otworzenie okna nic nie dawało, ponieważ od nagrzanego dachu żar był niemiłosierny. Następnego dnia poprosiłam o zmianę pokoju. Na szczęście udało się. Pokój był nadal bez klimatyzacji, ale chociaż można było otworzyć okna i ogólnie pokój wyglądał jak pokój. Niby ten sam standard, ale jakby inny typ pokoju.

Die Aussicht und Lage. Wunderbar einen Drink zu genießen mit dieser Aussicht. Restaurant teuer aber gutes Service und Essen war auch gut.

Freundlichkeit Personal, duchgehend. Traumhafte Lage, oberhalb Vevey. Abends angenehm kühl, im Vergleich zur Stadt unten. Sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Abends Restaurant und morgens Frühstück auf schöner Terrasse mit Blick auf See. Restaurantessen war sehr gut.

Zimmer war sehr warm. Beim Fenster öffnen gleich sehr laute Klimaanlage/Lüftungskasten vor dem Fenster.

Es un hotel de ensueño. Situado en una colina con unas vistas preciosas desde las habitaciones. Estuvimos en una evasion room y la vista era una maravilla. Buen desayuno en un jardín precioso. Totalmente recomendable.

The location of the hotel up from Vevey was gorgeous beautiful views of the lake. The restaurant and bar area also lovely. Staff great very friendly.

We booked a Horizon Lake View room, expecting to be staying in the main hotel. However, we were actually accommodated a short walk away in what the hotel refers to as "The Villa." In reality, it felt more and looked from outside like a converted conference / commercial building situated behind the back of car park! This is an important distinction that should be made much clearer in the room description and during the booking process. There were couple of issues with the room itself. The telephone was not working, and there was no air conditioning only a portable fan. As we stayed in August during very hot weather, the room became uncomfortably warm. The "lake view" was also somewhat misleading. While there is technically a view of the lake if you stand up, when seated the view is largely obscured by railings, with the car park visible to the right. It did not feel like what most guests would reasonably expect from a room described as having a lake view. Finally, the area around The Villa felt rather neglected. Some landscaping, flowers, or other touches would help guests feel that they were part of the hotel (which is lovely) rather than accommodated in an overflow building behind the main property. Overall, the accommodation did not reflect the expectations created by the room description.

Vue magnifique sur le lac un moment de détente. Tout est calme et silencieux c'est un espace de sérénité. J'ai apprécié les chaises longues confortables et les petites filles ont bien aimé le petit déjeuner.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unser Wochenende hier sehr genossen. Der grosse Garten ist wunderschön und weitläufig, sodass sich die Gäste sehr gut verteilen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe und bietet eine gute Anbindung, sodass man das Auto problemlos stehen lassen kann.

Das Zimmer hat sich durch die Hitze leider stark aufgeheizt, wodurch die Nächte zum Schlafen sehr warm und etwas unangenehm waren.

- the view of the city from the outside area is beautiful. - the lady who served us icevream were nice, as well as the receptionists. - they helped us to an ironing room when we asked. - the breakfast was ok and waiter was nice and helpful. - they gave us a 'pass' to freely ride the bus to the city and comeback - free safe parking

- one of the male waiters with smooth yellow hair who is seemingly super racist was giving us very sharp looks for absolutely no reason, and he even was mumbling sinister words when walking beside us! never experienced such heinous thing specially from a waiter of a hotel we are staying in! (we are well-travelled Arab Muslims and we look like it). - no AC in the hotel which we never experienced before and didn't know about beforehand, maybe it was our fault, but we learned to check before booking.
