Nous avons rendu la chambre et n avons pas pu rester à la piscine

La ubicación. No está en el centro histórico, pero en frente hay una parada de tram que te lleva muy fácilmente al centro o sitios de interés. Se puede comprar el bono en la recepción del hotel. Habitación muy amplia con ducha muy práctica. Zona de la piscina agradable. Nosotros repetiríamos con mucho gusto.

La terraza no estaba muy limpia al llegar, pero lo arreglaron para el día siguiente. Parking un poco caro y complicado (había que cambiar de ticket cada día en recepción). Insonorización un poco justa, sobre todo por la mañana ya que oye los coches, las motos y los trams

Se non fosse che abbiamo dimenticato due costumi da bagno all'interno dell'armadio, cosa segnalata dopo 24 ore, ma nonostante questo il personale di servizio lo ha rubato, direi tutto bene. Peccato che la concierge non ha voluto farci riavere i nostri costumi da bagno, trovo la questione davvero un pessimo servizio per un hotel che altrimenti sarebbe davvero bello

Good location

It could have been cleaner. The attention to detail is poor. The bathroom drain was clogged from the get go. Horrible big blob of hair was removed meaning it hadn’t been cleared in a long while. Some counter tops were dusty. It definitely could have been cleaner.

Améliorer les détails au niveau de la salle de bain (couleur des joints, peintures qui commencent à devenir jaune, les rideaux de la chambre n'étaient pas totalement clean)

Très bien mais je trouve dommage d’être obligée de payer le parking et il n’y a aucun accessoires de toilette même dans les hôtels d’un standing inférieur il y a tout ce qu’il faut!!!! Je trouve cela vraiment dommage

L’hôtel est très bien mais l’emplacement beaucoup moins. Assez loin du centre et plutôt bruyant….

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooi hotel, grote comfortabele kamers. Goed gelegen. In de nabije omgeving waren een aantal goede restaurants. We hadden fietsen mee. Die zijn met de glimlach in de gang achter de receptie voor ons in bewaring genomen. Mooi zwembad. Goed onderhouden.

Alles was helemaal in orde.

Le due camere erano confortevoli, un plus sicuramente il fatto che fossero comunicanti, super comodo! Letto comodo, buona scelta di cuscini. Staff cortese. Ottimo anche la possibilità di connettere la tv a Netflix. Buona la colazione anche se cara.

Ho trovato assurdo che il weekend il servizio pranzo non ci fosse. In un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto un servizio continuativo. Poco igienica la moquette. Posizione non comodissima per il centro. Trovato eccessivo il prezzo di 4€ per una bottiglietta di acqua nel market dell’hotel, essendo un bene di prima necessità.

- Le calme - la sécurité dans le parking souterrain (mairie + police municipale) - le feuillage du bâtiment - la situation centrale dans la ville

- dommage que le feuillage devant les fenêtres nécessite d’allumer la lumière dans les chambres même en plein jour

Le personnel tant à la réception, au restaurant, au petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel d'entretien étaient très sympathiques, agréables, très professionnels. La chambre était parfaite, une literie très confortable. Une piscine avec transats impeccable. Le petit plus, le parking en sous-sol. De bons petits restaurants autour en plus de celui de l'hôtel qui présente une finesse dans ses plats. Bref, à refaire !

Piscine agréable. Belle chambre par la taille, par le confort ++ de la literie et par le silence. Organisation de l’établissement pratique, presque chaleureuse avec ses jardins suspendus. Personnel d’accueil efficace et sympathique. Petit déjeuner intéressant.

L’emplacement un peu éloigné des centres d’animation et un peu « froid ». Le coût et l’accès au parking. Une réflexion sur la partie restauration pourrait être conduite …

Très bonne accueil de la part de Audrey et Thesa. La literie de très bonne qualité. Bon séjour calme et reposant en plein cœur de Montpellier.

Pool was a great treat for our family as it was very hot and the day would end with a dip in the pool. Dinner in the hotel was easy and quick. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The tram pick up was right outside the door.

Bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing. The location was a little far from the center of town.

Une douche avec un rideau ? Pour un hôtel de ce standing ? Les fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas en grand alors que j'étais au RDC. Mais surtout facturer 50e pour une nuit pour un chien de 4kg propre ?? Juste scandaleux.

Stayed in July for 2 Nights Excellent value for money and great location, just outside the centre. Walk into central Montpellier approx 20/25 mins Otherwise excellent tram service just outside the hotel. Car Park under the hotel is very spacious and convenient Hotel has a lovely outside Pool area and they also have a good small gym with pretty much everything you need, running machines, bike, step, & free weights etc. We did take breakfast which was a comprehensive selection and nice to also see quality coffee and teas. We did have a minor issue with our room but it was overall handled quickly and very professionally This was our 2nd visit, and will happily return

The room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in France, and I liked the personalized welcome message displayed on the TV when I first entered the room. It was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, several things made this stay disappointing. The biggest issue was arriving by car. There is only a very small parking area in front of the entrance with space for around three cars, and every time I passed by it was full. For a 4 star hotel, I expected a better arrival experience or at least a convenient place where guests can stop while checking in. The TV welcome message was nice the first time, but the TV automatically turned itself on every morning to display it again. If I turn the TV off, I expect it to stay off until I choose to use it again. There were no USB C charging ports next to the bed. I stayed in 3 star hotel in France that offered this, so it was surprising not to find them here. This was also the only hotel during my trip where the security deposit (pre-authorization hold) on my card could not be processed automatically because my bank rejected the transaction(suspicious transaction). That was unexpected and made check in less convenient. Sound insulation was poor. I could hear conversations from the neighboring room and even chairs being moved across the floor. Finally, I was disappointed that slippers were not available, even after asking at reception. I've stayed in other hotels where slippers were not placed in the room but were happily provided on request. Considering the carpets throughout the hotel, it would have been a welcome amenity. Another inconvenience was the parking access card. A new card had to be collected from reception every day instead of using the room key, which many hotels already integrate into one system. None of these issues alone would ruin a stay, but together they made the hotel feel below what I expected from a 4 star property.

La localisation, le calme

Pænt, rent og roligt hotel. Personalet i receptionen tog pænt imod os. Vi blev altid mødt med smil af personalet. Ind- og udtjekning var problemløs og hurtig. Morgenmaden var god og varierende. Der var lidt til enhver smag. Der var 40 grader i Montpellier i den periode vi var på hotellet, så det var skønt at kunne benytte poolen. Den var ren og der var altid ledige liggestole.

Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide.

De airco is niet in te stellen. Deze wordt algemeen geregeld en op de kamer kan je maar twee graden lager zetten. Daardoor was het te warm op de kamer en heb ik zeer slecht geslapen.

Sehr schön gemacht. Modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Gute Lage mit dem Tram ins Zentrum gleich vor dem Hotel. Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Reise nach Spanien.

Das Frühstück war gut, der Hamburger am Vorabend war ok, die Pommes dazu aber ungeniessbar. Gute Frites herzustellen, ist doch keine Hexerei.

Muy bien para ir con coche, acceso fácil y muy buen parking subterráneo. Muy bien comunicado con el centro, parada tranvía al lado con mucha frecuencia. Habitación amplia y luminosa. Rodeado de restaurantes y comercio.

Ducha con poca presión y water antiguo, no acorde con un cuatro estrellas. Lo peor de todo es que te retienen 100 euros por día de estancia, según ellos para posibles extras. Nos parece una política de empresa totalmente inadecuada que retengan un dinero por posibles gastos antes de que sucedan y sin saber si van a suceder. De hecho, en nuestro caso no hubo ningún extra. ¿Qué hay detrás de eso? ¿Desconfianza a los clientes? Nosotros así lo sentimos y desde luego, aunque el hotel no está mal, no volveremos. Te vas del hotel con el dinero bloqueado y confiando que no va a haber ningún problema con la devolución. Lo dicho, en nuestra opinión, estrategia de marketing equivocada.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Our family was victimized by a criminal robbery inside our rooms at 15:50 today. Two men entered our daughters' interconnecting room while my wife was in the main room. They stole a cross necklace and a bracelet. When my wife discovered them searching our belongings, she had to physically push the intruders out of the room while shouting for help. The hotel’s response was dangerously slow. It is now 18:37—nearly three hours later—and the Director is still "unreachable." The staff has shown zero empathy and zero urgency. Their only response was to offer a room change or to pay our money back and for us to move to another hotel in the city, in case we don't feel safe in their hotel. They also told us to "go to the police if we want to mention it. They just informed us that indeed there was an incident and a saw the intruders in the cameras. A hotel that allows intruders to walk into a room occupied by a woman and children—and then refuses to take responsibility when jewelry is stolen and a physical confrontation occurs—is not a safe place to stay. This is a massive breach of security and a total failure of management. Marriott Corporate will be informed. Their attitude is unacceptable.
