We truly enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable throughout. The room was spotless, the air conditioning was pleasantly cool, and the staff deserves a perfect 100 out of 100.
My husband was especially impressed and would definitely love to stay here again whenever we visit Purwokerto. We sincerely hope you will continue to maintain this excellent standard.
It would also be wonderful if, in the future, there could be a small café similar to a “7E Café” offering quick bites such as bakery items, sausages, or instant noodles—something convenient for guests who are in a hurry and unable to go up to the second floor for breakfast. It would also be helpful for families or children who get hungry after swimming.
Perhaps this concept could be placed at the mini pool bar, which seems to be inactive at the moment. Of course, strict hygiene and proper protocols would be essential to ensure cleanliness even while serving fast food options.

I book 2 room for 4 adults and 1 child (7yrs) including breakfast via booking.com . But they charged extras in the spot said my 7years have to paid full breakfast fee becouse is not included! so i paid my son breakfast(again) in the spot.
Few time the room electricity down and the card doesn't work.
Ask to get pick up from trein station is just disappointed, they just give another phone numbers thats never bothered to pick up or text back.

The hotel is run down and needs a refresh. It is very popular and the most expensive hotel in the city so Aston could afford to maintain it better. They clearly don't care about the guest experience. The card reader in the elevators don't work so you can't get to the room. The AC control in the room doesn't work so you can't change the temperature, fan speed or turn it off. My son caught a cold due the severity of the AC. The bathroom door doesn't close properly. Not only do I not recommend this hotel, I would never choose Aston again due to their lack of interest in maintaining their hotels.
Breakfast was very good, many varieties with live trad music
Better not to ask number of persons for taking breakfast especially stayed in the hotel more than 1 day

Reviewed Oct 21, 2024The location is central, near the road of UNSOED, near the train station and the city center.
The room itself was alright, I had a smart TV so I could connect and watch netflic at night. The bed was good and the bathroom was okay. The breakfast had some choices but nothing extraordinary
The staff was nice and they answered whenever I got problem :
- the 1st room they gave me, the AC didn't work so they gave me a new room (same kind but better)
- the 2nd had huge WIFI problems, they called the IT guy to come and resolve, unfortunately it didn't work but they tried.
As said previously, the AC in the 1st room wasn't properly working so I got a new room but in the 2nd one, the WIFI was horrible. It kept connect and disconnect every 5 minutes. The IT guy came but it didn't change a thing. At the end I had to use the laptop on the bed, really close to the wall to get a bit of signal.
I think for the price paid, some work renovation would be needed. It's a bit of a gamble with the WIFI, especially if you need to work

Reviewed Apr 30, 2024We got a free pick up from the station to the hotel . The hotel / room is very clean and spacious..high ceiling. Breakfast was above excellent. I could go back there just for the food.
There was no alarm or direction when the earthquake happened. We were left to make our own decisions whether to stay in the rooms or evacuated.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2022It was very easy to park then the reception desk was prompt and efficient. They set our room up on top floor, a nice room.
The highlight of our stay was really the breakfast. It served one of the favorite, the Mendoan and a nice ambience of a live local artis performance using traditional music instruments. Perfect!
The concierge could have been more helpful. They were just standing and watching, my spouse has to help herself.
I think the hotel has started showing some wear and tear outside. A heavy maintenance and cleaning of the building exterior seems to be needed.
