Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Good location adjacent to sandy beach. Terrific sea views from room. Sun terrace very pleasant as was the pool area. The food was plentiful with several options each evening. Staff were generally friendly but language was a barrier occasionally. The evening entertainment was ok.
Didn’t like the smoking on the terrace. It should have a separate area away from non smoking guests.

Falta de organización en general que repercute en el bienestar del cliente. Mala organización del servicio de limpieza, falta de productos (dos días sin champú), un caos para la gestión del aparcamiento y cierta falta de respeto por parte del personal de recepción.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Vue sur la mar menor. Un parking public gratuit se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel, avec de nombreuses places disponibles. C'est utile, car le parking de l'établissement était complet.
Une heure d'attente à la réception pour l'enregistrement. Le traitement des résidents all inclusive monopolisait le comptoir et bloquait tous les autres clients. Aucune organisation prévue pour absorber ce flux, et un personnel froid, sans un sourire, du début à la fin du séjour. La politique d'accueil des chiens ne nous a été présentée qu'à l'arrivée : un document dense d'une page entière à lire et à signer sur place, et un tarif de 40 € par nuit et nous sommes restés 2 nuits, donc surplus non attendu de 80€ pour le client. Cette information doit figurer clairement à la réservation, par message envoyé si on est accompagné d'un animal indiqué lors de la réservation sur BOOKING. Pour ce prix, aucune prestation en retour : ni gamelle, ni tapis, et le chien interdit dans absolument tous les espaces de l'hôtel hors de la chambre. S'ajoute un marquage apposé sur la porte de la chambre signalant la présence du chien. Facturer 40 € par nuit pour zéro service et une signalétique de ce type, c'est difficile à justifier. Salle de petit-déjeuner saturée : bousculade permanente aux comptoirs, et il faut chercher une table propre avant de pouvoir s'installer. Rien de reposant. Ascenseurs largement sous-dimensionnés au regard de la capacité de l'hôtel. Nous avons monté et descendu les escaliers jusqu'au 6ème étage à plusieurs reprises pour éviter l'attente.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Amplitud y comodidad de la habitación, limpieza, vistas, atención del personal, comodidad, instalaciones, ubicación y bufet desayuno. El acceso a la playa es fantástico y la cercanía a Plaza Bohemia resulta un plus.
El bufé de comida no está a la altura del precio que se paga (25 euros por persona, bebidas aparte). Las actividades nocturnas de animación hasta por lo menos las 11:30 de la noche resultan molestas si quieres descansar.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La ubicación, bajar las escaleras y estar en la playa. El personal del hotel fue muy agradable y nos trataron genial, muy cercanos. En general nos fuimos muy contentos de nuestra estancia.
Las instalaciones se pueden mejorar, modernizar más, los pasillos y habitaciones, pero en general está muy bien cuidado. No habia a/c en los pasillos pero corria viento y dejabas abierto las ventanas y no hacia calor el resto si tenia a/c. La piscina es verdad que en comparación con otros hoteles es bastante pequeña y el buffet tambien es más pequeño, pero también era un hotel más tranquilo, por lo menos en las fechas que fuimos. La comida estaba buena y revisaban mucho reponer si se terminaba algo. Eran atentos.

Speisesaal eher ungemütlich. War eher wie in einer Kantine. Für vegetarische Gäste nicht so viel Auswahl. Beginn Abendessen viel zu spät. 3 Erwachsene in ein 2er Zimmer zu stecken war schon sehr eng. Für den Preis ein größeres Zimmer erwartet.

La animación por la noche y el personal poco agradable. En recepción personal serio y poco comunicativo. En comedor dos chicos no paraban de reírse de algunos clientes y hasta mi hija decía que era una falta de respeto , cosa que estos chicos no saben ni lo que es.

All the food at breakfast was cold apart from the coffee. The rooms were very dated and shabbily maintained. Very poor workmanship, spiders webs and dust around the curtains and windows. Staff were nice especially the barman and the pool guard

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mit Zugang zum Strand. Unser Zimmer und das Bad sehr klein, aber sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr unpersönlich und laut. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist umfangreich und mehr als ausreichend. Das ganze hat jedoch Kantinencharakter. Durch die Größe, wirkt das Hotel sehr unpersönlich und ist nicht besonders gemütlich eingerichtet. Abends schreckliche Musik in der Bar!

Trying to contact reception the night before check in, as there was a credit card payment issue. Eventually, I got through after 5 long attempts on the morning of check in. Problem sorted!

Reviewed May 30, 2026La atencion del personal de recepción, del restaurante , del bar, fue excelente, todos los trabajadores del hotel con los que tuvimos trato fueron tremendamente amables. Las vistas desde nuestro apartamento , geniales. Hemos disfrutado mucho en este hotel. Totalmente recomendable. Bajada a la playa directa desde el hotel, piscina infinita genial . Muchísimas tumbonas en lugares perfectos para disfrutar del entorno. El menú muy bueno. Con detalles muy cuidados como por ejemplo servicios junto a piscina , monitor , lugares para cambiarte , duchas, bar junto a la piscina , musica tranquila, servicio de toallas, etc.
Todo nos gustó. Sin pegas.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Ubicación espectacular totalmente rodeados de mar, piscina infinita con vistas a la playa. Acceso a la playa desde la piscina. Tienen 2 cargadores de coche eléctrico. Personal muy agradable tanto restaurante, bar, recepción... Buffet de desayuno rico y completo.
La habitación tenía algunas cosas que tenían que arreglar, el pomo de la puerta se caía, el toallero...El buffet a la hora de la comida era un poco flojo.
