Dirty room, dated furnishing, tiny cramped bed, misleading advertisement, no water for two days to shower, sh*t or sinks. Zero response from the manager, wifi unstable.

ECCEZIONALE Leggermente caro ma veramente bello. La vista dall appartamento ultimo piano è una roba che non si spiega! Pulizia, cortesia, posizione.

Está muy bien situado, cerca del centro, de la playa y las piscinas del hotel son maravillosas. Tiene buena limpieza y el personal es muy amable.

❤️... das wichtigste zuerst: Das Apartment war super sauber und die Betten (incl. Bettwäsche, Kissen und Decken) im Hauptschlafzimmer waren super bequem ! Im Bad war alles vorhanden - reichlich Handtücher - was man sich so wünscht. In der Küche war genug Geschirr da, damit man nicht jeden Tag abwaschen muss. Auch Basics wie Lappen und Geschirrtuch, Kaffeekapseln, Tee und Zucker waren vorhanden. Das Apartment war gut klimatisiert. Am Balkon hatte man eine Markise. Die öffentlichen Bereiche waren auch super Sauber und klimatisiert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Haus zu frühstücken oder was zu essen (gehört aber nicht zum Hotel) - es sind überall gute Restaurant und Bars. Draußen gibt eine Sonnenterasse und 2 Pools - der kleinere Runde kann ab nachmittags auch ohne Sonnenschutz genutzt werden, das er im Schatten liegt.

Einziger Punkteabzug: das es keine Toilettenbürste gibt - ich respektiere die fleißigen Zimmermädchen - aber was man selber machen kann - mach ich lieber selber - sie verstehen was ich meine 😉

Very central , nice facilities and very clean

Great location for beach, town, restaurants and bars. Lovely places to eat right by the apartment and overlooking the sea. Excellent coffee shop right on the doorstep for a freshly cooked breakfast/brunch. Staff at reception available 24hrs. Pool area spacious.

The sun beds could do with replacing as they were dated and not very comfortable. They don't match the high standard of everything else at Mediterranean Sitges.

The location was perfect. Beautiful grounds. Good restaurant off the lobby. Desk staff helpful with printing, scanning needed recommends.

They stopped the room coffee service on the last day of our stay. Told me I would have to go buy my own coffee. This is a €300/day room!

The staff, Location and the Property!

Location and balcony view were great. The pool area and sun bed area was also nice. The cleaners were fantastic.

Second bedroom had no window, no air con and had a sliding door with glass which let light in, and the wardrobe had no shelves. Leaking air con systems caused small river across balcony to our central drain (slippery) and we had dripping water from balcony above (directly above the drain on ours, so presumably from their drain). The latter meant we had to crouch up in one half of balcony to avoid water dripping on us or our food. We observed the dripping marks on other balconies so it wasn’t just bad luck. Very hard mattress in small bedroom. Website said 3 pools but sign on site say guests can only use one pool as others are for private use. No ventilation to bathroom (no fan, no vents, no window) Large bedroom had wardrobe with shelves only, but no hanging rail.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted professionally and felt very well taken care of. The entire property is beautiful, clean, and surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. The apartment building is located right by the beach, close to a lovely promenade with restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from a grocery store — everything you need is within easy reach. The apartment itself, with its large terrace, felt like a home away from home. The cleaning ladies were extremely kind and always happy to help. This property is definitely worth the price, especially considering the quality, location, and professional service. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

This is our second time staying here. It’s an excellent spot in sitges right next to the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and modern and equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday.

Could do with some more sun loungers and shades next to the pool. Although they do have shades on the terrace, you can’t sit up here if you have young children to watch by the pool.

Great location. Spacious apartment that was well equipped with everything needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Not enough mirrors and no full length mirror. Dressing table in bedrooms but no mirrors. Pools were lovely but not enough sunbeds around and the pool water was a little murky.

Vriendelijk ontvangst, zwembad en ligweide bieden een prima afwisseling met het strand (wat vrijwel voor de deur ligt...). Het complex ligt strategisch verder ook erg goed. Dicht bij de boulevard en het strand. Winkels direct in de omgeving en het levendige centrum op korte afstand. De parkeergarage is erg prettig, maar wel bijzonder dat hiervoor nog vorstelijk betaald moet worden. Het appartement voor 4 personen, voldoet. Het keukengerei is net voldoende aanwezig, maar de kastjes hingen allemaal scheef. Een beetje onderhoud zou toch wel passend zijn.

Het is geen goedkope accommodatie, dan nog berekenen voor parkeren is schandalig. De airco was kapot en moest gerepareerd worden. Dat hebben ze ook gerepareerd en na wat aandringen hebben we beneden heerlijk geluncht op kosten van het verblijf. Maar een verblijf wat toch redelijk aan de hoge kant geprijsd is, zou dit voordat nieuwe gasten komen geregeld kunnen hebben. Dat is respect hebben voor jouw gasten. Het zijn kleine dingen, ze verpesten onze vakantie absoluut niet, maar ze zouden wel het absolute verschil maken. Dan zou deze accommodatie 10 sterren verdienen. Beter onderhoud (ook tegeltjes op balkon die los lagen) is een ding en karige keukengerei zijn zaken die hier aandacht zouden moeten krijgen....

Het personeel en de ligging

Ruim appartement, lekker licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden waren van mindere kwaliteit. Verder alles goed onderhouden en erg netjes. Airco’s zijn top maar daardoor je balkon warm, je was droogt wel lekker snel. Centraal gelegen maar daardoor soms wat geluidsoverlast van uitgaande mensen. Vriendelijk personeel.

Veel regels bij het zwembad, je deelt het zwembad met de locale bewoners. Als je de regels eenmaal weet is het oké en begrijpelijk. Dure parkeerplaatsen, je kan gerust een plekje zoeken waar je gratis parkeert. Het kan dan wel 10 min lopen zijn. Bij in en uitpakken van je spullen kan je je auto gewoon Max 15min voor de deur kwijt.

Das Apartment war wie immer schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Pools sind sehr schön und die Aufenthaltsqualität im Hof und im Apartment hoch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. An der Rezeption und im Service sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Als etwas nicht funktionierte, war direkt Fachpersonal da.

Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen, aber trotz allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis könnte ausgewogener sein.

Le lit, le canapé lit, tout est propre, neuf. Les équipements de la salle de bain (super gels douche, shampoings…). Situation géographique.

Pas vraiment de vue sur la mer, ventilation sur la terrasse qui rajoute 10degres, les plaques de cuisson qui marchent après avoir remis les plombs (chambre 208).

Logement et équipement au top ! Personnel au top ! Bien situé

L'accueil, le choix de la chambre avec la vie et le 7e étage, le geste pour le 2d chien ( on en a 2 propres. Tranquilles, 2kg et 3kg 5 .. yorkshire) et l'emplacement. Merci !

Lejligheden var flot og pæn. Der blev rengjort og skiftet håndklæder dagligt og poolområdet var dejligt stort.

Der var, for dem der sov i stuen, enormt med larm fra gaden om natten. Området er meget LGBT+ hvilket man blot skal være opmærksom på hvis man bor der.

Locatie is perfect. Net appartement. Elke dag schoonmaak indien gewenst.

Parkeren kon niet gereserveerd worden, terwijl dat in dezelfde parkeergarage wel gewoon kon, dus zelf opgelost.

We were so impressed by Mediterraneo Sitges! We were greeted by a very friendly man on Reception. They even gave our kids little gift packs. My girls were so pleased with them! Off to a great start! The room smells so clean and fresh. Unsure what it was - but it was very pleasant and we all commented on it! We had a lovely view of the ocean from our balcony. The sun hits the building in the afternoon, but there is a blind you can wind down to stop the sun coming in. The air con worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable. We had a kitchen which was very functional. We cooked for our kids a few times. Housekeeping cleaned each day which was handy. I used the washing machine and there's a rack for drying. It was really handy for us! We used the pool which was the perfect temperature, covered with grass around the area as well which was really nice for when you couldn't get a lounger by the pool or if they were all in the sun and you preferred the shade. There are restaurants all around and it's a short walk to the old town. Also right near the beach. We were so pleased with our stay and definitely recommend it, especially for families with kids.

Fabulous location, close to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants

For the price per night paid, would have enjoyed the coffee and sugar to be replaced daily, not just a token starter pack with a note telling you ‘there is no more’ a tad rude in my opinion. Some reception staff were very frosty and unfriendly - perhaps because of my lack of Spanish.

The staff were excellent. Super friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms are cleaned regularly. The pools were a highlight and the location is brilliant on the promenade.

Our bed seemed old and dipped in areas.

The location couldn’t be better. Cross the street to go to the beach or dining. Old Sitges is a 4 minute walk. Train station a 12 minute walk. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and oh that view of the Med from our balcony. The pools were also much appreciated on the warm afternoons.

It was a bit pricey. Our two week stay here cost more than our one week Mediterranean cruise the week before.

Die Klimaanlage war in Ordnung Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt, ebenso die Handtücher

Balkonleuchte war defekt und wurde trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen nicht gewechselt beziehungsweise erneuert Wir hatten ein Apartment zur Straßenseite hin, was relativ laut war. Auf Nachfragen, ob wir nächstes Jahr einer Apartment zum Pool hinbekommen könnten, wurde dieses abgelehnt.

The only thing - and we laughed about how minor it is - is there was no full length mirror! And that’s with some head-scratching to find a fault!

An amazing location right in the heart of the city. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the pool, the sea, and all of sitges. The front desk & cleaning staff were wonderful and the room itself was very spacious and had evertyhing we needed. I would 100% stay here again.

The service in the breakfast cafe downstairs was poor, we often had to re-order things or wait a very long time to be served. Also, as the pool area is shared with residential buildings, it didn't feel that private and we had a compliant once during the trip about taking up too much of the pool area (we were a large group of about 22). Whilst the hotel handled the complaint really well, it is a little frustrating to be told off for simply using the pool at the hotel we were staying at!

We stayed for 4 nights, and it was a perfect apartment for our needs. Great views to the sea and hills, along with a brilliant location close to the beach. Spotlessly clean and daily cleaning service was excellent. Loved being able to have breakfast on our balcony in the sunshine and an evening drink in the cooler evening sun.

Single beds pushed together were not comfortable at all for a couple. One of the single beds had little support in the mattress, so it was like sleeping in a hammock. The apartment had an intense air freshener smell, which was overwhelming, we tracked it down to being all over the plastic plants, so they got moved to the balcony. Trying to contact the property before arrival wasn't successful via telephone or email - should have been easier than this.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, great view in a great location. Even though we didn’t cook the kitchen was well equipped, nice Rituals products in the bathroom. Pool area is very nice. Coffee shop/restaurant right beside apartments which was very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Mediterráneo Sitges in Sitges. The hotel enjoys an excellent beachfront location, just a short walk from the charming old town, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spacious, modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with a beautiful terrace offering stunning sea views. The pools and garden area were well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and Mediterranean charm. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sitges and would gladly stay here again.
