Paodise Guesthouse

La stanza era molto più bella di quanto ci aspettassimo. Tutta la casa era bella, in mezzo alla natura. Bagno enorme. Potevamo lavare i nostri vestiti nella lavatrice gratuitamente e noleggiare le bici (che non funzionavano perfettamente, ma comunque andavano). I gechi verdi nel giardino.

Non è la colpa della struttura ma preparatevi di essere svegliati dai galli già alle 4 di mattina (in generale in La Digue ma anche in Mahe). Mancava gel doccia e shampoo.

Camera e bagno molto spaziosi, spazi esterni (veranda e giardino) ampi e curati

Livello di pulizia negli spazi comuni ( cucina e zona lavanderia) certamente migliorabile. Alcuni elementi di arredamento datati

Sehr schöner Garten, große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Bequeme Betten, gute Klimaanlage. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es einfach Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Ea ist nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt. Wir sind beim Einreisen mit dem Taxi bis um Appartement gefahren und zurück sind wir einfach zu Fuß gegangen. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Elena

Très belle maison confortable avec une vue sur un très beau jardin Maison très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut même une machine à laver pour son linge et une douche d’extérieur Quatre vélos sont à disposition ce qui est très appréciable pour 100 rps par jour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce logement bien agréable, très propre pour y passer quelques jours. Du port c est un peu loin avec les valises à pied. Il vaut mieux louer des vélos et on vous propose de transporter vos valises au logement. La vue sur la montagne est très reposante de la terrasse. Chaque chambre bénéficie de son petit salon exterieur. La cuisine partagée est très bien equipee. Petite douche extérieure pour se rincer. Par hasard nous avons croisé sur l île Anis le propriétaire avec qui nous avons eu de sympathiques échanges.

Nous y etions en mars et il faisait trop chaud dans l espace cuisine le soir, malgré les ventilateurs. A cause des moustiques nous avions gardé les portes fenêtres fermées.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll und hatte alles, was es braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Man kann auf La Digue alles schnell erreichen mit dem Fahrrad und die Terrasse mit dem schönen Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Radhika war super lieb.

Fare colazione o solo bere un the difronte a questo spettacolo della natura è una sensazione stupenda. Camera e bagno molto grandi, cucina in comune attrezzata di tutto. Ottimo anche il barbecue esterno e il servizio lavanderia.

Un po di cattivo odore dagli scarichi dei bagni.

Wunderbares, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt um ruhige Tage in der Unterkunft zu genießen.

Leider die Mücken, mehr als anderswo, was am nahen Wald und dem vielen Regen lag. Aber mit Spray und langen Klamotten kein Problem. Nicht perfekt um schnell Mal ins Wasser zu springen.

Это какое-то недоразумение! Впервые сталкиваемся с таким. Бронировали Paodise заранее, чтобы на Ла Диге отметить мой юбилей 12 июля. Если на Маэ и Праслине домовладельцы были постоянно были на связи, отвечали на все наши вопросы, встречали нас, довозили до места проживания, то с хозяином Paodise связи не было вовсе никакой. Ближе к 12 июля мы запаниковали и попросили сделать отмену брони. Однако хозяин не ответил даже сотрудникам Букинга!

12 июля мы всё-таки приехали на Ла Диг, с большим трудом нашли Paodise. Причём на карте гестхаус отмечен в одном месте, а находится совсем в другом. Нас встретил запертый на все засовы замок. С большим трудом дозвонились до хозяина, он сказал, что занят и перезвонит, и не перезвонил! В конце концов, мужу удалось поговорить с хозяином с десятой попытки. И тут нас ждал «сюрприз» — хозяин сказал, что в Paodise мест нет, всё забронировано. Муж пытался объяснить хозяину, что мы и бронировали этот день, но его, кажется, не поняли. В итоге, мы отбыли обратно на Праслин на вечернем пароме.

Just a 15 minute walk from the harbour, Paodise is ideally located close to everything La Digue has to offer. They also rent bicycles at a lower rate per day than official bike rental places so keep that in mind when you arrive. The bed was super big and comfortable and there’s a beautiful view of the mountains from the patio. Very quiet and relaxing ambience and would definitely come back. They also kindly allowed me to check in a little early/check out a little late. Very kind, relaxed people.

Location, garden, it was clean , everything what we need was there, so easy to explore island with a bike

We stayed in mid-December 2025 and it was wonderful . The hostess was very kind, welcoming, and always responsive. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. She was always in touch and kindly allowed us to have a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Check-in was immediate upon arrival, with no waiting at all. Everything was smooth and comfortable — highly recommended.

Tutto! La struttura è deliziosa, con un bellissimo giardino. Camera molto ampia e accogliente, la cucina comune fornita di tutto il necessario. La terrazza è bellissima, grande, ottima per mangiare e passare la serata. Abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette presso la struttura, molto comodo. Menzione speciale per la gentilissima Radhika, sempre disponibile e super efficiente!! Bravissima!

Une maison typique des Seychelles comprenant 2 belles chambres/ SDB spacieuses, une cuisine partagée entièrement équipée s'ouvrant sur une grande terrasse / salons extérieurs ; magnifique. Un beau jardin avec vue sur les montagnes. Au calme. Propre. Literie super. Un vrai paradis, merci beaucoup 🤗

Sehr schönes, sauberes Guesthouse in einem schönen tropischen Garten, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Tolle Küche und Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terasse. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Ein Wäscheständer wäre evtl von Vorteil gewesen.

Nagyon hangulatos szállás! Minden nap takarítottak. Van lehetőség a szálláson is kerékpárt bérelni ami 100 scr/nap. Két nagy bérbevehető szoba van aminek egy nagy közös konyhája és terasza van. Megfelelő volt a felszereltség is. A szállás önellátó tehát ételt nem lehet kérni de a szigeten nagyon sok bolt és étterem van. Ingyenes Wi-Fi is van.

Sötétben kicsit nehéz megtalálni elsőre.

Ruhige Lage. Super liebe Mitarbeiterin. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit täglicher Reinigung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch konnten wir dort Fahrräder mieten.

Ménage fait tous les jours.

La cuisine, le salon, la terrasse et les vélos sont à partager avec l'autre couple ayant réservé le logement. La qualité du séjour dépendra donc fortement de ceux-ci. De notre côté, nous avons eu des voisins charmants sur la 1ère moitié du séjour, et des voisins insultants sur la 2nde moitié. En cas de conflit, la personne sur les lieux (la "maid") prendra le partie de ceux qui resteront le plus longtemps, quitte à mentir ou à revenir sur sa parole d'un jour à l'autre. Par exemple, la maid n'a rien dit lorsque l'autre couple a pris, sous nos yeux et les siens, nos affaires qui étaient entreposés dans le panier du vélo que l'ont utilisait ce jour-là ! De plus, 3 vélos sur 4 proposés à la location par l'hébergement sont défectueux (frein arrière dysfonctionnels, impossibilité de changer les vitesses). Nous avons aussi eu des lézards tous les jours dans la chambre car l'hébergement est mal isolé de l'extérieur.

Очень милый домик в тихом месте. Небольшой сад. Красивый вид на гору. Классная большая терраса со столом посередине и небольшим столиком, диванчиком и креслом напротив каждой из спален. Относительно приватно. Спальня , санузел - в хорошем состоянии . Чисто. Каждый день приходила убираться милая непальская женщина. Понятно, что есть риск попасть на шумных или не очень адекватных соседей. Но, судя по отзывам, он невелик. У нас проблем не возникло. Австро-немецкая пара средних лет с которой мы даже на кухне ни разу не пересеклись. Коммуникация перед приездом с объектом размещения была нормальной. Отвечали вполне быстро. Чек-аут стандартный в 10 утра. Но ключ не отбирают, можно оставить рюкзаки-чемоданы в общей гостиной, пойти на пляж или хайк, вернувшись принять гостевой душ отдохнуть на террасе, забрать свои вещи и оставить ключ . Все очень по домашнему как и вся атмосфера на острове.

Расположение на карте букинга указано сильно неправильно. Пользуйтесь google maps. Мы ориентировались в поездке по maps.me Там тоже ошибка! Метров на 350-400. В итоге на жаре какое то время проторчали в недоумении перед закрытыми воротами куда привел навигатор. Потом пошли по соседним домам опрашивать аборигенов, довольно быстро нам показали куда идти. Но это явно лишний квест если честно ). Хотя бы в переписке перед заселением давайте будущим гостям инструкции как вас найти.

La strada per arrivare e’ poco illuminata, si gira solo con le bici che sono rigorosamente senza fanali e la sera / notte si fa un po’ fatica . Risolvibile con la luce del telefono ma meglio una torcia portatile o da indossare sulla testa

La ubicación del alojamiento en plena naturaleza y las vistas. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño muy amplio.

We really liked everything about this place. It’s full of charm and has a great vibe. The garden is beautiful, and even though it’s a bit far from the main road, it wasn’t a problem at all since we had bikes. The place was cleaned every day, and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

- Quiet at night, only 2 rooms in the same building. - Very clean - Easy check in and you can rent bicycles. We got a welcome drink which was nice! - Beautiful garden with lots of birds - Kitchen use and there is oil, tea and things like salt and pepper provided

- Location of booking app is not correct. It's about 300 meters further down the road. Google maps has the right location. - Airconditioning is needed, because very hot in the building - Bed is only 1.60mtr which is a little small in this heat.

Great location - very close to the port and shops. Beautiful location among greenery. We rented new bikes on site. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Nice staff. I highly recommend it.

I loved everything about the property. Clean, well equipped, beautiful garden, kind and helpful lady. There is even washing machine and every day cleaning. Big spaces, I would definitely return!

At first I thought, the location is too isolated, but after I enjoyed it actually. Much better than being close to the reconstructions. And there are no big distances on this island.

Cozy, quiet place with a view of the mountain.

Definitely a favorite place to stay in whole Seychelles trip. We will be coming back to Paodise. We were a bit hesitant of having a shared kitchen for more than a week, but were happy to see that it wasn't a problem, since the house is so big. The kitchen & living room is spacious, well equipped. Dishes and things maybe a bit eclectic, and the cleanliness wasn't 10/10, but everything of in decent condition, brand new new spacious fridge & stove. Internet was faultless and the fastest we've had in Seychelles - no issues even with video calls. Huge bathroom with perfectly functioning hot water, again, best shower we've had in Seychelles. Favorite part - the terrace! Each apartment had a private seating area with couches and then a large dining area in the middle, making it feel really private even though so big and open. The view over the well maintained garden and the jungly mountain was just amazing! All the fruits in the garden, free to eat - another bonus! Radika was super sweet, accommodated our every need, always there in the mornings doing the housekeeping and making the room perfect. She arranged the bikes for us for a very good price, and they were delivered 10 minutes later to the door. She excitedly brought fresh fruits to us every day. The best part, compared to all our accommodations across Seychelles, was the privacy: in the self-catering guesthouses it often feels like the owners are 'watching' you, expecting you to break something, rearranging things or turning on/off the AC's when you're gone. Paodise felt 100% comfortable, truly like our own little corner of home in the middle of paradise. We will be back!

Great location and spacious rooms.

Bedrooms only have one pillow per person. More could be done to make them more comfortable in general. Very hot shared living area as only a fan, with aircon in the bedrooms.

Very clean and quiet with a spacious veranda and common room. We loved the view of the mountain covered in rain forest.

It was for the first time when we experienced a guesthouse and we enjoyed a lot. Basically you have two rooms with toilet and a shared kitchen with living room. In the other room was a nice polish couple. It is a very quiet place, clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, sending taxi for us and arrange for bicycles and crystal kayaks, AC and WiFi working properly. Definitely recommend and will come back here!

A bit far from the main street by foot, consideringt the high price of cabs to bring your luggage there. Kitchen and living room are shared with one another room.

Lovely property, very nice outdoor and kitchen area, well maintained garden, everything clean. Good state of utilities, Air Conditioner, washing machine. Host was very helpful and easy to reach on WhatsApp. Location is optimal if you want to see different parts of the island, also there’s a shop and takeaway on the same street.

Nothing to note

The island is small, and definitely you are going to ride bicycle all day long. And for sure I recommend to have one , you can rent it at the port or at the guesthouse. Here we had a very comfortable stay, very peaceful, great location. Restaurants and supermarkets are close. Also on the island you can find Take away option for food , which is same as dine in but will cost you less. One place is next to the port 5 min on a bike, and another one 1 min away by bike from guesthouse.

Quiet close to the centre

Pretty place with a huge yard and views towards the mountains. Lots of delightful vegetation around. Shared kitchen equipped well enough for cooking. Large shared deck was nice for dinner + drinks. Decent internet connection. Location was 5 min bike ride away from the main street.

Esthetical interior, beautiful view from the terrace, very clean and looked after, very nice housekeeper, excellent wifi, comfy bed, bike rental - truly paodise!

air conditioning working well, big room, they offered us some fruite and a welcome juice, washing machine available for free

- the bed and chairs in the room were very uncomfortable - no air con in the shared kitchen - no mosquito nets - overall room and bed sheets/towels were not very clean (we spotted many stains) - once arrived we generally asked if they had bikes at the property and after 30 mins a guy showed up with 2 bikes and asked us to pay (we found out later was a friend of the maid and he made us pay more than he agreed with the house manager) - kitchen stoves were very dirty - the maid didnt show up one day
