Air conditioning didn’t work in first room so they moved us. Woke up the next morning at 3am for our early flight and the electricity wasn’t working (yes, we had the key in the slot correctly). So we got ready for our flight in the pitch dark.

LOCATION IS GREAT! WE LOVED THE SET UP OF THE CLOSET/ DRESSING ROOM IN OUR ROOM, WE ENJOYED THE BOTTLED WATERS IN OUR ROOMS, SHUTTLE DRIVERS WERE WONDERFUL AND TIMELY, THE DINING STAFF WAS GREAT AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD. I WISH THEY OPENED AT 7PM NOT 8. :-)

Not a friendly front desk!!! When I told them we had to drop off our car at Hertz would they pick us up, they said yes, JUST CALL! We called but no one told us we had to walk into the airport and pick up was at the departure terminal. We waited in the hot oppressive sun for 25 minutes, and on the 3rd call to them, I asked Where do you pick up, and they proceeded to to FINALLY tell us we had to now walk to the terminal. We're almost 80 years old and the heat was oppressive. We were NOT FEELING WELL dehydrating and we were not HAPPY!

Very convenient, close to the airport, shuttle is excellent, great restaurant, pretty good breakfast

Beds are not as comfortable as they are advertised

great location clean and bright

nothing everything was perfect

Nice and close to airport, good selection at breakfast and free shuttle to and from airport.

The dinner at restaurant was mediocre at best and way overpriced. The service was very slow and the entire staff never engaged and seemed totally disinterested in making it an enjoyable experience. The hotel starting from the lobby was very cold and sterile, and the staff seemed to blend in with the surroundings. Rooms are overpriced as well.

Accueil

Good location and lovely comfortable room. Shuttle service to the airport.

Very nice hotel, very spacious rooms and the airport transfer was great.

Nothing

Cama muito dura e comida do hotel bem fraca.

You have to pay €10 just for them to bring room service to your room. You usually have to call to get the shuttle, but their phone number was down so we got a cab over - they then said the shuttle was there, we couldn't find it, but they could have sent an email or a message or something.

The spa & pool area amazing . The proximity to the airport. The rooms were a good size .

Lack of a lounge bar area to have a drink . The restaurant was massive, no ambience. On arrival the manager was awesome ,but when we checked out early morning , the guy at reception was rude & not warming at all which was so disappointing as we had had a great one night stay up to that point.

Excellent service, room and breakfast

All was excellent

Quiet, clean and good breakfast.

Some staff need customer service training.

Close to airport with free pick up and drop off Comfortable

Breakfast wasn’t great and no coffee in room

Nette Personal

Todo

Alles sehr gut

Comfortable, clean , great staff,

Proximity to airport

Breakfast

Nothing

The shuttle bus didn’t turn up to collect us from the airport and the phone was not contactible. We were stuck in the airport for a long time after midnight trying to then get an uber. The hotel didn’t even apologise. The breakfast was woeful and the staff rude

very good location...near Metro station for trip into Bari...parking garage safe and free...breakfast ok...rooms clean and quiet....shuttle service excellent...

cisto I uredno veliki parking osoblje usluzno

Max. 5 Minuten Wartezeit.Ausstattung der Zimmer gut. Kaffee kochen auf dem Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war lieblos ohne jede Köstlichkeit. Sollte man sich sparen.

Very close to airport. Clean. Convenient

Rooms are very small

Good location, perfect airport transfer, reception team great, room good.

Breakfast team stood chatting with each other and did not approach us at all. We found a table and tried to work out what was where for breakfast. Italian is not our first language and this was not the most helpful start to our holiday.

Stanze grandi e pulite. Ottima colazione.

Brangoka

Servizio giovane e cordiale. Garage interrato comodo. Bar e ristorante

Aria fredda al ristorante

Location

It served its purpose

Great location close to the airport. The food in the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced.

After spending some wonderful time on vacation in southern Italy, we found the front desk staff to be rather unfriendly, somewhat rude and unhelpful. This is a complete exception to the warm, friendly and accommodating staff we found at so many other hotels while we were on an extended vacation in Italy. It was very disappointing and set an uncomfortable tone for our stay there.

Servizio impeccabile giovane e cortese. Camere moderne ampie.

Located close to the airport, staff were really helpful and friendly. Facilities were great!

None!

Location for airport.

The decor could do with a bit of an upgrade. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel took a while.

Ontbijt

Convenient to Bari airport. Great shuttle service.

Lication

tutto

Hotel is what you would expect. Solid option. There is a car rental juat accross the street at the back. The bari bus also stops at the back of the car rentals...super confiniant.

Das Frühstück

Zimmer waren viel alt modisch

It’s extraordinary to find the park and remains of a home from the 1700’s, including its chapel, well-preserved and getting further attention. Lovely setting: contrast of the old with the new hotel. Grazie mille (This is Ann-Marie, not Matt.)

Rooms

No comfortable area to sit with friends

Parcheggio

Puzza di fumo

Nära flygplatsen, shuttle till och från hotellet. Bra mat på restaurangen.

very calm and well located and overall very nice feeling

A bit expensive

The shuttle- amazing service

The bed - super uncomfortable

Stupenda

Nulla perfetta

Everythingg

Nothing

Comfortable beds, we'll working AC, tasty in-room dining, smooth shuttle pick up experience, dedicated taxi service to any spot of the city

The swimming pool had reduced working hours, so, if you only stay for 1 night you have no chance tp use it

Accoglienza

La struttura in generale, bella la spa

La colazione un po carente

Spacious rooms and excellent staff

Very average breakfast and courtesy bus pick up was hard to pin down.

Navette vers aeroport

Location and free shuttle

I don’t believe that the price is worth the hotel

Bellissima struttura, stanze grandi e rinnovate.

Colazione caotica e dozzinale. Molti prodotti finiti e non rimpiazzati. Caffè da macchinetta tipo idrosolubile.

Free shuttle to airport, easy links in to Bari. Nice staff, good restaurant offerings, ample choice at breakfast. Nice spa.

Rooms felt a little dated in comparison with rest of hotel.

serviço de leva e traz do aeroporto

atendimento dos funcionarios. Nada cordiais

Localização próximo do aeroporto

Café da manhã

Large, comfortable room. Good location near the airport with free shuttle service. Good breakfast with wide selection.

All considered, a bit overpriced.

Tutto ok camere, staff, posti auto, cena, colazione, pulizia, spa e piscina, insomma tutto

Location is very handy to the airport

We were told to contact them to collect us from the airport. We tried on the number provided and no response so we had to get a taxi and as it wasn’t very far away the taxi driver wasn’t particularly happy and charged us a minimum fare

Tutto

Nulla

Tutto

Nulla

Ottimo, moderno, curato, vicinanza aeroporto e servizio navetta incluso

Posizione e stanze pulite accanto aereoporto

Un po caro

Posizione comodo per aeroporto. Camera molto spaziosa

Perfect location near the airport. Nice hotel overall. Shuttle drivers to the airport extremely friendly.

Counter staff not friendly at all!!

The hotel was nice, the room was very comfy, clean and spacious. The staff in the bar and restaurant were lovely, the food was really nice, we had evening meal as well as the included breakfast, plenty to choose from. It is very close to the airport which was why we stayed as we were flying home. The shuttle to the airport in the morning worked well. The hotel was busy but we didn't notice any noise overnight. our room faced the airport and we could see flights coming in and taking off, it didn't bother us overnight though.

We dropped our hire car back at the airport and phoned for the shuttle bus to pick us up, we were waiting 40 mins and no sign of them so phoned again and then they came, we were waiting 50 mins in total for pick up, going back to the airport was better the next day,
