We loved Villa Martha! Matteo was an amazing host and great chef. The junior suite was roomy and had incredible mountain and valley views and a nice balcony/deck The decor was iconic, fun and had a Tyrolian feel. It was a truly warm and welcoming, old style bed and breakfast inn. We could walk to the Col Reiser Gondola and went for one of the most beautiful hikes we’ve ever had up at the top of the gondola. There’s a great transit system to get around Val Gardena with close by bus stops. I’d definitely go back there again.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Great breakfast and cool, vintage feel to the property. Mateo was top notch. Will be back again if ever in the area.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The beds and bedding are so comfortable and the hotel itself is SO eclectic. I loved the vibe. Family fun. And AMAZING breakfast. Highly recommend

Matteo, the owner, was the most accommodating person a hotel could have. He was very helpful in providing suggestions for excursions, he served our delicious breakfast which had everything you could want and went out of his way to help. What a guy!! The hotel is like it says, vintage, but it had a nice charm to it with lots of woodwork. Very quiet inside. I would advise that there is not an elevator for people who have walking issues and if you do not catch the bus back to the hotel, the walk uphill is a little intense in the heat. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel and at the bottom of the hill is where you catch the bus to Ortesi and other areas to ride the gondola up to the Dolomites. Also, most hotels do not have Air conditioning however you can leave the window open to get some night air. Water pressure was awesome and rooms were spotless clean. Thank you!

Clean room, firm and even mattress, cozy decor throughout the hotel, amazing view from the balcony, breakfast with high quality food, courteous staff. Also only a 500m walk from the Col Raiser gondola station, and within walking distance to bus stations / other restaurants within Santa Christina

Lage ist perfekt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war absolut ein Hit! Mit viel Liebe zubereitet, es gab nichts was gefehlt hätte. Einfach PERFEKT!! Freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Deko ist ganz im alten Kirchen Stil gehalten. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Der Besitzer ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr sauber und hat eine super Lage im Ort. Parkplätze vor der Tür und gratis Buskarten inklusive :)

Nettes kleines Hotel mit herausragendem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem Besitzer. Super Lage für Skifahrer, einige Restaurants/Pizzerien fußläufig. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location is great and close to a lot of the major attractions in the area. The room was clean and had very unique decor. We also had a Mountain View from our room. The breakfast was by far the best we had in Italy, with eggs and bacon made to order in addition to a wide spread of pastries and fruit. Mateo was very hospitable and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in the area.

Convenient and quiet with parking just across the street. Owner was very helpful in advice with local hiking. Breakfast buffet was lavish and you can also have cooked to order eggs and coffee. Room was spacious, bathroom very clean and modern. lots of cupboard space. Beds were "Italian comfortable" - firm with cozy comforters. drinks and snacks available after 4 in the charming bar area or on the patio. would definitely stay here again

サンクリスチーナのバスロータリーから坂を登るのに10分かかるが、静かでサッソルンゴの眺めが迫力あり満足。バスタブに浸かれるのも疲れがとれる。朝食はスクランブル、目玉焼き、ゆで卵いずれも頼め、スイーツ、果物を豊富に出してくれる。勿論エスプレッソ、カプチーノも希望次第。ライぜーのロープウェイ駅にも近いのが良い。

Villa Martha is a terrific family-run hotel / B&B in Santa Cristina, Val Gardena. Matteo and family went out of their way to make every guest's visit special and their attention to detail was superb. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. Drinks and snacks from the bar enjoyed on the patio are a must. Santa Cristina is quieter than the other Val Gardena towns, with fewer restaurant choices for dinner, but bus connections elsewhere in the valley are easy and convenient from here. Highly recommended

Mycket charmigt familjedrivet hotell med hög och personlig service. Bra frukost och wi-fi. Ligger i backe med fin utsikt över bergen. Vårt tredje besök på hotellet.

It is nice to see all the family taking part in running the hotel. Three generations, all very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, freshly prepared. Had a relaxing enjoyable stay

The visit at Villa Martha was amazing. The owner took good care of us and the service was super. Clean and nice rooms with a great atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best I've had with fresh food and many different things to choose from.

We are a young Swedish couple and we were there on a hiking trip during the summer 2018 and had a amazing five-night stay at the hotel. From our experiences, we can strongly recommend both Santa Christina and hotel Villa Martha. The hospitality at the hotel was the best we have ever received! The owner was very friendly and directly upgrades us to a Junior suite upon arrival. He also had good knowledge about hiking tours in the valley and gave us great recommendations every day for both hikes and restaurants. The Villa Martha breakfast was amazing and had a really high standard; it was a big buffet with a lot of local meat, fresh fruit, eggs, prosecco, juices, homemade cakes (etc...) and great Italian coffee. The breakfast was so filling that we hardly needed to have lunch despite hiking all day. Villa Martha is furnished in an Alpine style including the local tree figures and it was cosy and clean and the balconies had great views. More, it had free parking and good wifi and was located within walking distance to the lift Col raiser ca 10 min and ca 5 min to centre of Santa Christina.

Ein kleines Haus mit super Frühstück. Die Wirtsleute sind außergewohnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und auch die Badezimmer werden täglich aufs neue super hergerichtet.

We had the best 5 days staying at Villa Martha with Matteo. Seriously, it was amazing. Matteo took such good care of us, his breakfasts are great and he really cares about all of his guests.

Very nice and sweet

It was like staying in a museum with very lush appointments such as gold handles in the bathroom. The manager speaks excellent English and is helpful with hiking suggestions.

A small, family run hotel only 10 minutes (walking) from town, and 5 minutes to the Col Raiser gondola. Overall a very nice hotel, with spotless rooms and an excellent breakfast. A great jumping off point to the Val Gardena!

Excellent host providing valuable information for the area. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. Room was comfortable and generally clean. Location is excellent for hiking, dining and evening walks. The hotel decor is not necessarily my taste but certainly not offensive - there are many statues particularly in the common areas. I highly recommend Villa Martha.

Excellent hotel - I wish I stayed longer in the Dolomites! By far my favorite hotel out of all the places I stayed in Italy during the last three weeks. Reese (host) and family make an excellent breakfast and are very knowledgeable about the area. I would love to stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by miles. Mateo welcomed us by name the minute we walked in the door and was available at all times to make fresh espresso, gelato or pour a glass of beer when needed. He alsp provided us with a tool to fix a bike we had rented and also asked if he could do anything to make our stay better. Our room had the most amazing view of the dolomites with a large patio to relax on. The room was exceptionally clean, and cleaned daily. The buffett breakfast spread was extensive and Mateo made coffee and eggs to order each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to those looking to have a local experience in a hotel just walking distance to trails, and many restaurants in town.

nice hotel-the proprietor was excellent, and a great cook. Definitely have dinner there (reserve in the morning). I was surprised by the location-guess from the photos I thought it would be in town but it is a 1/3 mile UP hill to get there. Walking up with luggage was not a great arrival (drivers would not have this issue). Our room was small but efficient, had a balcony with a lovely view. The proprietor was very accommodating with great suggestions for hiking.

Surprisingly good stay close to all the action in Val Gardena. Friendly staff and great breakfast, good variety and fresh bread. Excellent service. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Parking just outside. The hotel is lacking of an elevator. But you can live with it. The rest is just great!

freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Sehr schönes Frühstück. Liegt etwas ausserhalb des Ortskerns, kleiner Fussmarsch zu einem Restaurant nötig (ca. 5 min.)

Het hotel dateert uit begin jaren zeventig en is sindsdien keurig onderhouden. Behalve een wat moeizaam werkend wifi lijkt er sindsdien niet veel luxe meer te zijn toegevoegd. De bediening is vriendelijk.De kamers worden keurig schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt is prima. De afstand (met de auto) naar de skiliften bedraagt slechts 5 minuten.
