Some basic breakfast options were not available such as eggs or sausages for breakfast or bacon, it was not a big problem, just a surprise for us. Another surprising thing for us was that we had to give back the keys to the reception when going out of the hotel (for sightseeing or other activities), we didn’t understand why but it was no problem for us to adjust

Il faudrait rajouter quelques fruits et des œufs pour le petit déjeuner.

Dla mnie duży plus to parking i bliskość plaży. W pobliżu dobre restauracje. Przystanek autobusowy 50m. Ogólnie ja z rodziną byliśmy zadowoleni. Spędzilismy tam 4 noce, tylko noce bo całymi dniami byliśmy poza hotelem. A jeśli ktoś liczy na luksusy to nie ten hotel.

Reviewed May 19, 2026La colazione è buona. Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Imposte isolanti per cui camera molto silenziosa. Parcheggio fantastico e posizione ottima per chi vuole essere vicino alla riviera.
La colazione dovrebbe essere arricchita nella parte salata e dovrebbero essere sempre presenti prodotti per intolleranti al lattosio e al glutine. Peccato che il bagno della mia camera fosse un po' piccolino.

I didn’t even check in because after reserving with booking.com I walked inside the hotel (Tirreno) I went in the morning asked the host if he got my reservation under my name , he said yes and he start yelling at me saying that I shouldn’t have use bookings.com and that I waisted at least 70 euros in front of a man sitting on booth. Kind of harassed me. Not good way to treat clients!!! I also found out that he’s one of the owner. I do not deserve to be treated like that or anyone else.

Colazione molto fornita per la parte dolce, quella salata un po' meno ma comunque tutto fresco. Il parcheggio interno e' stato per noi un punto a favore perche' ci ha permesso di lasciare l'auto e muoverci con i mezzi pubblici. Le fermate degli autobus che portano in centro sono vicinissime. Consigliato!
Il mobilio un po' datato e il bagno piccolo ma non ha inciso sul giudizio positivo della struttura.

Bagno un pochino stretto ma per me non è stato un grosso problema, dotato comunque del necessario.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Già conoscevo la struttura. È vicina all'ospedale Gaslini. Ogni volta che mia figlia deve fare i controlli prenoto sempre li. Poi è anche vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per chi ne ha bisogno. Ma è anche vicino per chi vuole fare una passeggiata e scendere giù a Boccadssse.

Il parcheggio dell'hotel, fondamentale a Genova perché è difficile trovare un posto auto, l'ho trovato molto comodo e curato. Il personale è stato attento e cordiale.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Sehr netter Empfang am Eingang. Das Hotel ist ist sehr ordentlich und sehr Hygienisch, die Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand und das Bad renoviert. Das Frühstück ausreichend und die Lage gut.
Am Wochenende ist der Strassenlärm bei offenem Fenster zu hören, mit geschlossenen Fenster aber kein Problem.
