Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, déco d'époque du salon à la chambre. Les matelas sont un peu fatigués mais nous y avons bien dormi, la sdb très bien équipée. La clim récente et efficace comme le WiFi! Le petit déjeuner sucré salé est bon et avec du choix, le personnel très sympathique et prêts à rendre service. Les alentours sont calmes la nuit bien qu'étant situè proche de l'avenue ou nous n'avons eu aucun problème à nous garer gratuitement.

Given the price and its proximity to the airport, the room met our needs for a quick overnight stay before heading elsewhere. It was a cute Masseria-style hotel, just a short stroll to the beach. The bathroom was clean, and the shower worked well. The bedding was also clean and fresh, which isn't always the case in older, cheaper hotels.
The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The breakfast could have had more variety.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Świetna obsługa, zawsze pomocni recepcjoniści. Śniadania były dobre - codziennie serwowane było to samo, ale opcji było tyle, że można było jeść różnorodnie. Pokój był całkiem spory, z dwoma balkonami, klimatyzacją, wanną. Łóżko było okej, ale niestety nasze strasznie skrzypiało. Polecam wszystkim na dłuższy i krótszy pobyt w tym miejscu

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Wij hebben deze locatie gekozen omdat we iets dichtbij het vliegveld nodig hadden. Daarvoor is het heel erg geschikt. De verdere omgeving hebben wij niet verkend. Ondanks onze zeer late (vertraagde) aankomst werden we bij de receptie vriendelijk ontvangen. Er is een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Wij kregen de wifi niet aan de praat.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Rien. Sincèrement Rien. C'est très sale, délabré, crasseux, poussiéreux de toute part, des cafards vivent dans cet établissement. Une inspection du service d'hygiène doit être exigée. J'ai fait part de mon très désagréable étonnement dès mon arrivée. La seconde chambre donnée était dans le même état, les cafards peut-être en moins... j'ai dépoussiéré moi même les lampes de chevet, le sèche serviette et les tableaux. On a trouvé cafards, moutons de poussière, cheveux dont on ne sait pas à qui, des morceaux de pain grillé ... de la crasse, du moisi.... du sable dans les recoins de la douche..... les 4 étoiles ? Ils les ont dessinées mais même un cabanon de plage est idéal à côté. Fuyez cet établissement ! Ne gâchez surtout pas vos vacances ni votre argent. Je me demande même s'il est possible de déposer plainte face à un tel état contre un etablissement accueillant (faisant payer!!!) du public.
Rien. Absolument rien. Ah si ! J'ai apprécié stopper notre séjour. Nous devions dormir 3 nuits. Après 1 nuit et toutes les fausses promesses et fausses excuses de l'établissement, ma meilleure décision a été de refermer mes valises, marcher 600 mètres et ouvrir la porte d'un véritable hôtel 4 étoiles : Vittoria Parc. Grâce à cet établissement, on a sauvé nos vacances.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Di questa struttura salvo certamente la posizione e gran parte dello staff costituito da giovani volenterosi ed educati. Altro elemento positivo è la potenzialità della struttura, purtroppo inficiata dalla incapacità e cecità di chi la gestisce.
La struttura sembra abbandonata a sè stessa: 1) capannina (Palumbo) in pessime condizioni e parzialmente sostituita da delle canne sistemate approssimativamente; 2) salottino esterno in vimini usurato ed in cattive condizioni; 3) infissi nella stanza datati con vetri non puliti, 4) salottino al primo piano con una seduta interdetta all'uso ed un altro divano (con un bracciolo completamente distrutto) che scoraggia a sedersi, ma non si faccia passare ciò come arredamento d'epoca... 5) colazione completamente da rivedere sia quantitativamente che qualitivamente, meglio nulla che offendere un requisito di 4 stelle. 6) la camera (207), senza alcuna bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, è stata occupata da mia madre e sua sorella, entrambe ultranovantenni e clienti abituali della struttura, ha avuto già dal primo giorno (13 agosto)un guasto importante alla climatizzazione, tanto da renderla inutilizzabile e non riparabile fino al giorno lunedì 17 agosto!!! Un 4 stelle senza un manutentore reperibile?? Assurdo. E' vero, è stato aggiunto un ventilatore e proposta un'altra stanza al vicino hotel La Baia, ma il trasferimento avrebbe causato non poche difficoltà, data l'età delle ospiti, e reso inutile la presenza della badante per la quale era stata prenotata una camera singola (la 204) per il giorno successivo. Anche per quest'ultima stanza (un buco con impossibilità ad aprire gli infissi per la presenza del letto a questi contiguo) ci sarebbe molto da contestare, incluso il costo.... 6) ultimo, ma principale giudizio, va alla gestione: ma come si fa a tollerare quanto elencato? Da attenti imprenditori si può essere così ciechi? La struttura è forse unica nel suo genere (una piccola masseria nel pieno di un centro turistico come ormai è diventato Palese), si trova a due passi dal mare con un importante flusso di turisti stranieri. Quindi tanta tanta potenzialità non sfruttata!

La segunda habitación tenía cucarachas saliendo de la ducha por lo que ofrecieron otra habitación. En la nueva había polvo y arañas.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The hotel was really nice , it was cleaned everyday . But there was a but of dust still they changed our towels and gave us toilet paper every day. The breakfast was perfect, there were fruits , salami , cheese , all kinds of sweets and salty snacks, bread and also all kind of drinks . I mean it was perfect. There is also a restaurant which is really close it was amazing the food there was unbelievably delicious ❤️🔥. I totally recommend trying the pasta and pizza there , its called AI Paradise ! Also there was a bus stop near by : V. Veneto-Sabotino you can catch the bus (33) from the airport and stop at that bus stop , its 5 min walk to the hotel. Also the beach is like 5 mins away and its pretty clean but salty 🥹 Also the train station is really close its like 15 mins away and you can buy tickets (around 3 euro) to Bari ! It’s perfect or you can take bus number 1 to Bari also for only 1 euro!! Thank you for the wonderful experience! I had an amazing time .

The room was a decent size, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, which was very welcome during our stay. Despite being relatively close to the airport, the property was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to rest well. The breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed after a late arrival and a tiring journey from the airport. The location is also very convenient for travellers using Bari Airport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for a short stopover.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und auf eine romantische Art altmodisch. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Die Nähe zum Strand ist top, ich konnte von dort aus auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Bari Vecchia fahren ohne Probleme. Wenn ich wieder nach Bari reise, werde ich definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

The breakfast was awesome. The rooms space wonderful, the shower space and quality excellent. We enjoyed the patio. And the restaurants, cafe and bar really close. And the walk to the beach great location. Peaceful. Clean and great sheets. What you see on website is true!
Only one thing was the mattress too thin and the bed very noise to get out and in.

Raňajky boli každý deň to isté. Zo sladkého bolo pomerne veľa na výber . Nápojov bolo tiež celkom pestrý výber. Prijali by sme možno viacej z teplej stravy (párky, miešane vajcia...)

Reviewed May 20, 2026Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel in dem man prinzipiell alles hat was man braucht. Es ist halt ein altes Hotel aber bemüht. Zimmer sind sauber. Beim Frühstück gibt es das Notwendigste.( auch Wurst, Käse, etc. Viele haben geschrieben, es gäbe nur Süßes)
Die Lage ist bisschen knifflig. Man geht 15 min zur nächsten Busstation, bisschen länger zum Zug. Ohne dem od Mietauto kommt man nirgends hin. Das Hotel liegt weit außerhalb Bari.

Il WiFi. La PW ha scadenza giornaliera e servono più codici per più device. Servirebbe qualcosa di più agile e semplice.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The hotel, in a residential area, was very convenient to the airport for the night before we flew home. We were easily able to drop our luggage and return our rental car. Staff was courteous, and the inclusion of a breakfast buffet was welcome. It is a hotel but because the building is old (historic) it can also be called a Masseria so there should be no confusion. We had dinner at a restaurant next door, convenient but more than that, the food delicious and the service great.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Struttura ben tenuta e ristrutturata di recente, ampia e gradevole zona comune, camere e bagni più che soddisfacenti, colazione buona. Il gruppo (otto persone) era composto anche da persone esigenti che però hanno apprezzato e sono rimaste soddisfatte.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Přijemný majitel, čekal na nas do 23.00 hodin. Velice milé jednání. Slušné pokoje, dobrá snídane. Nicméne avizované ubytování v kategorie **** to není.
Ubytování se spatne hledá, u dveří jen malá cedulka. Souřadnice Vas zavedou o sto metru dál a nikdo z lidí na ulici netušil kde ubytování je, byť jsme byli kousek od dveří.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Csendes, nyugodt, biztonságos környék, pár percre a reptértől. Autóval az utcán lehet parkolni ingyenesen. Néhány lépés a tengerpart, környéken vannak jó éttermek. Finom, bőséges reggeli.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Hôtel près de l'aéroport (à 5 minutes) donc pratique pour les vols tardifs. Il y a un bar à coktail/restaurant dans la rue ainsi qu'un snack/boulangerie, c'est pratique. Très bon petit déjeuner avec délicieux biscuits maison fourrés à la crème pâtissière! Très bon accueil. Balcon ce qui est toujours chouette et décoration à l'ancienne ce qui donne un charme.
Chambre standard assez petite.
