heerlijk rustig - kamers zijn verspreid over het domein waardoor je bijna het gevoel hebt om alleen te zijn. Zeer ruime kamer - top bedden - zeer lekker gegeten Top personeel - stuk voor stuk Ruim zwembad met perfecte temperatuur. Eindelijk eee hotel dat meer dan genoeg ligbedden heeft: meer dan voldoende keuze uit balinese bedden en ligstoelen. Massage door angela was ook top!

The hotel was incredible, amazing staff, attentive kind and keen to go above and beyond for guests. The hotel was very quiet without feeling dead, restaurant was great, and the location is amazing with easy access to so much to explore in the surrounding areas. Room and facilities were well maintained, clean and well-designed. I will return.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich fabelhaft. Das Personal ist - typisch spanisch - wahnsinnig herzlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, die Anlage sauber und entspannt. Der perfekte Ort zum runterkommen und relaxen. Besonder toll ist auch die kunderfreundlichkeit!

Es war alles absolut fabelhaft. Der einzige mini-Kritikpunkt ist meines Erachtens das Restaurant. Dort passt meines Erachtens der Preis nicht zur Qualität.

Everything, the setting, the pool and restaurant, the attention to details like free snack left in your room, the nice Specialized bikes, beach toys and umbrella available for use. The staffs were all super friendly and attentive. This hotel was the highlight of our trip.

Food, the ambient and staffs were amazing. The food was good but not great.

De medewerkers van het hotel maken alles goed wat we aan teleurstelling moesten verwerken toen we bij het diner erachter kwamen dat het restaurant van chef Andreu Genestra per 1 mei 2026 is vertrokken. Check of de reviews van voor of na 1 mei 2026 zijn. Om teleurstelling te voorkomen.

Het restaurant dat nu in het hotel zit is ronduit slecht. Zeker als er een verwachting is gecreëerd op de website van het hotel dat je bij chef Andreu Genestra aan tafel zou schuiven...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

- Some dish options were not available for breakfast a for few days in a row. - The coffee could of better taste

Schöne, exklusive Anlage im Nord-Osten von Mallorca. Ruhig. Frühstück gut. Ideal für Golfer die einen nahen Golfplatz suchen. Angenehmer Pool, Pool Liegen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Hübsch auch die Dörfer Arta und Capdepera. Wenn man sich erholen will am Pool, kann das auch entspannend sein. Als Nichtgolfer würden mir 3 Tage Aufenthalt genügen.

Leider gibt es keinen nahen Strandzugang und dort wo es Strand hat, kann man nicht parkieren. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Zum Radfahren nicht ideal, da keine Rad-Wege und viel Verkehr.

If you want a cold air conditioned room it's probably not the place for you. We had 3 rooms in total. The first 2 were very warm at night. The 3rd room was shaded by trees and built into a rock which helped greatly with cooling the room. Apprantly it's due to EU rules on energy consumption but a word of warning if you are after US style air conditioning.

A beautiful hotel, tranquil location, yet within easy distance to the local historic village and good beaches. The rooms were lovely (deluxe suite and junior garden suite). Facilities were great, pool and bicycles. The restaurant was excellent. Great breakfast and dinner. Calm and relaxing.

Het hotel ligt op een perfecte locatie: rustig maar tovh niet te ver van leuke plaatsen en stranden. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk, vanaf de warme ontvangst tot het vlotte vertrek. Het hotel heeft ook een top restaurant, Bistro Senzill, dat originele en smaakvolle gerechten serveert met lokale, superverse ingrediënten. Naast de gewone kaart wordt ook kraakverse vis of vlees van de dag voorgesteld. Het zwembad is ruim en prima onderhouden, net als de ligzetels aan de rand. Onze kamer (de tuinsuite) was zeer ruim met alle faciliteiten en een mooi, groen uitzicht. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Dit hotel heeft 4 sterren, maar is er 5 waard!

De airtco van de tuinsuite had moeite met de hoge temperatuur. En al sje binnenkwam kreeg je (allicht door de airco problematiek) een beetje een klam gevoel. Maar we hebben het nooit te warm gehad.

Very relaxing environment, beautiful building and friendly staff. Quiet location, comfortable rooms and beds. Restaurant was consistently good.

It satisfied us in all the areas and details which experienced travelers look for. Comfort, location and unobtrusive attentiveness. A true gem.

Such a lovely place, incredibly relaxing. A place to switch off and unwind. Great food, drinks and service. Feel very well rested after 5 nights here.

The rooms are well appointed and stylish, with super king beds. The pool is quiet, with comfortable sun beds. The staff are so kind and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent food for breakfast, by the pool or at the bistro.

The place looks nice, its location is okay if you have a car with ample parking space. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good

For the amount of money they are asking the service is not there. It misses a personal touch other places are able to give such as remembering preferences at breakfast. We got a bigger and more expensive room than we initially booked which was a nice gesture however, the room was nothing special. Sure it was large, but I had nothing cosy or sophisticated it missed out a lot in the styling deparment, the fine details and also the state of the bathroom was mediocre. Doors where dragging on the floor and there was sand in the room at various locations Don't get met wrong it is nice but it should be half the price. Right now value was really poor. If you are paying over 300 euros a night you expect a better level of service and a more personal touch than a chained 5 star hotel which offers more luxury for a lower price

Breakfasts were wonderful. A great way to start the day surrounded by such beauty. Staff went above & beyond to help make this a memorable stay. This property is beautiful

I liked everything - seriously

Everyone at Son Jaumell was so lovely and helpful. On arrival, our daughter was poorly with an ear infection and they organised a private doctor to visit the hotel for us, he arrived twenty minutes later, prescribed antibiotics for her. They then very kindly offered to pick up the medicine for us, telling us to just relax and enjoy our stay as we were only there two nights. Such thoughtful gestures go a long way. I have to also mention the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - all absolutely delicious. All the family agreed, this was the best restaurant we ate at on the Island! Our rooms were all beautiful, spacious, comfy and with stunning views. A wonderful serene hotel which I would highly recommend to others. We will definitely return.

No access to drinking water, or help Yourself to coffee and would like more bed pillows. But really this place is a gem!

Lovely boutique hotel atmosphere. Stylish furniture and decoration. Peaceful place. Diversified, quality and tasty breakfast. Restaurant with fine food in the evening. Very friendly staff. Great equipment for babies. Parking is practical. Capdepera is as lovely village to visit.

Nothing to complain about related to the hotel. Cala Rajada, the closest town, is not a nice one.

This is a lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant was excellent. We had a large and comfortable room with a very good bathroom. The whole hotel is extremely clean and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is fantastic with en extensive buffé. I stayed in a huge room with a rooftop terrass for my personal use. The rest of the family stayed in Sa Caseta with its private garden, very nice for our 5-year old to run around in.

What's not to like, Predi Son Jaumell is the ultimate place for a family holiday. It was the second time I stayed here and I will come back!

Sumptuous breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great service. Lovely grounds. The yoga sessions were a great start to the day.

there was nothing to dislike

Beautiful grounds nestled a short distance from the town - feels remote but isn’t. We encountered an issue the first evening with the room (one of the ground floor rooms), but we were swiftly moved to a different room in the main building and it made all the difference. The rooms are very spacious and everything was clean and considered (the free wine from their vineyard is a lovely touch). The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and eager to help us have the best possible time - including switching our room unexpectedly, and suggesting activities. The bistro food was very good and we loved the breakfast - we found the options did in fact vary day-to-day. We’d certainly recommend this hotel, however, would strongly suggest you request a room in the main building.

Air conditioning in the ground floor room didn’t keep the room cool, there was also quite a bit of damp, but this really is to be expected with such old stone (and as mentioned we switched rooms).

Property was absolutely stunning, our room was spacious and super comfortable with lots of nice touches. The highlight was the pool and comfy beds as well as the food which was amazing.

Beautiful hotel with attentive and engaged staff. Bistro food and breakfast buffet were superb. Tranquil spot within walking distance of a secluded beach and a pretty castle on the hill. A world away from the Cala Ratjada which is the other side of Capdepera.

4hour wait for a taxi that never arrived! Hotel needs to have a reliable arrangement with a local taxi firm or otherwise offer it own driver/transport. Standing outside by the road with your cases in blazing sunshine for a booked taxi that doesn't arrive is not acceptable for a purported 4/5 star hotel.
