None of the plugs were able to work. Had to purchase adapter to get my phone, laptop ect charged. But the staff helped out until I did get an adapter. This is something you should let visitors know up front

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We verbleven in een Deluxe kamer. De airconditioning werkte perfect. Het ontbijt was erg goed: veel eiergerechten, worstjes, kabeljauw, spek, kip, yoghurt, fruit en salades. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. We hebben ons zeer comfortabel gevoeld. Het centrum van Punda en het stadsstrand liggen op 15-20 minuten loopafstand. Parkeren is mogelijk naast de kamer.
Er is geen föhn en strijkijzer op de kamer.

Não fomos bem tratadas pela maioria dos funcionarios, desde o momento do café da manhã, até a segurança durante a noite. Além das comodidades nitidamente não terem cuidados atualizados, parece que parou no tempo, além do quarto e do banheiro serem super escuros.

Wastafel was qua indeling erg onhandig. De toiletpot lekte elke dag water. De badkamer was slecht afgewerkt (qua schilderwerk, kit). Zag er shabby uit. Het ontbijt is mwah....

Das Zimmer (Standard Kategorie ) war erstaunlich sauber ( danke an das Housekeeping Team ), geräumig und funktionell ausgestattet.Das W-Lan hat bis auf eine kurze downtime sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Die AC funktioniert sehr gut. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Die Lage ist wirklich in Ordnung- man läuft ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, dafür wohnt man in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ich habe den Autoverleih ( Smart Wheels Car Rental | auf dem Hotelgelände gelegen ) genutzt : günstige Preise, Vollkasko, keine Kaution, sehr guter Kleinwagen. Man hat im Zimmerpreis einen Stellplatz auf dem Hotelgelände inklusive. Also keine Sorgen bezüglich Diebstahl etc. Da ich den Wagen am Sonntag gebraucht habe, die Filiale an diesem Tag aber geschlossen ist, kam MAEVERSON früh am Morgen vorbei, damit ich nicht zu einer anderen Filiale gehen musste- BRAVO!! Ganz hervorragend ist die Poolarea, mit Bar | kleinen Gerichten |Snacks, Liegen. Sehr angenehm. Ich habe meine Wartezeit nach Checkout bis Abflug dort verbracht. Preis-Leistung des gesamten Hotels definitiv OK. Absolute Empfehlung und ein großes DANKE an das super nette Team!
Die Dusche hat keine Handbrause und die Wassertemperatur kann nicht manuell gewählt werden. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war etwas schwach.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The only nice thing about this property was the security guard named Norbit, he was so welcoming when we came in every night and always had a good joke when we passed him. This property was close to the beach, supermarkets and excursions which was a plus.
Where do I begin, when we arrived the apartment was full of mosquitoes we killed about 15-20 of them just so we didn’t get bit the entire stay. This place looks nothing like the pictures they were clearly photoshopped photos online. They don’t have wash cloths at all just a bath mat and some of the cheapest towels they could find. They don’t have soaps in the bathroom to wash your body just shampoo and hand wash when we asked the housekeeper for soap and wash clothes she looked at us like we were crazy. She said people use the hand soap to wash up. The tv didn’t work our entire stay it was stuck on HBO for 6 days we complained day after day to no avail we just delt with it the tv in the room is supposed to be a Bluetooth tv android only mind you which is a lie it doesn’t connect to your phone at all so in the bedroom we had nothing to watch our entire stay. On a king size bed they give you 2 pillows and one sheet to cover up with we had to ask for 2 more pillows and a blanket they don’t even have blankets I was handed another sheet. They balcony has no privacy nothing up to the windows people walking by can look up and see everything into the apartment. This is by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed at. They said this place was and ice cream factory it should have stayed one cause it’s not even worth calling it a hotel I don’t know how it got any positive reviews at all.

Todo estuvo bien, solo recomedar que los viajeros lleven adaptadores porque todas las tomas son muy diferentes a los que utilizamos en latinoamerica

Vervallen hotelkamer. Tijdens de regenbui liep het bij ons letterlijk naar binnen. Schoonmaak kwam de volgende ochtend alles droog maken, maar bij de volgende bui weer alles kletsnat. Reactie bij de receptie: we weten het en schoonmaak komt eraan. Geen enkele excuses. Geen warm water in de hotelkamer. Ontbijt was ok, maar na 9 uur (terwijl ontbijt tot 10'is) ligt er bijna niks meer. Wordt amper aangevuld. Je kunt dus beter elders ontbijten.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Las instalaciones son muy bellas, hay suficiente calma para descansar y es fácil acceder con el automóvil. La atención en recepción es muy buena, nos ayudaron con ideas de lugares para visitar. El personal de la portería también fue muy atento.
La atención en el bar no es muy buena. En un par de ocasiones pedimos algunas cosas y el personal, especialmente el masculino, nos hacían mala cara y no nos respondían. No hay mucha variedad en el menú del bar, así que es mejor comer afuera y solo aprovechar el desayuno.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en het bed opgemaakt. Wat jammer was is dat de schoonmaakster altijd rond 15:00 aan onze deur stond en dat was nou net het tijdstip dat we even wilde rusten. Badkamer is klein maar fijn. Gratis douche en handgel. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden.
1) TV in de slaapkamer had geen zenders. Ook het automatisch laten zoeken naar zenders gaf geen resultaat. Waarschijnlijk had de tv geen internet ontvangst. De tv in het zitgedeelte deed het wel maar het geluid kraakte en er waren weinig zenders waarnaar je kon kijken. Dus de tv's mogen wel wat aandacht krijgen. 2) Airco in de slaapkamer werd niet heel koud. We hebben daar niet over geklaagd omdat we de airco van het woonkamer gedeelte ook de slaapkamer lieten koelen. Dat ging prima. 3) De wifi was niet heel sterk en met regelmaat werd je device verbroken met het internet.

Estuvimos en el bloque de departamentos B,departamentos Ático,la limpieza de los espacios comunes (ascensor y pasillo )no existia)y en los departamentos la limpieza no se realizaba, ni cambiaban las bolsas de basura,De cuatro dias queestuvimos solo dos tendieronla cama..El diseño no era adecuado, balcones enormes y dormitorios y baño sumamente chicos.Tienen cocina y lavadora desprovista de todo insumo, lo cual para una estadía corta no tienen sentido, podrían proveer elementos de cortesía.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación es excelente, esta a pasos del centro, caminando es muy cerca cruzando el puente peatonal. Se siente seguro, ya que hay guardias en la entrada del complejo. Alquilamos pensando que nuestra reserva tenía cocina, y al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no tenía nada de eso. Pero al otro día la buena voluntad de la señora de la administración nos consiguió una habitación con cocina, asique nuestra estadía fue la esperada finalmente. El complejo tiene un pequeño bar junto a l piscina y en los apartamentos qué estábamos también tenía una piscina interna. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas en ese sector, pero nada nos incómodo. No se permiten niños, por lo cual es muy tranquilo para descansar.

Pocas cosas tal vez la zona donde ofrecen el desayuno esta alejada y poblada por unos gatos del lugar, incomodaron algo a mi pareja.

No me gustó la ubicación de la habitación que nos dieron, quedaba al lado del bar y dos noches hicieron karaoke y fiesta hasta la media noche. El baño olía muy mal. Un dia llegamos y toda la habitación olía a cloaca...la cisterna de baño está muy alta y es incomoda.

Mijn airconditioner lekte in de woonkamer. Dit was al bij aankomst bekend. Echter werd er pas na 2 dagen een andere kamer aangeboden. Ik had zoiets van, waarom uberhaupt dan deze ruimte toch verhuren als er zo'n belangrijk item defect is. Uiteindelijk werd de airco 1 dag voor mijn vertrek gerepareerd.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2026The room we stayed in was an efficiently type and was great, nice balcony but overlooked many dead trees and brush which should be cleaned up by the resort. The pool area is very nice and comfortable but the bar service is very lacking. The food at the bar is not great, the pizza is frozen out of a box I am sure. The bar staff are not friendly and welcoming. I wanted to ask the bartender if she ever smiles, but my other half would have flipped out. If you rent a car, ask for a small car, the parking under the units are so tight and parking is beyond stressful. I had a larger SUV and it was challenging for sure. You have your own spot where we were but if the other car next to you does't move to the extreme side, it is an issue. The cleaning staff was great as well as the reception area. There is one road in and out and and narrow and it is a two way, often stressful. Nice location to walk into town if you are up for it! Bring a blanket for the bed, it has clean sheets and a top sheet but a small blanket like a receiving blanket for a baby. Our TV's did not work the entire time, but we didn't call the desk since I watch most on the computer. We are looking at other options that best suite our needs for the trip in October. It's not a bad place but plan accordingly. Very clean and nice room.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026A hospedagem é excelente ! Local super lindo, agradavel, funcionarios muito solicitos a todo momento. Super recomendamos. Otimo mesmo... Podem ir sem medo, pois se esforçam ate no idioma para atender o hospede da melhor maneira. Estacionamento amplo, mercado pertinho, quarto completo. O cuidado é tanto que deixam o ar condicionado ligado na chegada para o ambiente estar fresquinho. Adoramos
